If I could put no stars I would. I arrived with my friends at 8:15pm and they are closed 45 minutes. I thought me and my friends could connect over some ice cream, but that wasn't the case. When I walked into Dairy Queen, I was hungry enough to eat a horse, but I didn't think it would take long enough to actually ride one before I got my food. I ordered a burger because, you know, curiosity. What I got was a masterclass in patience. Watching the college kids behind the counter was like observing the DMV of fast food. After a mere 40 minutes, I was presented with... a hot dog. I guess "burger" was lost in translation. They realized the mistake and set out on another epic quest to make my burger, which took an additional 20 minutes. By the time I got my food, I was no longer curious; I was just old. The burger was fine, but if you decide to visit, bring a tent, a sleeping bag, and perhaps a novel to pass the time. Happy dining! Hope this adds a bit of humor to your experience! read more

Terrible... that's all i can say. I ordered a medium twist the cashier took five minutes to ring me up. I waited 15 minutes to be presented a small chocolate and says "medium twist" i said that's chocolate sir, he shock his head and spiked it in the trash can. This is a local franchise that is obviously using the business for every dime they can get without spending any money until close. Signs inside are cracked, hand written signs everywhere, AC does not work, to name a few issues. Tonight I went to DQ twice, first sister location was closed, when it shouldn't. This location (second stop) only had chocolate ice cream, but it also had customers bring food back for refunds, classic case of over prepping toppings. If the ice cream machine works. I'd get ice cream. That's about it. read more

Awful! Avoid at all cost. AC was set at 86 F. We wanted to get out of the heat and have an ice-cream.... Blizzard was soupy without real fruit (banana split normally has chunks of bananas and strawberries). The chocolate for the sold scoop was chunky. Employees were rude. read more

So lets talk about our adventure there tonight. We walk in and there are only two people in there order ice cream and one person working. We got there about 8:40 and they close at 9pm. Instead of greeting us after taking care of the customers before us, the lady decides to get the keys to the door and go lock them. At this point it is 8:45pm. While she is locking the door she hollers at some guy in his car telling him he needs to come in because she is locking the door. So she takes our order for a Mint blizzard in a cone and a oreo cheesecake blizzard. They were out of cones and instead of giving me a oreo cheese cake, she gives me a strawberry cheese cake. There were only two of us and she got the order wrong! While we waited for our food one individual came to the door wanting in at 8:50pm but he couldn't get in because the door was locked. Remember how I said the sign says they are open until 9pm? So she then asks us to wait so that individual could not get in. I should also point out that she not only made use feel uncomfortable but also a inconvenience. Person that owns this place here is a word of advice: Start hiring better staff and keep things stocked. Plus this is a point of sale facility, teach your staff some manners. If you haven't seen on yelp yet, this is the third review that has given this place a one star. It's a dairy queen! You should never get one star. read more

After getting past the ants and other various insects inside of the store, I received my hot dog which was soaking wet and completely inedible. It took ten minutes for them to make a blizzard which was mediocre at best. I would never suggest this Dairy Queen to anyone, just go to McDonalds, it will be cheaper and you won't have to throw away your meal. read more
