All of the instructors I've had are amazing! Nicole was one of my first instructors I learned from! She's awesome! Ive also scheduled with Aaron, Erin, Mel, Momo, Adriana, Erien, Vanessa, Jase, Kristy, Kiki, Tim, and Madi who are all amazing! Again, I go whenever my schedule permits so it's always changing lately but they're all so good you can't go wrong. Tim's class was prob one of the harder classes I took along with Momos! But you feel so proud of yourself after. But you can always modify to what you need especially because some days you have more willpower than others!

The studio has a wide variety of equipment, which is great, but there was a lot going on visually. Equipment and bins were spread throughout the space, making it slightly difficult to move between machines. I appreciate the variety, but better organization would really improve the flow of the room. The class itself was unique, with a mix of ages and genders, which I liked. The instructor was kind, asked about experience levels, and offered helpful modifications to either intensify or simplify movements. That said, there were moments where direction wasn't super clear, and some people (myself included) got a bit lost. The pillars in the middle of the room also made it hard at times to see demonstrations. Cleanliness was okay... the equipment didn't look dirty, but it didn't feel particularly clean either. For example, around the weight-changing areas, there was visible dust, hair, and debris. The area for shoes and bags also had a slight odor. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The instructor and workout itself were good, but the small details (organization, cleanliness, and overall flow) made a difference. I'd probably try other studios before returning, but I wouldn't completely rule it out.

There are four big pine trees with separate retaining walls around three of them for owners to sit down. With it being so close to the bay, there's often a nice breeze that goes through the park. There's no divide between small dogs and big dogs, so it's best to just keep an eye on your dog, and many owners around here are usually respectful. The street parking immediately adjacent to the park is free, however, it has a limit of 30 minutes, and the parking meter workers are strict on it if they're around. I bring my dog here around lunch time because those who live/ work in the area tend to bring their dogs during their break time and my dog gets his socialization time. They close 8am-11am MWF for maintenance/ cleaning. Currently, both gates are broken so it's not as secure as it should be, and who knows when the city will actually fix it. There're a few agility structures and a water dispenser. The children's park itself looks pretty cool for kids with a lot of structures with slides and swings. There's also another separate area with fixed exercise equipment that looks well- maintained. The water feature in the park is a water feature, not a pool.

Where can you find a large art sculpture and the many areas made of wood and the climbing is for exercise.

I have been seeing Dr. Dalya Rubanenko for a couple months now since my roll over car accident. She has provided excellent care and really does her best to find the source of my issues. I switched from my previous DC search of a female chiropractor and have no interest in looking for anyone else. She referred me for MRIs right away and also to some MDs for medication and she made it happen quickly. She taught me strengthening for my back which has helped a lot. I finally received the treatment I needed for my two herniated disc bulges in my neck and lower back. Her practice is inviting and her care is gentle compared to some other adjustments I have had. She was the best sent me to the right doctors for my pain. She started working on my right away. I strongly recommend Dr. Rubanenko she is a G.O.A.T at what she does. Before coming here I used to feel uncomfortable with my back and my posture. She used her hands on my problem areas-- right shoulder blade and levatur scapula--in addition to the normal adjustments when you are lying on your side and on your back. She tested my range of motion, mobility, and pain levels. She showed me how to do certain stretch movements to loosen tight areas on my back. She explained that my spine was tight and how I was using 10% of the middle, which meant that my neck and lowerback were taking on more stress. She recommended that I start with five of each exercise before bed. Stephanie, the front desk person, is very organized and professional. She will remind you with a phone call the day before your appointment. She has next month's calendar/schedule at her desk and is very patient as I try to figure out my next visit. Contrary to yelp listing, the office is open on two Saturday's a month (must check which Sat because it's not the same) on top of the regular work week but closed on Thurs. The office has an open layout, meaning the adjustments are done in an open area (no door), located in a building with other retail and offices. I have seen Dr. Brittany twice (allow sufficient time for the intake paperwork and your first visit), and I have two more appointments already scheduled. I discovered her because I received a gift certificate, and I would recommend.

Cervical Chiropractic on the side of your neck - I have been getting this treatment else where for a while so I could feel that she is not well trained and was way off of right spot to work on, and just within 24 hours I start getting so much pain which last about a week until I went back to the other place in Encinitas. Chiropractic - I have been getting this treatment in many different places and for the first time I wanted to ask to 'stop". It was awful and made me really nervous. 3. Pain Relief - This was the only thing I thought she does well, but it is too pricy just for this type of treatment, so I found somewhere else. Parking was awful in the area, I had to drive around for 15 min. to find a spot, and then my second visit, I arrived in time for my appointment and all the entrance in the building was locked. I called her but no one answered, and eventually got a call from her when I just arrived home. No, I am not going back. I paid for several sessions in advance but decided not to take the rest. Overall my experience was nothing but stressful, nerve racking and painful.

I ripped a tendon in my knee in April of 2016 and I went to a few physical therapists and their recommendations were the same: Rest and stay off of your knee. Ice it. Do some simple exercises. I could barely workout and I was in pain at the end of every day. I went in to see Kerry for a massage in April 2017 and mentioned my knee pain/problem. She was incredibly knowledgeable but also thoughtful and cautious in her approach. I started going to see her once a week for a 15-30 minute session just for my knee. IT DID WONDERS. They have a special machine at her office that has a similar effects of a deep tissue massage and it BREAKS UP SCAR TISSUE. I literally could feel knots that had developed around my knee disappear after treatment. She knew what to do and the combination of her technique, knowledge, and the machine saved my knee. I still go to her for regular massages (and I won't go to anyone else). She's amazing. Dr. Chang is also an incredibly knowledgeable therapist. She is the only person who has ever "adjusted" me (she is a chiropractor) and to be honest, the only person I would trust. She is very intuitive and has a holistic/mind-body approach to her practice. Today, the fellow who is there was paired with her. We talked after I had my visit. It took a lot of courage for her to bring up my review. She was very fair and I must say my care with her today was great. Sometimes raising a son with a disability can be tough. Maybe I should of been more direct with communicating my concerns. Today we spoke about it and I must say I have a new respect for her. The care she gave me personally was terrific. It's not my attention to hurt anyone. I will be more careful with my words in the first. I plan on staying with her for my future health
