I really enjoyed walking around and exploring their collection of unique items. They don't have as many plants and varieties of soils that you'd find at a nursery, but I see a lot of potential here. I asked if it was a tree, bush, plant, or flower, how long it usually takes to get in stock, and if she could tell me anything about it. Instead of getting help, I was met with constant interruptions and one word answers like, "Nope," or "I don't know." It honestly felt like she couldn't wait to get rid of me. Her tone, facial expressions, and overall attitude came across as irritated from the second I started talking. She looked visibly angry, like she was annoyed that I even asked a question. It was one of the most uncomfortable customer service interactions I've had. So rude and unpleasant and unprofessional. I think her conversation and chit chatting with her coworkers was more important. I've spent a lot of money at this nursery over the years, and I drove out expecting knowledgeable, friendly service. Instead, I was treated with disrespect. The only reason I didn't say more in the moment was because I was with my wife and didn't want to make a scene. If interacting with customers makes you that miserable, customer service probably isn't the right position. One employee's attitude is enough to lose loyal customers, and that's exactly what happened today. I won't be coming back due to Gianna. It's honestly sad and I'm genuinely embarrassed for you. It was so helpful to see how things would take shape before committing to the process. Collin completely revamped our vegetable garden. Now we have a perfect canvas to start growing fresh herbs and vegetables for our daughter. He took our garden that was overrun with weeds and made it ready to begin again. In the span of a few hours he also had time to trim all of our trees, and he reused the bark for the vegetable garden. Collin is efficient, resourceful, knowledgeable, and innovative.
