I was very happy a couple of years ago when I used this service, but I won't be using them again. I set up an appt via email and for the next week or so received several emails and text messages confirming time, date, terms, payment, name of cleaner, etc. I had a 12:00 start time, received a text at 11:10 that the cleaner was on their way. Two people (man and woman) showed up at 12:40, very late with no updates (they obviously had my contact info). I briefly explained a couple of things, the room they didn't need to clean and the floors were to have no water, chemicals, liquid, NOTHING, just swept. I explained this a couple of times and I heard the woman relay this info to the man. I said I would be available in a room, with the door open, would stay out of their way but to ask if they had questions or needed anything. Several hours went by and I then received a text message they were finished. I came out of a room and found the couple on my front porch, their equipment already loaded in their car. I knew, per the contract I had 15 mins to inspect, which I did. Things looked great until I went into the kitchen and found half of my kitchen floor all wet. I called the woman back in to show her. When I asked what happened, she just pointed to my kitchen sink. I asked why there was liquid when I specifically said no liquid, she just shrugged and said "no English". She went and got a dry mop, cleaned up the liquid. I asked to confirm the payment amount and she told me. That she understood. I paid them (I had a tip ready but decided against giving it) and they left. After leaving, I discovered that the seat of a chair in the kitchen was also wet. It is across the room from the sink. There needs to be a heads up if there is or could be communication issues and and ownership when a mistake is made and neither happened. I will be looking elsewhere in the future and will stop recommending this company. read more

We own a few properties and have encountered many cleaners for turning over a unit. This time we utilized Daniela Rios Cleaning Services for a move out vacancy cleaning. They arrived early in a team of two. I briefly shared all the areas to be addressed and they went to work. They worked from the top down, cleaning vents, ceiling lights, wainscoting, shelves, inside and top of fridge, washers and dryers, ovens--goodness gracious they were thorough! I left an hour into their process, and told them know where the trash bins are on the premises. I came back a few days later and they bundled up the house, locked doors, closed curtains, and they even folded the toilet paper roll in the bathroom! I really don't like to write bad reviews, I know people make mistakes and hope that you guys can move forward with success. But I have to alert other customers. My bar isn't that high and had their been no damages I would not write this. It's been over six weeks since the cleaners were unfortunately in my home. I'm still finding more and more issues with my glass and stainless steel surfaces. Not only was my house not cleaned in any significant way (my place is kept up well so I suppose for customers who have messy places you would notice some cleaning). But my new fridge was left with scratches and a cloudy residue that I've spent hours trying to remove. An additional two mirrors in my bathroom scratched. My brand new toaster-oven also looks like crap, scratched, cloudy... I just remodeled last year to prep for a sale. I'm not wealthy, I can't replace an appliance. I realize these are privileged issues but it's frustrating. Other surfaces on furniture had spray residue like someone was completely asleep, just spraying here and there, wiping and scratching things. I had to clean everything after they left. read more

The worst service ever. I had to clean after them. Invoiced me for "deep cleaning" it was the shoddiest job I have seen. The house had already been cleaned by the tenants - I had hired these guys to do the hard stuff like hard water stains in the shower and shower head etc. They claimed the stains could not be taken out. I hired Daniela Rios Housecleaning this weekend and had the best experience with a cleaner I've ever had. Daniela was very responsive, first on Yelp to my quote request and then through email follow-up. We needed a move-out cleaning on a Sunday which most companies wouldn't do but Daniela was happy to accommodate and for a more reasonable price than any of the other companies I got quotes from! Her cleaner Jessika showed up right on time and did an incredible job on my house all by herself. She did more in 2.5 hours than crews of 3 people have done in the same amount of time. She didn't speak english but it was absolutely no problem, we used the google translate app. Anyone who would complain about her not speaking English has other issues because it was absolutely no hinderance to her completing the job. TLDR: Just hire them, you won't be disappointed. If you have an issue, let them know right away. They will take care of it immediately. If they leave, just contact them and I am sure they will figure something out. I plan to hire again for a regular clean next time. The person who came to clean my (700sqft) apartment was Leonardo S. and I think he did an excellent job. He came on time and I received a text message about 30 minutes prior stating they were on their way. Very nice and friendly with limited English but it did not detract from the great service I forgot to take before pictures so I am lazy to take after pictures but just trust me when I say the cleaning was great. I asked for a deep clean because I haven't had anyone come by in a while due to the pandemic. I normally clean with half effort. I requested a deep clean and left the home to let him do his thing. I forgot something and came back and saw them cleaning the inside of my fridge (which I didn't expect) which was a nice surprise. Prices are competitive, they weren't the cheapest but also was not the most expensive. Personally, I believe what I paid was worth the cost. Leonardo came with gloves, mask, and booties. I didn't really care about the mask but having the booties were nice (asian upbringing so I don't like wearing shoes in the house). I left my phone number and he contacted me when he was done. My place isn't messy aside from the bathroom since it's the one place I hate cleaning. So I was really happy when the bathroom was above my expectations. Probably more dust and some cooking mess around the apartment. My rug area was cleaned well including under the lips of the carpet. Under the sofa was vacuumed and mopped. They do light moving of random stuff(kitchen appliances, keyboards, furniture, etc) and not just clean around it. They wiped down my whole peloton bike, I didn't realize how dusty it was until I saw it again. Window sills and baseboards were clean My fans, air purifier vents were wiped down as well Standard bathroom, kitchen, common area cleaning. I am pretty sure they wiped down my screen door because I don't recall it being that clear. I can keep going on but you get the point They bring their own stuff including a two step ladder. Cons: They missed a few spots (but that's me being very picky) The spots they missed are also spots I never bother with so it didn't bother me. It is also not visible to guests coming to your home. I just get more critical when I pay for a service. For patio clean, I can recommend if you don't have gravel since it would be easier to clean up. He didn't accept any of my drink offers like water (just kidding, it's not a con) Hopefully they took pictures of the before and after and can post it themselves. Overall, 5 stars and I will hire them again for regular clean next month. read more

