Dr Campbell is very knowledgeable as well. He's always checking to make sure you're okay during whatever process. Fast forward to the day of surgery, they make a driver come with you and stay during the entire time of surgery. You're given instructions orally as well as written instructions just in case. After that, I don't remember much of anything until I woke up again. A few hours after surgery Dr Campbell personally calls you to make sure everything is fine. You're also given his cell number beforehand in case of emergencies after hours. I did however have complications with my removal due to the tooth being so close to my nerve. Because of this, the staff made it easy for me to schedule a follow up multiple times and though I was concerned, Dr Campbell's knowledge of the procedure put me a little at ease by letting me know that sometimes the healing process takes time and this case was rare. I'm just always the lucky rare person unfortunately. While I'm still not fully healed, I appreciate the urgency to respond to my concerns and great customer service.

I'm not upset about this as I am a lawyer and I understand that a second effort to smooth out the bone is very probably necessary in some cases. The healing of the bone in some cases may leave rough spots on the bone where dentures will not fit ideally. The staff and Dr. Ormeni were excellent. I think this is a good medical provider and I highly recommend this facility and specifically Dr. Ormeni.

The best is the same day denture. I am travelling on this Thursday and no time to wait for my new denture. It is lucky that Salado Creek Dental can do the same day denture within couple hours. They started by removing four crowns on my right side and placing temporary caps. I was told I might have pain in my upper right molar and may need a root canal, but instead my lower right molar caused severe pain. The pain was so bad I could not sleep for about a week. When I contacted the office, I was prescribed antibiotics and pain medication, but I did not feel comfortable returning. I later went to another dental office because the pain was unbearable. That office performed a root canal and helped address the issue. I also asked that office whether the crowns on my left side needed to be replaced, and they told me no. I then sought another opinion from a third dental office, and they also said the crowns on my left side did not need to be replaced. Based on my experience, I am very concerned about the recommendation to replace all eight crowns and the amount of pain I experienced after the work began. I have never experienced that level of dental pain before. I would strongly recommend that anyone receiving a major treatment plan here get a second opinion before moving forward, especially for extensive crown replacement.

Her practice isn't all about making money, it's also about helping people and making sure they are taken care of the best way possible. I read the previous post and can tell you if anyone ever has an issue at the office you simply need to address it with Dr. Baker and she will take care of it. When I started using her services my gums bled too after a cleaning. That's because I wasn't brushing correctly and wasn't doing what I needed to do in order to have excellent dental hygiene. Once I made the recommended changes I haven't had ply hat problem. My daughter (15) and son (12) have had numerous cleanings and maybe a filling or two also. My son hates shots so Dr. Baker has worked diligently to complete his work without shots when possible. She takes extra time with my kids and makes sure their needs are taken care of.
