Don't waste your money on having a tree shipped from this farm…read more I have had fresh cut trees from my local farms in CT every Christmas that have a lovely smell and no needles dropping and I found this farm that ships. We moved to FL and wanted to enjoy our new home with a truly fresh cut tree. The website said fresh cut shipped to your house. Upon removing the tree from the box, it shed a large amount of needles. It also had no fir smell. I immediately put it in a bucket of water hoping to revive it. The next day placed it in stand and there were needles falling all over the place. I took photos and sent email to the farm. Was told they do not ship them right away after cutting. Buyer beware. Didn't get a replacement but requested a partial refund instead of getting another tree with same issue. Instead of making it right, owner was not accepting his error with proper customer service he felt 27.00 refund was acceptable after I paid 123.00. Get a tree from a box store, don't waste your money. Also, his emails to me seemed he was actually offended instead of apologetic.
