The worst shop in Crestview, took 2 of my cars there for service, the 1st one they charged me over…read more$1200 for valve cover gasket repairs and when I got the car back and drove it home it started leaking oil like crazy, when I called them back they told me to bring it back up there and the owner tried to charge me for another part related to the valve cover gaskets that should have been changed from the jump and when I rebuffed him on this he got all upset and confrontational and tried to create an argument. My engine light came on and they blamed it on a sensor. I took my car to another shop in Crestview, and they told me that my valve cover gaskets had indeed not been done correctly if they had been done at all. My other car was only due for an oil change and upon receiving the automobile back the engine light was also on, and this car had no issues prior to that, so needless to say I would never ever take another car to this shop or recommend anyone to this shop at all. Horrible service, and horrible owner, who clearly has an issue with different ethnicities, and tried to blame it on medicine. Damn shame!

He not only did things right, the first time, he checked things, that were overlooked for years. He always contacted me first, to clear any new maintenance that should be done. Staff was friendly but does not manage well at all. I waited in line that's fine no problem and was rolled in after 10 min of waiting. No problem. Where my problem is that it took an hour to get an oil change. It took maybe 20 min to actually get it done then the workers pulled in two other cars and did theirs so we could all do the rev at 2000 rpms together. Then another 10 minutes just to get paperwork to pay. All for the price of over $100. No thanks not coming back

No response to my email so I'll post it here:…read more Days We had all 6 tires replaced last month and were initially very happy with the install, albeit expensive. I thought by paying the premium price rather than Walmart I'd get better service. This is your Crestview Fl store. I have attached the invoice. We drove the RV home about 5 miles and everything seemed fine (the TPMS system must have been showing the old data). A couple of weeks later we got on the road for camping and about 20 miles into the drive we got the tire pressure alert. All four of the dully tires pressure dropped and did not come back on. I called and the receptionist who said it's nothing they did just have to take it to the Ford dealership. Not "bring back and we will have a look" just complete denial that they should have ran the TPMS relearn after the work was completed. After arriving at the campground 3 hours later. I noticed 5 of the chrome lug nuts that hold the chrome wheel simulator cover were loose and one missing. I tried to tighten them but the nut just spins. This is a 2025 RV so it's not like this is old equipment and the TPMS sensors failed. I would appreciate the shop fixing both problems because they are both a result of the tire change.
