The inside is Filthy. Ice cream on floor and garbage heaping. Just grubby all around. As I sat in lot I watched 4 customers come and not get served. They left. 2 guys hung in back and never came out to serve them. I think I got served cuz I lingered looking at the menu so they realized I was there. Ice cream is good. No issues there. Can definately be more attentive use a good scrubbing. The DQ at Brighton rd is spotless should've gone there. read more

If you know a girl who rules, and gets it on consistently in any given 24 hour period, then she is a "Daily Queen", and that's my kind of girl. The reason I like this DQ so much is because I just had my best ever blizzard here. Soooooooooo goooooooooooooooood. The one with the salted caramel bits. Omggggggggggggggggggggggg. This Dairy Queen, though, is one of my favourite chains in town. The service isn't always great - some of the girls are friendly, some of the guys, not so much. However their product for some reason tastes better than other locations in town. Not only this, but they are open a little later than the other locations. I don't love chains, but I do love this location of this chain, and I recommend getting a Blizzard with salted caramel. I apologize in advance for the awful chocolate and peanut butter bits in it. This is one of the original DQ's that has been around since the 50's. We have been coming here for a lifetime. The folks running it are always friendly and efficient. What a nightmare! In the middle of the pandemic, on the hottest day so far this year... we chose to get a nice treat. We did not get any cool refreshing icecream but instead our credit card was charged 4 times, and a robust cashier with a terrible attitude problem kept telling us that our card was declined when it wasn't. The card was not declined, instead she kept charging it over and over taking money out of our pocket!! We looked at our bank record online and talked to the manager and he 1. Did not even apologize, and 2. He said we had to wait until tomorrow to get a refund! Dairy Queen charged nearly 80 dollars to my family's credit card, without us buying anything... And they didn't even apologize! We will file civil claims if our money is not refunded. We felt robbed. I will be writing to the CEO of this chain letting them know of our experience. read more

When I was a 5th grader at Casey Middle School, we had the option of buying a red or blue Slush Puppie at lunch time. Do you remember the old school Slush Puppies?! Like a melty snow cone in delicious juice. I haven't had a true Slush Puppie since those days until last night. At DQ! My friend wanted an Orange Julius after dinner. I wasn't feeling ice cream but the Arctic Rush sounded good to me... I ordered a small cherry. It was AMAZING! Brought me right back to the school cafeteria at Casey Middle and ordering a Slush Puppie as a treat. The DQ Arctic Rush is my new favorite thing at DQ. Get one, enjoy, and reminisce! So, growing up, I don't think I ever went to a Dairy Queen. There are still none in the area that I grew up in. So to me, it is somewhat of a novelty to go into one. This one is in a great location on Niagara Falls Boulevard, and I think it's been there for centures, having the old logo and signage, which I actually like. This is an ice-cream only location, but if you are hungry for something more savory, as of this review, on Mondays and Fridays you can usually find the Frank's Hot Dog food truck hanging out at this location. It's your standard soft-serve ice cream, so no surprises there. The service is friendly and prompt. My only wish is that they had covered outdoor seating -- it can be incredibly brutal on a sunny day. read more

This is a typical DQ but that doesn't make it any less of a nice summer treat. In the warmer months the wife and I like to walk our dog down here and get a couple cones (and a small one for her). Lines are usually long but they move quick because service is usually pretty good. read more

This location is not in a good spot for how long the drive thru wait times get. The parking lot is small and cars are backed up all the way into the road. Not safe with how people race in and out of the parking lot. Almost saw an accident the one time. Other than the parking lot the ice cream is always amazing and served right. Small older facility. We live Dairy Queen Blizzards. Had our order taken by young man. He did to write anything down and had to ask us twice what we wanted with us correcting him on what he was saying. Ice cream was good. Service okay. We could hear the same guy asking customers to repeat their order after they placed it. Just write the order down. It will save time and ensure the guest gets wheat they want. read more

I LOVE Dairy Queen! This location is always convenient, and always busy. The ice cream here is just perfect! It's still got the original look with some other original options of ice-cream.
