My experience here was not the deemed favorable nor professional here. When I brought in a diamond ring to sell, the transaction was fine and everything went through. However, later on, I received a call being accused of selling stolen jewelry under no factual evidence. As I tried to call to talk to Daniel Cerrato, he told me that he would try to help me only to find out that he ghosted me and was no longer willing to help. I have already had previous problems with the Dallas location. When I was this location, they made vulgar and unprofessional comments such as "signing my soul away" when I was selling a piece of jewelry. It seems as this company as a whole is not as renowned or distinguished as they are portrayed to be. Instead, they are going to get over on you and waste your time. I have a Marquis diamond that is under warranty with Jared's. Which means I have to take it in and have it looked at every six months. And after I have it looked at I take my diamond across the parking lot to Dallas Gold and Silver in Lewisville and have my friend Daniel Cerrato check it out. He rarely finds anything wrong with my rings. Today was my six month check up on my Marquis diamond and Jared's said there were several chips in the outside diamonds and several diamonds in the anniversary bands were loose. Once again, I said no thank you to having them service it and took it over to Dallas Gold and Silver to my friend Daniel. He did not find any thing wrong with my ring. He offered to clean it and I said Jared's just did. Daniel said no they did not. So Daniel cleaned and polished it and it looks like a new ring. I don't trust anything Jared tells me about my rings. Brought in a slew of jewelry for Daniel to review and has he did he found some minor issues with them. Offered to clean all comped and repaired very reasonable. Met Chris as I was admiring their eclectic styles of watches. Very refreshing to have a jewelry shop so personally involved with their timepieces as well as professional attitudes. Mask are worn and sanitizer gel is available. Daniel is very well versed in his trade and I will say Chris is as well.
