There was a slight language barrier between him and me, but they handled it gracefully, never rushed, always attentive, and they made sure communication was smooth by assisting with translation as needed. You could tell he took pride in what he does and wanted to get it right. The shaping, fit, and attention to detail here were outstanding. You're not just buying a hat; you're getting craftsmanship done right in front of you. Watching them steam, shape, and customize is its own experience.
