Pros: (2stars) 1. They're located close to me. And with covid restrictions I don't have many options for nails & they seem to have good availability. 2. Good for super basic regular mani pedi. There's a lady that does it, she's nice. Cons: 1. They're Cash Only. Only found out after getting everything done. They missed telling me and some other folks while booking appt. 2. Very inferior quality gel mani. Lasted barely a day or two and started coming off around nail beds so hair started to get stuck every time I brushed. Came off altogether in shower a week after. Attached pictures. 3. They buffed my nails with the motorized roller (not sure what it's called) which essentially damaged my nail's first shiny layer and made it look quite unhealthy. When I asked him not to do that as I don't want to have to hide the damage with nail polish all the time, his response was that the gel won't last if he didn't. Well it did not last even when he did so I'd have been better off with natural shiny nails rather than what he did. Saw that there were 4.5 stars on yelp so how bad could it be right? Well, worst experience ever. Definitely deserve no stars but didn't allow that option. Came in for a simple gel pedicure (which I found out at the end was $40), but anyways it was worse than that. I came in and had to wait 10 minutes because the lady was helping out another customer, which that part wasn't bad because I didn't have an appt. She asked that I pick a color so I said something light like a white or baby pink. Well she had neither. So I asked her what she had so she said "off white" and I said well that works. She asked me to sit at a table where they get their manicure instead of the pedicure chairs. She then asked for my foot under the table to start working on it and I said "don't people normally go to the chairs for a pedicure?" she mentioned it would be $10 for the chair. So I passed because that was the most ridiculous thing i've heard. She continued to work on my feet and got some nail polish on my toes that she didn't fix so when I asked her if she can remove the excess she huffed and carried on talking to her partner in their language (which usually means they start talking about you). I let her know if she didn't want to work on my toes and someone else could that's fine too because at this point my toes looked like a mess. She finished my toes and eventually did what I asked her too. The color turned out okay, but then she asked for $40. And then she mentioned they don't have a card machine and accept cash only. So I had to pay another $4 fee just to take cash out. Usually I always give tip but she didn't deserve another dollar of mine. Won't be coming back here. read more

I am extremely picky about my nails. I have been to every single nail salon in Santa Clarita and have had so many bad experiences. Either the nail techs are rude, I leave hating my nails, or I get something I didn't ask for. I stopped going to get my nails done for years. Then I found this place. Nobody even comes close to the work that Leon produces. He puts so much work and effort and attention to detail into making sure you get what you want. He is hilarious and super sweet. Going here doesn't feel like a drag, you enjoy the experience. He is absolutely amazing at what he does. What I appreciate most is that he takes criticism very well. If you don't like something, he is happy to change or fix it. He doesn't start talking shit about you to the other people at the salon (like every other nail tech does at other salons in my experience). I would 100% recommend this place. Very unimpressed. I walked in for a gel manicure and the woman was very rude. I attempted to start conversation and she basically ignored me the entire time. I'm not much of a talker anyway but at least acknowledgement would have been nice. My nails are not well done at all. She rushed the entire thing because she wanted to leave. I came in 2 hours before closing so she shouldn't have been in such a huge rush. All my nails have huge clumps of polish near the top for some reason. I didn't get acrylic. This is my natural nails and they look extremely fake and thick. The ends of my nails look way thicker than the rest so it looks stupid. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you go early so they actually take the time to do it right. I don't even want to go back for them to fix it because I don't want to be there any more than I have to. On top of that, the place was very dirty. I asked if she had others and she said that she did but only for the gel nails. Then when I wouldn't bite, she grudgingly pointed to a glass enclosure which had a few newer nail polishes. I went to peer in and she turned her back and started telling the man sitting there, I assume it was Leon, something that sounded disparaging, by the tone of her voice. Horrible experience. Went in for a pedicure and was asked to sit down and put my feet in the bowl without a plastic cover. Waited until the man decided to put one in and I ended up with ugly gel pedicure, was not polished nicely and he didn't even clean up around the edges with acetone. Left with a cut on my toe. Barely trimmed the toe nails and he cut the edges so poorly that a week later I had an ingrown. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS BEYOND RIDICULOUS. I HAVE NEVER LEFT A SALON IN TEARS. I came in to just get a simple pedicure, they were the only place that had open availability so I figured okay why not let's just try it. Boy was that a mistake, I was told to choose a color and sat in one of the chairs to get my toes done. My feet were placed in a COLD TUB OF WATER and immediately my pedicure was started, the woman wasn't very talkative which was fine, but as she was doing my pedicure I started to look around and notice how disgustingly dirty the salon looked, there was chemicals spilled by some of the buckets they had in the back and it doesn't look like they sweep very often. Now let's just jump to why I immediately wanted to leave. I asked for a French tip (5.00 extra, which was fine) to be done on my toes and as I was watching her do it I decided that I wanted my toes to just be fully painted instead, she became extremely frustrated and talking to me in a very aggressive tone telling me that if she painted the whole toe then she would have to take off all the polish she already did because otherwise it "wouldn't match", she said she'd show me how one toe would look after the French tip and I could decide then if I wanted to keep it or not. Of course I just decided to leave with toes that I wasn't satisfied with because I was just yelled at for wanting to paint my entire toe nail instead of just the tips. My tips don't even match and they seriously look like my 10 year old sister could have done a better job. I felt so trapped into getting a service that I didn't want because of her hostile attitude towards me. I was crying as she was painting my toes and I started having a small anxiety attack waiting for my toes to dry, needless to say I didn't tip and left the salon crying. So let me start by letting you know I am super judgy when going to nail salons! I read the reviews and was very hesitant but I liked the work from the pictures. So I took a shot and went in. There are only 2 manicurists in the shop. Both co-owners Leon & his wife. I called first thing in the morning and Leon was able to squeeze me In! He was an absolute joy to work with! Extremely hilarious and not a dull moment! His wife did my pedicure. She was a bit quiet but nonetheless did a great job. It was an $18 spa pedicure. Score! Leon did an Ombre pink and white set with a slight coffin shape for $45. They had some of the best prices in town and the final.product was amazing. I had my 2yr old with me during my apt and they were both so accomadating and giving her toys to keep her busy. Leon and his wife are incredible people and he is definitely there to satisfy. He has a great spirit and likes to joke a lot (do not take his jokes personal) he is just trying to put a smile on your face. I will definitely be returning to this amazing little gem! FYI they do not accept Discover Card. My debit card had expired and all I had was my credit card and Leon said don't worry about it, Just come pay me later on. This is to show you the kind of person he is. Never working with me before or knowing anything, didn't ask for a license or anything he trusted me to return with payment. This is how genuine these owners are! Good karma goes a long way. ****important note It's been 2 weeks and 1 day today and all 10 nails are still on and still looking great!
