Starting w the good. Moon did my toes. She was incredibly kind, helped me pick a color and my toes look nice. Without her this review would be a 1. I made an appointment for 4pm on a Thursday. I got there at 3.45 so I had time to pick a color. They didnt start my appointment until after 4:30. Toes went well, though the water was really cold, even after i asked for it to be warmer. While they were doing my nails, they had to switch tecks mid nail, no big deal. What is a big deal is the person who took over STOPPED doing a teen girls nail half way through a full set and proceeded to finish my nails (for a good 30 min) then go back to her. The teen didn't know better and had I realized it sooner I would have insisted it was wrong. They took advantage of her... The tech who took over also talked to her friend on her cell on speaker phone durring my apt - excuse me what? Not appropriate. Today is Sunday, besides basic showering and hand washing my hands were not in water and I did no labor over the weekend. The backs of my nails are completely peeling off. My daughter and I had appointments yesterday at 2pm. When we arrived, there were about 5 people working on clients. Nobody greeted us or said a word to us, not even the manicurist sitting next to the front desk. We waited about 5 mins and asked to check in. She asked if we had appointments and we told her that we did. She told us to sit and wait. 15 mins went by and nothing. We overheard one of the clients telling her manicurist that her appointment was at 1 and it was now past 2 and that it was taking too long. My daughter walked over to one of the staff and asked how much longer the wait would be. She said 20 more mins as they were running behind. We left. I understand places running behind schedule. However, the lack of courtesy in letting us know or even acknowledging that we were there was unacceptable. read more

First of all, the music is not in English. So be sure you are ok not understanding. 2nd, they overbook, so be prepared to wait or be left while they work on someone in between your treatment. Being overbooked, don't count on symmetry with your shape! Also, ask up front what the cost is when they suggest any add-on. My pedicure was $66. And, in less than a week. The polish came off a toe. The rest look awful with so much over painting on my skin. The chairs are breaking down, and sitting for 2 hours can leave you feeling less than relaxed. So, you decide. Got my nails done here for the first time as I had seen good photo reviews. Got a full set acrylic and polish set. Disappointed in the quality of nails and how they charged me $65 for this hot mess. Do not recommend, the nail artist painted over my cuticles with gel polish, and ended up giving me a bad reaction. Not only that but the nail tech who did my nails seemed to be in a rush to get me finished. Tiffany was a rock star, she removed my acrylic nails as gently as she could (20 mins), i never thought they would come off. Tiffany didn't say a word (showed complete respect & grace). I got a full set of acrylic nails and they are amazing (what a difference one person can make). She is patient, kind & gentle. She took her time & I am very happy with the whole salon experience. I received a gift card for this salon so I tried it. I tried multiple times to call to make an appointment but their phone system was continually busy (for at least 30 minutes). So I went in and they took me right away, which was great. The manicurist asked me which selection I wanted and I pointed directly at the price of the pedicure I wanted ($45). She did a good job with the basics of the pedicure. When it was finished, I waited and then she returned and helped put my sandals on (which usually means you are good to go). I went up to pay and she said I owed $60. I showed her how I pointed directly to the $45 selection and she became accusatory (she had been very nice until then) and said "no, I saw you!!": I didn't want to argue so I paid for the $60 pedicure but it's honestly not what I pointed to. When she put on my sandals, she didn't take out the paper between my toes so I got to the car and took it out, being careful, but realized the polish was still pretty wet, and it got damaged a bit. I waited, ran a couple errands, got home, and it was STILL tacky/wet. I even tried using a uv light in case they used gel polish instead of regular. STILL tacky. I called the salon and asked about why the polish should still be thus way over an hour later and she just said "well, regular polish takes a long time to dry, you just have fo wait". (I've never had that experience and have had MANY pedicures). I said that the nail polish got damaged because it stayed so wet. She did not offer to have me come in to get it redone, did not seem to care. I honestly am not a complainer but this was a bad experience! When I was asking for reshape he wouldn't do what I wanted and seemed frustrated or mad when I tried to talk to him about it. And the main reason I am writing this review... Went in to get a mani pedi, the service was awful, they rushed through everything, not happy with my results. The next day both my toes and fingers, was peeling off. I want to update my review from a few years ago. The manicurists are very hard working and kind. They do a great job and are always great. The shop has a new owner and the vibe is different. Not sure if it's a good vibe. One complaint I have is lots of $$ are being put into the shop- products, services and appearance. What needs immediate improvement is the bathroom. Twice I've been there and it's either out of toilet seat covers and yesterday no paper towels. I had a 9am appointment. That shouldn't happen. The owner was there both times. The soap is an off brand and it's like years old. Spend some $$ and update the bathroom so it's a nice not only for the clients but for the staff. Get some Bath and Body products and make it a decent bathroom. 2nd complaint is you've increased prices for services not needed. Mist for pedicure? Unnecessary. Also, I received a notice I was able to get a discount as I'm a regular customer. $2.50 off a pedicure and gel manicure? Really? Should be like b4 10%. Totally humiliating. I really appreciate Joyce and Lucy and all the staff but please improve this salon. read more

I will start by saying that Tina, Tony and Lucy are the absolute best with what they do. They are true professionals and treat you like family. I just wish that they were still the owners. But I get it. I received an email a few days ago, a one liner. It stated our prices will be going up in March! I call to find out, and the owner really could not express to me how much! She stated maybe 5.00-10.00 per service. So if I go in for my nails and pedicure, that would be 20.00 extra per time you go! I then went in there today to get my nails done and thought I would ask again. I asked the male, who is related to the owner. He said he thinks 5.00 per visit (reasonable). He said ask the girl who is his wife and owner because she would know better. I asked again and she said that they did not know yet, but maybe 5.00 to 10.00 per service. How do inform people about this but do not know what you are raising it to yet? That way we can make a decision whether we will come back next time or not. Again, I understand that cost of supplies are more expensive, but this is extreme . I have been coming here since the day this place opened and they were always so reasonable and personable. The girls did a really nice job on her patterned nails and even topped her off with a little flower on her toes. My mani-pedi was not great. I came here because someone referred me and I was looking for somewhere last minute that could see me for a new full set. When I walked in, they had just opened, so it was pretty quiet. The store was large and clean. I was seated with Helen. She was very sweet and was attentive to detail. The only thing is she took quite a long time, about 90 minutes! That was a long time for a full set, especially considering I had no previous acrylics to remove. In reading other reviews, it seems like Lynda and Steve are the best ones to see. Nothing against Helen but with the amount of time she spent, I thought the nails would last. Unfortunately they started lifting in less than two weeks! I also wasn't a fan of the shape, they looked more like almond when I had requested coffin shape nails. I don't know if I will visit again. If I did, I would probably request someone else to help me. read more

This salon is in need of a serious makeover. It's so off putting to be sitting here looking at dirty walls, walls with holes, walls covered in soap scum from the sinks. The chairs the girls use are old, torn and unfit to be used all day long. I used to come here when this place was new, fresh and clean. I only came here today because Lucy is so good. She deserves to work in an inviting environment. To the owners & management, shame on you for not caring for this salon.
