We took our 2 year old with us and even though he ran through the showroom, they were patient and understanding (it's hard shopping with toddlers)! Lots of complimentary yummy snacks and bottled water helped buy us more time shopping. The delivery of our fire table was originally estimated to be 2 months out, but they arrived at our home in about 3 weeks with everything else we ordered! Delivery was smooth as well. We love our new outdoor furniture and will be back for more items in the future. Update 12/6/24: They ordered furniture covers from a different place now so that I can get covers sooner. Have been promised delivery in 5-7 business days. Fingers crossed. If I wasn't on a work break, I could probably spend quite some time in there! I found some Illy whole bean decaf espresso easily, as it was right in front of the espresso machines. It was a bit of a challenge for me to find a basic steaming pitcher, because it was out of sight standing near the espresso machines towards the back of the store. I had to look on the opposite side of a round-table display to find a lone, random steaming pitcher. It was next to things that did not seem related. The whole display seemed like a hodgepodge. The prices are not cheap, but I've come to expect that from Williams Sonoma. Illy coffee prices tend to be on the higher side to begin with, but if I'm spending time trying to perfect my espresso making technique, I did not want to try using anything stale. The espresso beans are glossy and smell delightfully chocolatey. Although I could probably find a cheaper steaming pitcher elsewhere, I wanted something sturdy that doesn't contain lead. My total for both was $42.14. As I made my way to the register to pay, I tripped on a wire shopping basket that someone had left on the floor. I'm glad that I did not fall, but I did do a great job embarrassing myself and making a lot of noise. It would be great if the staff had picked it up before I happened to stumble on it while trying to figure out which side of the box-shaped cash wrap register area was open for me to make my purchases. Despite having my wedding registry through their website, my number and email were not saved in the system to make a purchase.
