The vehicle wasn't that dirty it only had 23k on it but I like the paint to it's best. Needless to say but they had a petty good base to start with. I dropped it off the night before and was called the next morning around 9:30 to say my vehicle was done. I'm like did you start on it yesterday seems awful fast to do all that. He replies back yeah we start at 5am. So I pick the vehicle up after work it looks good so I pay the $230 and pull the vehicle out into the sun to have another look. They missed some surface scratches so I pull it back in and they take care of them. I find it hard to believe the scratches didn't come out if they did all three sets of polishing as listed in description but also could be due to the inadequate lighting in the place. So I get home and upon further inspection I notice they didn't even clean rocker panels and most definitely didn't polish them. They are a painted panel which I would think would be included in a full detail. Then I notice they didn't polish the roof the paint is rough and some of the adhesive is still on paint from the wrap the previous owner had on it. They didn't even clean the tires they left all the grime on there and just covered it with more tire shine. They also left wax everywhere see before and after photo of weather stripping. If I can clean it why can't they? I then contact the owner and he dismisses all of it. I ask for a partial refund and he says no they cleaned it to best of their ability. Do yourself a favor and find another shop they didn't do everything I paid for and took advantage of me.

Visited Mid City Hand Car Wash on a Sunday and as expected based upon the reviews they aren't the…read morequickest even though 2-3 workers conduct the car cleaning. Overall the price is within reason of what I'd expect to pay but the prices are set to go up due to command. The outside of car wash spotless and I was very thrilled to see it shine. The entire was mostly spotless too but it was lacking in some areas. On my seats the vacuums didn't clean through and there was small dirt/crumbs still and with the platinum wash I would expect them to take the mats out hose them down and wash it as well but that wasn't the case. Overall the do a good job but do a fully through inspection prior to departing. Also remember, if you select platinum your service includes an air freshener don't let them forget that; I had to remind them.
