I love the Daisy Shoppe! I think their buyer does so well! I always find the cutest stuff and the store is merchandised so well! The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to play different music, but that is usually always my suggestion with shopping...play the music at a lower volume. I'm personally overwhelmed easily when it's too loud...but, I'm sure some people love it. read more

I would like to give my favorable review about the Daisy shoppe in the San Clemente Shops. First of all, I was greeted by a beautiful woman named Samantha. She was so kind and helpful in finding clothes that fit my style. Samantha took the time to find me different sizes of clothes, gave her honest opinion as to how the clothes looked on me, and was overall pleasant and delightful to work with. I have never received such outstanding customer service before meeting Samantha at the Daisy Shoppe. This is the first time I have submitted a review but felt the need to single her out for her patient, helpful and excellent inter-personal skills working with me. I spend about $200.00 that day and didn't feel guilty about treating myself to some cute outfits. My desire is that Samantha be recognized, by her company, and given an appropriate commission based on her sales. Samantha truly blessed my day. Buyer beware. Make sure you know the return policy before you purchase anything. We were told we can return items up to 30 days. When we went to return, we were told that the policy is that you can only get a store credit. We bought multiple items under the impression that we can return it for a full refund.We had no other option other than to take them credit that we may or may not ever use. Just stopped in today and had a terrible experience. The store is cute but the customer service is poor. Nobody greeted my family and I as I entered nor asked if we needed help. There was a short black haired girl that followed me around the store acting as though I was stealing. Each time I turned around she was standing there watching what I was looking at. Found a couple of outfits online for a certain price. Went into the San Clemente store to buy them and they would not honor the price. There was nothing stating these were "online prices" only. They were the same thing. Bought them anyway. They don't fit. I live in Orange and was told by the San Clemente store I can return them at the Brea Mall store. They rudely told me they cannot. I'm now out this money because I refuse to ever step foot in one of these stores again after the way I was treated at both stores. So hurt and disappointed. read more

This is a really cute shop... definitely more along the lines of a boutique store. The prices are not that of an "outlet", however... so know that going in. There were tons of items I liked, and wanted - but was in the mood for bargain shopping when I went to the outlets, and was highly disappointed at the pricing at most places. There were a few gals working, one of them greeted me, and took my items to a dressing room for me. The others did not really acknowledge any customers, which I noticed was mentioned in a few other reviews. I've been to this boutique about 5 times within 4 months. My last visit was labor day weekend on Saturday morning 10:30am approx Clothes are super cute and reasonably priced. My grievance is the customer service or should i say lack of...... the lady working saturday outside on the sidewalk, she did smile and greet me. However, the young lady working inside NEVER acknowledged my presence even though i walked passed her 3 times on purpose to see if she would, ask me if i needed help, hello, something.. but she didnt say a word. I wanted 2 see a blouse that was up high and i probably would of purchased BUT since she lacked the common sense of customer service, i left the store. Absolutely refuse to hand money a store who cannot even say, hi. Their cuatomer service on the other days being on a Saturday usually is a serious hit and miss.. no wonder why retail stores are going under!!! ONLINE shopping is the best!!! Customer service is just awful since LeeAnn left!! The new store manager, Laurie just treated my husband terribly. She is very unprofessional and has zero people skills. My family and I have been clients for years... since the Mission Viejo store, and have spent thousand of dollars in the SC Outlet store since they opened their doors. Kelly, please do something about this person!! I'm sure your mom is very disappointed in the poor Yelp reviews, even though the boutique and the clothing are cute. First off I want to say I love Daisy shoppe stores with the exception of this one. I entered this store without even one employee saying hello to me. I proceeded to start shopping until I realized an employee was following me around the store staring right at me for a good 2min. Unfortunately, this business has NO REFUND policy. Store credit only. The problem is that it is a secret until you try to return something. I returned a dress for my wife today which was purchased 10 days ago. I requested a refund to our credit card. The sales person (Manager) said sorry but only store credits. I checked with my wife who was adamant that she was told there would be a refund if returned within 30 days. The Manager basically called my wife a lier and made no effort at understanding saying that she should have known the policy since it's on the receipt (???). I asked why the policy wasn't posted clearly at the register. Her response was that she should know it. This Manager needs to go and so does the store if they can't even be up front with the customers. Anybody want a store credit? We've got one. read more