She was alone for a deep clean on 4,000 + sq ft house. She was here almost 9 hours, didn't ever communicate. She didn't have garbage bags so I supplied. She clogged my master steam shower with something and one of my blinds in the master only raises on one side, (crooked) needs repair. Didn't empty trash in laundry room either. Everything was great. We hired the service for a move out cleaning which could be very stressful. We had to just let the cleaner in and requested that he let us know 15 mins before he is about to complete the job. This allowed us to take care of other tasks and be back for final check. Everything was very clean I didn't have to ask to re-clean any part. We had our move out inspection and are not being charged for anything that's how good the cleaning was. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Did walk through w owner, met her cleaning team that was supposed to "deep clean" a newly built, never lived in house to be sold. They understood, agreed to and noted the items pointed out, needing cleaning including doors with glass panels. Another couple showed up; Ukrainian, did not speak ANY English, spent three hours "cleaning" the master bathroom that had already been cleaned. More involved in flirting with one another than cleaning. Argued, no English when I said they needed to move on and clean other rooms including glass door panels. I called, complained to owner saying job isn't progressing. Team left at end of day, job only half done and a mediocre job at that. I had to complete job myself and had to reclean , finish up many areas. Should've been very easy job as mostly dusting and wiping down as the house was brand new & being prepped to be sold. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND; switched introduced cleaning team to incompetent argumentative couple and did not complete job as defined in contract and to walk through discussion beforehand. Not much for being charged for their "deep cleaning rate"; what a complete joke on many levels. RESPONSE to OWNER: They may not have been Ukrainian but the couple were speaking I believe a Russian dialect. It was your cleaning service as I have the receipt. Happy to be the first to review them on Yelp. They are incredibly thorough. Our place was visually decent, but hadn't had a deep cleaning in a while. They have a very high attention to detail. Door finger prints, windows, floor moldings, moving furniture for vacuuming, mopping, deep cleaning bathroom (even behind our clawfoot tub), getting the kitchen tip top. They just did a great job. I used them once before and had a pretty good cleaning. This time was terrible. It was supposed to be a deep clean for a rental unit. It was definitely not deep cleaned. 2 people were there for about an hour and a half. I went in and looked under the bed and saw very large dust balls, stuff on the floor by the door, the toaster was not touched and behind the couch cushions and there was cat hair. They vacuumed it when I asked them and with a little work from them a lot came off and cleaned the toaster. And those are the things I saw on quick glance. After they left I noticed the microwave wasn't touched, I had to go over the rug agin and it was as if the corners for the rooms weren't swept at all. My girlfriend said that all she wanted for her birthday was someone to deep clean her apartment. So, I did a little searching online and found Daniela Rios' Housecleaning Service. The cleaners Daniela sent were super friendly and warm, and didn't at all mind meeting our Doberman Pinscher (who is a gentle giant but somewhat intimidating looking), which to me is always a good sign. The cleaning of the one-bedroom apartment took about three hours, as Daniela stated it would, and when we returned, we were so happy with the way the apartment looked and smelled that we were about to send the cleaners on their way right then. But, they asked that we inspect their work to make sure everything was to our liking. It definitely was! We were surprised to learn that they even cleaned out the refrigerator, which I didn't realize was part of the service. I gladly tipped the cleaners in cash and then conveniently paid Daniela for the service via Venmo. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. I'm now scheduling my second service--this time for MY apartment. read more

We had to cleaning service visits. The first was a deep clean which was disappointing. The dishwasher was left with dirty dishes. The master bedroom sink, plumbing fixtures and countertop were not cleaned. Cobwebs were not wiped away throughout the house. We asked for a different cleaner for our next visit. Again, we were disappointed. The floors behind doors were not cleaned and the master bedroom window sills were not wiped down. Again, dishes were filthy and left in the dishwasher. Cobwebs were not wiped away. Both times we left a detailed cleaning list to set our expectation. We canceled service and can not recommend Daniela's cleaning services. read more

I was not pleased with the service. it was a one time move out cleaning and I only had a few things I needed done but I had to ask for about 75% of those things to be done over again because they were not done correctly the first time. For example the stainless steel kitchen sink had not been scrubbed with comet and you could see the dirt still caked on it after it was supposedly already finished. The main job I wanted done was to clean a bathtub to make it look sparkling and when I inspected it after it was supposedly done, it looked almost the same as it did before it had been cleaned so I asked them to work on it again and then they decided to use the magic scrubbers and were able to do a much better job. In another room, a large amount of visible debris was still on the floor near an area that had already been cleaned. And when they were about to leave, I looked at the floor in the kitchen and it was all caked up with their foot prints. I had them redo the things that were not done properly and in the end it was fine but I shouldn't have had to do that. So I see that the owner of the company is commenting that I actually had a difficult relationship with the workers this is actually not at all true. We had a very good rapport and had a friendly interaction the entire time. I never got angry with them or expressed any negativity. I simply politely pointed out the things that had not been properly cleaned and made suggestions as to how they could complete the job adequately. I was not expecting to have to supervise their work. As regards the scope of the job in fact all I asked them to do was one bathroom, the kitchen sink and stove in one kitchen (which were both already pretty clean to start with) plus a little minor dusting here and there and, in a second apartment, a small bathroom ceiling, and the tracks on two windows that the sliding aluminum windows run on. The workers were ready to leave after exactly 2 hours but when I did the final walk-through to check the job, I noticed their footprints all over the kitchen floor and asked them to stay for a few more minutes to clean it. read more
