    Chicken sandwich

This is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had It was so crunchy and had good flavor The service was also amazing. They made orders fast and fresh.

Gross smashed soggy bun almost zero hamburger

wish I could leave zero stars. almost $30 for two horrible hamburgers, horrible small burnt ends of fries and a small coke. I would highly recommend you go anywhere but here. used to be so good. not anymore.

Great burger, fries, and corn dog. Root beer float and Soft serve was yummy. Food was fresh and didn't even have to wait long. Love how they use local meat. The gal that helped us was super sweet and even offered my dog a milk bone!

I have to preface this with the acknowledgement that I absolutely love small town burger joints. They're my favorite thing, ever. This is well documented. All up and down the state, and across the freeways of America, I've frequented roadside stands, drive-thrus, shacks, and small ma and pop spots. I don't say this to pull any kind of cred--I'm just a dude who likes burgers. The reason that I do share this, is that I give tons of leeway to spots like this--they're not pioneers of the epicurean front, they're just good, comfortable food. With all that leeway, I still have to say that there were some problems with my Daley Freeze meal. I don't regret going there, I still choose small town burgers every time, but even with a deep abiding love of these kinds of establishments, I was left thinking about a lot of areas of improvement. First, the burger. Look, I know this isn't dry-aged beef ground to chef's texture, but these patties were forlorn. The whole burger was quite small, even for a double, and the patties thin. I loved that they weren't shy on the mustard (far superior to ketchup, IMO) and I love me some pickles, but the whole thing was less than you'd expect even from a drive-thru spot. The shake (chocolate banana is my go-to, always has been, it's a thing with me) was a great texture but had some major mix problems. About a third of it hadn't been mixed at all, so I got a big portion of just vanilla soft serve and a big ribbon of chocolate syrup. Kudos for the texture, for using syrup (superior to chocolate soft serve) and for fresh banana, and I kinda like the changeup of shake and just ice cream, but a shake it was not. The fries, billed as "Best Fries In Town", probably fit that bill when they were first made. Somewhere between shoestring and steak fries in size, they had the greatest potential. But they weren't real fresh, and even the generous dusting of seasoned salt couldn't save them. I ate them, they were fine, but their tagline now largely depends on if anyone else in town is making fries. It's mostly a drive thru, with a few parking spots in front and a walk-up window, with limited seating around back. They're now only serving Pepsi (although signs say Coke and Pepsi) and the menu has a few creative items like a mushroom swiss burger, or a pastrami burger. The place has history, clearly, but I worry about their future. I wanted to love it. The service was pretty quick, but about as warm as the fries, and ultimately I walked away mostly forgetting the whole thing. For a burger shack guy, that's not awesome. It's much better than a lot of chainy options, and you can do far worse. Prices were pretty reasonable, that's a positive as well. Hopefully they keep things fresh and don't plateau, I'd like to see them around for a long time and with a feverish following.

Went to get lunch and the service was terrible!! Poor girl was so overwhelmed. When she handed me my order, it was clearly the wrong thing, I opened the bag and there was a cheeseburger I ordered 2 piece halibut, and did not get any sauce! Halibut is clearly over done with no salt! Very disappointed

We were expecting to only find drive thru restaurants, but we were excited to see an IHOP. We were quickly greeted and taken to a table. We noticed that there was a special menu for the release of the Wonka movie. It had lots of sugary items, one of which my wife excitedly ordered. It was tasty and brightly colored, making it super fun. I had the more traditional bacon, eggs and hash browns. They were very good and just the right portion size-not too much, so nothing went to waste. Service was ok, just a little slow. But the orders were correct and the food was good. When we drive through again, we will stop by for breakfast!

We often meet together several times a week and we expect good service. We are also big tippers (most of us are also veterans and we are all senior citizens). Service was terrible. The server we had brought coffee and just placed all of the cups at the end of the table. Did not even serve each of us. When we were finally able to order (we asked multiple times) 3 of us got ice cold breakfasts. We contacted the manager and were comped for the bad breakfast, but that was not enough. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. I have frequented many IHOP's and have never experienced such bad service or food. DON'T GO!!!

Waited 30 more minutes for them. Mine was cooked how it should be (medium rare) and his was undercooked. Had to be sent back again. Came out 15 minutes later, overcooked. It wasn't worth sending it back again. Really crazy they couldn't get it right and we were just waiting 45 minutes. I asked to speak with the manager and he didn't apologize for the inconvenience. He did provide two free appetizer cards but I was surprised they didn't take off any of the entrees (there was a party of 5 of us). Chicken wings, mashed potatoes, and the mac and cheese are some of the best items. I also always get the filet. If you come, plan for the time to get your food to take a bit of time.

