For a fast food restaurant, the service was better than average and the food tasted fine. Compared to other hamburger places of similar pricing, I felt that it was good. I have only been to DQ a handful of times and this is probably my first or second hamburger I've eaten. The inside was clean and neat and the two cashiers were friendly. They brought my burger to me and also my blizzard, kindly asking if I wanted the ice cream treat now or after my meal. The hunger buster was definitely a pretty good sized burger, comparable to other fast food chains. The meat was slightly crispy, giving it a grilled taste. I opted for mayo instead of mustard and also noticed their burger had no ketchup. The vegetables were fresh and generous in portion. The blizzard Oreo was perfect in consistency and delicious. They turned it upside down when they delivered it to me, and it stayed intact. The price on these little treats is quite high at over $3 for a tiny cup. However, it was probably the best fast food treat I've had in terms of creaminess, Oreo consistency, and taste. read more

Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience!! Went to Dairy Queen on March 21st,2025 at 9:50p.m and had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I ordered a chocolate-dipped cone, but the girl kept insisting I meant the new blue-dipped one. After repeating myself several times, she rudely yelled, "I can't hear you!" instead of politely asking me to repeat. The girl at the window seemed nicer, but I'm not sure if it was the same person since they both had a strong Latino accent indicating that English was in fact not their first language. We went through the Drive Thru and oh my Jesus , was this the worst experience ever, I am not joking, my 5 yr old Granddaughter can do a better job than this drive thru attendant , after each order she yelled back " and what else " we already knew what we were going to order and she was still interrupting by " and what else " . Then when we arrived at the window , they treated me as if I stole something from them, I know this is not a 5 Star establishment but cmon people have some decency and respect for common courtesy. Went this monday ' on my lunch break ordered the $7 meal and it was okay ' the girl taking our order apparently had selective hearing or something ' anyways after we pull up to the window and then ask for more ketchup the fat girl with her airpod in ' not sure what her deal was looks like they might pay her overweight self to hog up all the ketchup apparently had an issue giving more ketchup out talking about "oh more ketchup ?" The food was fine. The people were great. But DQ cheated me out of the deal that took me there. I was supposed to get credits - "spoons," they called them - for each visit. I entered the receipts repeatedly. The app kept dropping them. I emailed the company. They ignored me. I printed out the receipts and mailed them to DQ headquarters. Still no response. Relatively large location. We went in and ordered at the counter. The drive-through line was about to snake into the street. We wanted to try the new drumstick blizzard. They are yum. The counter person made them for us. Pretty quick and he brought them to us at our table. Thanks. A polite and pleasant fellow. This location appears to have adequate personnel. This location is awful, slow and has ZERO customer service!! I just waited in line inside for ten minutes. When I got to the front of the line the manager came over and told the girl at the cash register to start taking door dash orders. I'm literally standing there staring at them. Neither of them greeted me or said "it will be just one minute thanks for your patience".... I stood there for another 5 minutes and literally just said "ok" and walked out. When the drive-thru line is long, just get off your butt and into the dining room...it is very clean and vibrant compared to most fast food joints, and the restroom was immaculate! I love the dipped cones here, have been coming to DQ since McDonald's no longer does cones dipped in chocolate (and does not do chopped nuts in the sundaes...Boo to Mcd's). This particular DQ is run very well and has home-style , country twang kinda feel to it, like all of a sudden you're in some little town along the way in a road trip. The only reason it doesn't get that full five star rating is that I had Jalitos (fried jalapeño sticks) there once and they had a bad grease aftertaste to them like if the oil in the fryer needed to be changed. The restaurant is the best, friendliest, and cleanest Diary Queen that we have ever visited.

I went there yesterday around 5pm. I was glad I got there before the after work rush. I placed my combo order and there was one man before me who ordered a shake and a car at the window. I knew I would be in and out quickly. Well, I sat there forever. Finally the cashier went to check on my order and then told me they are working on it. I could not understand the hold up since they were not busy. I waited, then FINALLY, he brought my order to me. I ordered it to go. I got home and was really hungry cause I had not eaten lunch. I opened everything up to put on my plate. Right away I noticed cheese on the burger which I did not order. I looked more closely at the burger and noticed it had two patties and bacon. It turns out I got the wrong order after all that time waiting. Pretty disappointed. I took one patty and the bacon out and put mustard and mayo on the bun, then ate it. They are very understaffed and overwork their employees and never seem to actually hire additional employees when they desperately need them. The ice cream and food is good but not worth seeing the nice employees overworked. Hire more people! There's a pandemic happening I'm sure tons of people would gladly work. I feel like it would reduce the long line they always have. Sometimes I don't end up ordering anything and just end up leaving because the line is so long. The managers seem to hate having to work the regular employee positions yet refuse to hire new employees.... They have a lovely bearded guy who works there. They don't answer the microphone in the drive through anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes at minimum when you approach it. You might think it's broken. It's not. They're just that bad at the basics of running a restaurant. When you're approaching the window, get ready to talk faster than an Irishman slurring his speech after a few too many Guinness's. They'll close the window faster on you than you could say "can I have napkins, please?"
