He explained that they're more of a takeout spot and can get super busy as times. Glad I went with my good old Yelp search. Damasquino is a gem tucked along a strip mall. Space is tiny and clean. Somewhat of a wait but it's worth it since food is coming out fresh! Ordered a kabob sandwich which is filet wrapped in a pita with fresh parsley tomato and was that tahini? Either way loved it! I'd order this again! Chicken plate with rice and hummus with a condiment of garlic spread and pita bread was tasty! Chicken was a seasoned just right atop fluffy rice. This could be one of my go-to places! Came here late as they are open late and yet the food cooked is still fresh and tasty. My go to place for late night Mediterranean food. The owner's happiness is contagious that you can taste it. I was finally able to try this place earlier and i was pretty disappointed. Didn't taste like the middle eastern food I'm used to. I ordered the double chicken shawarma wrap combo on saj with fries and garlic. My wife also got the kefta kabob combo and she said the kefta was sour. Chicken shawarma was so sour and I've never tasted anything sour at the shawarma places I've tried. That alone messed up my taste buds. Now I need to go to my fav spot to wash this down. read more

I finally got around to checking this place out. The restaurant is quite small with maybe two or three tables inside. There's plenty of parking in the surrounding area since it is located in a large plaza. I ordered the chicken kebab wrap with pita bread. The wrap was excellent. Very filling with a lot of meat and made fresh to order. I liked the added touch of french fries inside since not all Mediterranean spots add french fries to their pita wraps. Since the food is prepared fresh, it does take a while to come out, but it is well worth the wait. read more

This was a surprising small shop in a small plaza. There are plenty of parking spaces. There is a kiosk you can use outside to place your order or you can go inside and place your order with the friendly owner. There are some tables outside and three inside. The one largest table inside seats 4 people. The AC isn't very strong so it's a bit hot sitting inside. It appears they do a lot of to go orders. I got the beef swarma and broasted chicken (just the chicken) to try. The flavors of the beef was on point and they don't skimp on the meat. Everything put together in the swarma came together perfectly. The broasted chicken was so moist with a crunchy outside. It was excellent with just the right amount of flavor and they probably brine the chicken before cooking because the meat had flavor. It does take about twenty min to make the chicken fresh so if that's what you want, maybe call in ahead of time. The owner gave me some pita bread and mayo garlic sauce to try and let me tell ya, that mayo garlic sauce was magical! read more

We've been wanting to try this place for a while and glad we did one Friday night. When we first arrived there was a group of young ladies in front of us with a big order, when we went to order the the guy behind the counter was snappy with us. We felt unwelcome but nonetheless we weren't going to let that deter us as it smelled delicious in there. The guys enjoyed the beef shawarma sandwiches with fries and hummus and I had the beef shawarma plate with rice and garlic spread and tahini. Wow! The food hit the spot! The garlic spread was so fluffy and delicious. Did want to mention when I went back in for a to go box the guy seemed better and pointed out that it was busy earlier, so I'll let him slide. I am always on the look out for Mediterranean restaurants in the area. Recently, I discovered Damasquino. The restaurant is very clean. It has cozy vibes. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I ordered a kabob family meal since I had some friends who visited us at dinner time. The family meal included; Kafta kabob, chicken kabob, and beef kabob. It had also generous quantity of flavourful basmati rice, grilled tomatoes and grilled onions. It included also hummus and babaganoush in separate containers. The order came in a large tray, arranged in layers. The top layer was bread cut into triangles and covered with delicious red sauce. The middle layer was the kabob arranged with the grilled vegetables. The bottom layer was a generous and abundant quantity of delicious basmati rice. Then at the very bottom was large pita bread soaked in the juice of the previous layers together. I also ordered beef and kafta wraps. Everything was exceptionally juicy, flavorful, and delicious. The service was top notch. Everyone enjoyed this extraordinary family meal. For sure I will be back to try more food from their menu. read more

Thanks to the staff's recommendation, I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich Meal with a side salad, hummus, garlic spread and pickles. All the flavors were on point, especially the chicken which was perfectly tender and seasoned as well as the hummus, which was creamy, smooth and rich. No Mediterranean meal is complete without pickles, and the pickles at Damasquino complemented the other dishes perfectly. Will definitely keep this place in mind when in the area or if traveling through for a really tasty Mediterranean meal! The atmosphere is pretty casual. You order at the counter and they call you up when your food is ready. There are about four tables inside and two smaller tables outside the restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
