    Pastas and drinks.

I love the concept of this place. You can choose your own pasta, sauce, and toppings. Kind of like the Subway of Italian food. The food was good. Moriah (not sure if I've spelled it correctly) was amazing! So helpful, friendly, and kind! There's plenty of seating in the food court area. They don't seem to have any fountain drinks, but they have an assortment of bottled and canned drinks.

At the millenia mall in the food court, walking around and nothing was really catching my eye when I spotted this pasta place and who doesn't love a nice bowl of pasta? People who are gluten free that's who! However, we spotted their sign that said gluten friendly options. so we stopped and asked. They do have gluten-free pasta available for a $3 up charge but because ours is just a gluten intolerance and not a true allergy, and it's non-celiac, when they mentioned that the pasta was made fresh in-house daily using flour imported from Italy, we decided that we could skip the gluten-free option because when we eat real pasta from Italy that is made with Semolina wheat we don't have any digestive issues. That is a huge win for this place in my book. The 2 gentlemen at the counter were knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients for our allergies & intolerances. I also appreciated that they offered samples of the sauces prior to ordering. I also want to mention that the gentleman at the counter who took our order spoke directly to the adult in my party who is a disabled wheelchair user. That is something that we don't come across often believe it or not. People usually talk to us to take her order, believe it or not and she really appreciated that he did because she can communicate and respond for herself. The food was delicious. Its like a build your own pasta bowl. You pick your pasta, from 5 options, one being gluten free, then pick a sauce from 10 options and add toppings, sides or extras. I would love to have some more veggie options to mix in like spinach, artichokes black olives etc. They make your bowl fresh and give you a beeper to let you know when its ready. 8/10. I'd come back for sure.

DalMoros just opened a new U.S. location at the Mall at Millenia, and it was such a nostalgic stop for my family. We went to their Venice location years ago, and one bite instantly took me back to that trip (in the best way). The ordering is simple: pick your pasta and sauce. Prices are reasonable (about $10 - $16) for the generous portion size. I couldn't even finish my full cup. You can add toppings for an additional $2 - $3 each, but that felt a little steep, so we skipped the it this time. The pasta is delicious on it's own. Additionally, they also sell pasta and sauces to cook at home, plus sandwiches and desserts (tiramisu and lemon sorbetto). Well worth the quick stop if you're craving a casual pasta fix while shopping.

The magical dining menu includes a three course meal with some good options. The drinks were delicious and strong, but not overpowering. The food was delicious from the calamari to the bread to the entrées and especially dessert...they did not disappoint! All of the food seems fresh and came out in a timely manner. The service was great. Our server was attentive and anticipated our needs. Mama came around a few times and spoke to us and the live music was very impressive. It was loud, but their voices and instruments sounded amazing. The food on the regular menu is a bit pricey, but it is to be expected. Overall, it was a great experience and I would return.

I'm honestly not sure why, bc he seemed nice to the couple next to us. Our plan was a night out with the girls "just because." 5 minutes after sitting there, the fire alarm went off. None of the team member seemed to be phased by it. We asked the bartender and of course he just shrugged. Thirty minutes later our table was ready, alarm and lights still blaring. They seated us. The chairs were all different styles and height....maybe the theme. Simply didn't work, some of us were chest height to the table and some normal... simply weird. The table to table singers, bless their hearts, sang so loudly. However this was not the time-- between the alarms, the dark weird light with flashing emergency lights, it was just overstimulating. The two stars, instead of one, is simply for the drink we had and the manager rebooking us at another restaurant. Said restaurant was at the other hotel, two boats away and too much to get to. We left and found another Italian restaurant, after the first boat ride to city walk. I don't think I'll try Mama Della's again.

We also tried a small rosti with Philly cheesesteak inside. We've never had this, so nothing to compare but it was good. I would have liked it hotter and crispier, but good anyways. Jess had gnocchi in Gorgonzola sauce with crispy chicken on top. She loved it! I had the chicken parm (of course) where they added the cheese & sauce table side. Great presentation, crispy chicken and hot cheesy sauce. Yum. The only bummer was no Diet Coke ( Jess doesn't drink Diet Pepsi lol). Service was excellent and it's small but cute inside.

My friend got the veal picatta and to be honest, it was a little tougher than it probably should have been. I got the pasta with filet, and it was delicious. The desserts were the real winners, and the limoncello cake was top tier!!!