This review is regarding Longhorn Steakhouse in Spanish Fork Utah…read more This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. My stepmom called in and ask if we needed to make reservations for our group of ten. We were told they don't do that it was a 20-30 minute wait. So we all went there, put our names on, they told us 20-30 minutes and we started waiting. Mind you we got there at 6:30 because my wife and I have a 19 month old and we were hoping to be able to hang out with our family, get our toddler fed, and then over to bed at a timely hour. 30 minutes turned into 45 minutes. But it's a restaurant, things happen so we weren't too upset at this point. Although we were confused because we did watch a huge group (bigger than ours) walk in after us and get seated. So my sister went in and asked where we were at in line and we were told we were priority and next to be seated. We then got to the hour mark and asked how much longer and we were told that the table we were going to be given had a party there that had already finished their meals fifteen minutes prior and were just talking . The hostess said they didn't want to be rude and ask them to get a move on. Which is weird considering there are people waiting to be sat. It is not rude to kindly ask a group to wrap it up because there are other people waiting. But again, we were told we were next and priority. So then an hour and thirty minutes comes up and we hear the manager call out for a party of nine. My step mom asked him what was going on because we were told we were next to which he responded "just give me a sec," which is quite comical considering we had, at that point, already given him about an extra 3,600 seconds on top of the 1,800 seconds we were told they needed to get our party seated. Totaling 5,200 seconds for those interested. So then an hour and 45 minutes comes up and the manager comes out and says he is only going to be able to get us seated in separate groups. We said okay, we were just wanting it to be over with. Our toddler was tired and we just needed to get him fed and home. Well, we ended up having to wait. And it got to be another 15 minutes. At which point we decided just leave. Unfortunately, my dad was pissed and went and told the Manager off. The Manager replied with "this is nothing new to me, it happens all the time." Which is actually revealing to this restaurant's management competency level. If you have people in your face a lot, then you are clearly doing something wrong. Whether it being the processes, systems, or communication problems. There is clearly something wrong that isn't being addressed. If you read through the reviews here, there is a common denominator: managers, and wait times, (I will leave the food out of it because we didn't get any. Although I did hear a woman leave who said "well that wasn't anything special, I'm probably never coming back." So I will give her a one star by proxy for the food element). But this being the common denominator on reviews doesn't just reveal how poor Zack and Brenden are as managers but actually how bad Chad is at managing his leaders of the restaurant. And that incompetency really just extends all the way up to the owners of the restaurant, who obviously cannot get a grip on how their restaurant is ran. Why go into business if you are just going to be incompetent, like aren't you embarrassed? The issue here is that simple communication would have been appreciated. Even a "hey guys, I'm sorry but we are an hour in and I don't think we are going to be able to get you seated," would have been understood, things happen. To be told we are only going to wait 20-30 minutes and then get strung along for an extra hour and a half is just crappy. Especially when we have a toddler. We tried to audible to Chilis but at that point it was 8:40 at night, they told us about 30 minutes so we just had to get our kid home and fed. So we got him home, fed him and just now putting him down at 9:15 at night. All-in-all a really crappy experience that strung us along, and then left us high and dry to a decent audible with the family.

Unfortunately, my first visit didn't quite live up to my expectations. I went through the drive-thru, and the young woman taking my order wasn't very familiar with the menu. I asked about the Slammer, which was listed under the Brotz and dogs, but stated that it had tri-tip, I was trying to discern if this was served like a steak and everything but when I asked the attendant she couldn't really describe it. When I asked if she could check, she came back without any additional information and simply asked what I'd like to order. Since I couldn't get more details, I played it safe and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a small order of fries, which are cooked in beef tallow. The burger had a few things going for it. It was on a toasted bun. The bacon was thick and cooked well, there were plenty of fresh onions, two pickle slices, and a tomato. Unfortunately, the beef itself was underseasoned, and the much-advertised "Ashton Secret Sauce" was surprisingly bland. I actually think the burger would have been much better with the fry sauce, which was easily the highlight of the meal. The fries had good flavor and I appreciated that they were fresh-cut, but they arrived lukewarm and limp, as though they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I also didn't receive any napkins with my order. That said, this is a brand-new location, and opening a restaurant is no small feat. I'm hopeful they'll work through the early growing pains because the original Delta location set a high standard. They also have a large menu, and burgers aren't typically my go-to order anyway, so I'll definitely give them another chance and try something different on a future visit.