Don't be fooled by the location: this is NOT an outlet! I will be surprised if this location lasts one year. The store is quite empty, a far cry from their over-crowded Mission Viejo store. Merchandise is mediocre quality at over-inflated prices. Same prices and products they have in their other locations. The employees seem to lack any personality or friendliness. My mom and I walked in one afternoon. We were the only customers in the store. We browsed for 10 minutes and during that time not one of the three employees even looked our way or said a word to us. I mean, it was nice not to have them stalking me like a criminal like they do at their Mission Viejo store, but to totally ignore your customers is just rude! read more

Girly boutique located at the newly opened Outlets of San Clemente near Starbucks and Under Armour. They have cute accessories, pretty jewelry, and a great selection of clothes. They have the cutest mugs, gift, and home decor items. I also love the wall of picture frames behind the registers. The store has an open bright layout unlike their other boutiques however didn't see any bakery or baby items at this location. This is one of four locations throughout Southern California. Unfortunately I was disappointed that I didn't find many sale items. This store is supposed to be an outlet, but found most things at regular price. Mugs for $16.95 and clothing averaging at $30-40. I would consistently shop at the MV location a few years back, but feel the material isn't worth the price of the clothing and the customer service has really gone down hill. Came in tonight with my sister; there was one other client with her daughter, and two employees working. Took almost five minutes of us walking around for them to acknowledge us and have received similar service at the Mission Viejo & Brea location. Nice store if you need to buy a gift for someone, but I think I'll stick to the clothing at Irene's Story and jewelry at Francesca's. read more

This shop is the absolute cutest. I'm from out of town and I always have to stop by when I'm in the area. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Today Jamie basically was my personal shopper and helped me style this piece I didn't know how to wear. She made it a great experience. From what I can tell the clothing quality is pretty thin but fairly sturdy. Definitely mostly dry clean only, but all so unique and fun. I went to this store today and there were two people working. A middle aged woman and an old hag. The middle aged woman was very sweet and made up for the way I was treated by the old hag. I walked in and I was the only Hispanic in the store (which obviously means I'm going to steal, right Gertrude?) so this miserable old woman followed me around. I couldn't believe it. I couldn't shop in piece because she felt the need to stand right next to me the whole time. I was going to walk out, but the old woman went to go ring customers up and the younger employee gave me great customer service. She made up for the way I was treated beforehand. I found a shirt that I liked so I went to the registers to purchase it and the old woman didn't greet me as I approached the counter. I decided to say hi myself and she ignored me. WOW. She did speak up to let me know it would be final sale with the WORST attitude so I just took my purchase and left. I don't know if she's the manager or owner of the shop or what, but she needs a lesson on customer service and how to set her prejudice aside. Miserable old woman. read more

The worst customer service. They fail to tell you that everything here is final sale. So, when I went to return/exchange the shirt I bought that had a hole in the side seam, they wouldn't refund my money. They sold me a faulty shirt and only gave me the chance to have them call me when the "new shipment" came in so I can grab a new one. It's been months...I still have no shirt and I'm out $25 bucks. This is one of my favorite places to shop. Great selection, great layout, and the manager who works there is so sweet. One reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they advertised they were hiring for an office position which I applied for (and am more than qualified for) but never heard back. And so I called many times and left messages with the office but still never got a call back. I asked the gal working in the office what the manager or owners email is and she wasn't sure, and sometimes I call and just get a busy signal. Even though this store is adorable, its lacking the customer service of a larger business. I have shopped at the Brea Mall Daisy Shoppe for many years and was happy to hear that they were opening an outlet. The San Clemente outlet is quite far from me, but I decided to make the drive on their one day a month clearance event. I was extremely disappointed to see that this outlet is not really an outlet at all. They had one tiny rack of clearance items. I would never go to that store again and am now irritated in general at the owners of the Daisy Shoppe for the misleading emails I've received, touting their new "outlet ".
