Dr. Dulaney herself called him back saying she had talked with someone in their in house lab and for him to come back in the very next day for his impressions and the next day he was fitted with his wax teeth. This all happened in 3 days! I'll let you know on Friday the final results! Thank you Aspen Dental for your kind understanding dentist and overall staff from the front desk to the dental assistants and office people for such great teamwork to make us happy with your excellent service! It shows that you genuinely care about your customers, and after just recently having my own teeth done at another dental office in Belton, YOUR service is truly outstanding and appreciated. I left the office that I used in Belton in tears on several occasions. When you just ask for pretty teeth and you want to leave a happy customer, I'm glad it looks like my husband will have this opportunity with Aspen Dental in Temple Tx. I'll give you our final review soon!

But, when the office called to confirm the next appointment, I was informed that i wouldn't be getting the implants at that appointment, just a regular cleaning. This appointment was scheduled more than three months ago with the implants to be done before I went out to town at the end of the month. Of course, now, it's too late to get the dental work done anywhere before I leave. And, then there's the surprise price tag, never discussed at the initial appointment, for a service I wouldn't be getting until some mysterious later date. I'm so disgusted. I wish I had seen some of these other reviews before I went there. A lot of wasted time waiting for a service I wasn't going to get.

I am supposed to have cleanings every 3 months and now haven't had a cleaning in over 6...so back at square one with my mouth health. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.

They over-charge me all the time. I have to constantly tell them to stop adding extra unnecessary treatments to my plan. You know, $50 to rub fluoride on my teeth. $30 to spray mouth wash in my mouth. BTW...those were literally the prices that I had to remove. I have to ask for what they're doing in writing before I get in the chair to make sure they don't add all these extra expensive services that I don't need. Not only that, the actual services I agree to are over-charged and I don't find out about it until my dental claim comes through letting me know that the office owes me money. They never tell me they took extra. I have to call to ask for a refund for my money. This has happened to me 3 times already. It doesn't make sense. I ask them if they price their services like the stock market and she had the nerve to ask me what billing code I gave the insurance company... I corrected her and reminded her that submitting billing codes was their job not mine. The last time I got a cleaning, the dentist broke my tooth and left me with a significant chip on my tooth- literally a new hole. When I called and told them I had a new chip on my tooth... she told me that it must be because my teeth are cleaner so it feels like the gap is bigger.... I was like, nope, I am looking in the mirror at a missing piece of my tooth. I asked to schedule an appointment to fill the hole, and she said, I had to schedule an appointment to look at the hole and then I could schedule an appointment to fix it... I was like... so, you need to charge me for two appointments to fix the hole the dentist gave me? I'm done.

Confirmed with me there would be no additional charges if I paid in full up front, so I trusted them and paid in full before my procedure. Then after my surgery they sent me a bill that was double my original invoice. The staff do not pick up the phone when you have billing questions, the regional manager does not respond to emails. Avoid this location. Plenty of great dental practices in the area with responsive and honest staff. The oral surgeon here is amazing and very nice, makes sense why he only works here once a month.

However, at my most recent biannual visit a couple weeks ago, I was informed by a new dentist (apparently the practice has changed ownership) that I suddenly had 8 cavities, along with 4 or 5 additional areas requiring Curodont treatment--an out-of-pocket expense not covered by insurance. Even after insurance, I was quoted over $1,000 in treatment costs. Since this was alarming and inconsistent with my previous checkups, I sought a second opinion at another dental office. They confirmed I have NO cavities, and even re-checked after hearing about my situation. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Patients should be cautious and seek a second opinion, as the recommendations here felt misleading and profit-driven. Do better.

I moved to the area about a year ago and had not been in to get my teeth cleaned since moving here. I was used to going every six months so decided I needed to get in somewhere for routine cleaning. I called them on Tuesday and was surprised to hear they had appointments available the very next day. Some of the other local dentists I had contacted were booking appointments two months out. I arrived on time went through "routine" full mouth x-ray, was moved to a room went through a "routine" full mouth 3-D imaging scan from the dental hygienist. The dentist then came in the room spent about 15 seconds, looking at my photos on the screen never once even looked in my mouth and told me I needed three crowns and a bunch of other dental work. I was then ushered upfront to the business office and was told the total cost for the work I needed to have done was slightly over $7000. I declined and was told that was my only option or I could decline treatment which I did. I was there for over two hours and didn't even get the routine cleaning that I had scheduled an appointment for. I now have an appointment with a highly recommended local dentist about two months out, but I'm happy to wait. This place just really seemed like a total scam to me.
