We stopped here because DQ is having an offer for 0.85 small blizzards if you use their app between now and 9/28. Definitely check that out if you're able! This DQ does not have food which is always a downer to see. I got the heath blizzard and my bf got the butterfinger. Both were good! They came out really quickly and were already semi starting to melt making me wonder how long they had been made. You could tell at least one of the guys working was over the deal which is kind of understandable but not great to show to customers. Overall it was a great cheap treat!

Dairy Queen isn't bad for your ice cream fix. It's not the best but it will do. Everyone loves the blizzards I do too. They have a big selection of things that can mix in for you and a lot of pre-made choices as well. FYI it's only open during the warmer seasons. Parking can be a little tricky but for the most part you can find somewhere to park. Pro tip: Try around in back. There is a parking lot available when it's not full. There is seating outside which is a plus and there shade and cover. This location because it's the only ice cream shop that I know of in the downtown Stamford area. It can get super busy. Just allow your self extra time. If your local to the area I would definitely stay stop by for a sweet treat.

I used to come to Stamford more frequently back in the day but now that I live closer I have been visiting a lot more! After dinner we were craving something sweet so we stumbled upon the DQ! There was a line but we didn't wait long. I hadn't been to a DQ in ages! I ended up ordering an Oreo blizzard with peanut butter sauce. I asked for a mini but got a medium (not complaining!) it was delicious, and will be returning next time I am in Stamford!

The blizzards came almost completely melted. There's no way you could flip that over and they obviously didn't when they handed it to us. From tilting it a little and you could pour it out. I could have just gotten a McFlurry from McDonald's and it would've been 100x better.

The perfect treat on a nice day! Considering the weather here in Stamford, this location does close during the winter months. However, it is also nice when it opens coming spring. The line can get really long in the summer months, but it does move quickly. There are so many different desserts to try out and there is the monthly special which is always nice to try. Some of my favorites include the oreo blizzard or the cookie dough blizzard. There was also the brownie oreo cupfection which is worth all 700 something calories. They also do sell some ice cream cakes and individually wrapped ice cream treats. My mom's favorite is the dilly bar which is vanilla ice cream with a chocolate covered shell coating. There is a small parking lot as well as a few tables and benches to enjoy your amazing dessert! You really can't go wrong with whatever you get here, so come try them all.

DQ is one of my favorite places for an ice-cream treat. Although there is parking there, finding a street parking is easy. Ice cream is smooth. The only problem is that the line can be long sometime. Great place to go if you are not in a rush.

This is my cup before taking a bite

I'm not sure why this blizzard isn't full or there was not extra peanut butter cups in this. When I received this I asked for if they put extra peanut butter cups in it and said yes then asked if they could fill it more. They said no. I know this DQ is normal generous but the last couple times I've gone, this has been the case. I get charged and under served. I would like my money back for the extra peanut butter cups.

Driving home from work and saw DQ! A vanilla cone dipped in chocolate was calling my name. Warm and humid outside so had to eat it quickly. Walk up window and ample seating outside.

    Banana split blizzard, yum!

Waited in line 15 minutes only to find out they had no ice cream cakes in stock. Counter person could have cared less. Won't be back.

The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, everyone was friendly, and we even ended up making new friends. A special shout-out to Maggie, our bartender. She was warm, fun, attentive, and made the whole evening even better. And creates the BEST cocktails. The food was outstanding. The burger was cooked perfectly, the French fries were absolutely delicious, and the bao bun was fantastic. Honestly, everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Great food, great service, great people, and a fun vibe. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, the hospitality from the staff, and chef made us feel right at home. We started drinks with a Strawberry Cosmo and a Paloma Spritz. Both refreshing and dangerously strong in the best way possible. For apps we came for the Crispy Duck on Sushi Rice, and as someone who usually scared to eat duck, this completely changed my mind. The duck was unbelievably crispy, similar to crispy prosciutto, and paired perfectly with their special sauce. We also had to do the Crab Cake was another standout, especially with the house-made Green Goddess dressing. The chef even came out to explain how he prepares the sauce, which made the experience feel much more special. For the entrees, we ordered the Linguine Fra Diavolo, loaded with perfectly cooked shrimp and the perfect amount of spice, alongside the Steak & Chips finished with a truffle vinaigrette. Somehow, every single dish just kept getting better. And because we clearly hadn't eaten enough, we had to try the Bacon Mac & Cheese Balls with smoked tomato sauce. I honestly could've eaten an entire plate of those. To end our meal, the chef surprised us with his Duck Egg Brownie, and it was one of the softest, fudgiest brownies I've ever had. A 2 hour train ride sounds crazy... but Flinders Lane made it absolutely worth the trip. I can't wait to come back to try the kangaroo!
