Five Stars! I was passing through Sonoma while visiting family when my accident happened. I was given a recommendation from the towing company because I had to leave my car in Sonoma while I returned home. I was a little uneasy about doing that but Daniele's kept me informed at every step. I received daily e-mail alerts and phone calls on the progress of the work. My car is 15 years old and the goal was to see how long I could keep it going. Over the years my car was with me through many happy and sad life events and I was heartbroken when I thought it was totaled. On Monday, my husband brought in our RAV which had a small dent and some paint scratches above the passenger side bumper. The older gentleman who works here, took 15 min to pull the dent out and patch up the scuffs and didn't charge us a dime! I am fairly new to Sonoma and was looking for a reasonably priced yet good quality body shop to take care of my paint work on some of my classic and newer cars. To test the waters, I gave Daniel some body parts/trim pieces of my G 55 to repaint. and he did not hesitate to take on a small job like this to help me out. Unlike most body shop owners, Daniel did not have chip on his shoulder and was very pleasant to talk to and work with. He also did a great job in a timely fashion for a fair price. Make no mistake!! Daniele's Classic Auto Body is a 5 star Auto Body Shop with 5 Star Folks!!! Last week I backed into my chain link fence and tore my bumper... It was ugly! My bumper needed replacing or so I was told. I went to two auto body shops in Sonoma and they both quoted me exorbitant estimates and said that the bumper could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. We found Daniele's on line. They have really great write ups, and we said let's try them. Immediately when I spoke with Deana, I felt assured that I had found the right place. When I walked in the door and met Deana and Tim I felt like I came home. Wicked nice people! Down to earth, professional, good sense of humor and honest!!!! Tim took a look at my bumper immediately. He said, I think this can be repaired!! He printed out a photo of my car, showed me area to be repaired and asked if I had the broken missing piece. He gave me a quote that was a lot less than what had been quoted to me by the other body shops. My bumper was fixed in less than half an hour. My bumper looked great. You would have never known...!!!! They are more than worth the few extra minutes to the other side of town and worth their weight in gold. Three weeks after getting a new car, someone backed into me in a parking lot. Daniele's was not only local, but had great reviews too. I did not think twice about heading out to the shop to see what my next steps were as this was my first accident. Fred came out and gave the estimate and noticed I had tar from road work on my way to the shop, he offered to have the car detailed even if I was not to chose his shop for repairs. The repairs took one day. The bumper was replaced with an oem bumper. They even painted over a scratch on one of the splash guards! The paint was spot on and the car looks like new. So a few weeks ago we took my car to get it detailed for my birthday to someone locally. Just cleaned and waxed was all we discussed. When I first bought my car there were some scratches on the driver side door. They never really bugged me so I never mentioned them. You could imagine our surprise when the car came back with paint all over it.. He tried to surprise us by touching up the paint.. but it was in the WRONG color. Shocked we didn't know what to do, we asked him to remove it and it came back like the top two pictures. We ended up taking it to Daniele's Classic Auto Body off Broadway and I wanted to say they did an amazing job. They repainted my entire left side at a great price and matched the paint perfectly. I am a new Sonoma Resident and I recently hit my car while backing into a tree resulting in the bumper to be detached from the clips as well as the exhaust pipes to be mis-aligned. I found Daniele's Classic Auto Body online based on its reviews and decided to take it in. I never imagined a better experience in my wildest dreams. The staff was incredibly nice and straightforward about my options but it seemed like, as a customer, I came first and not the cost. 15 minuets later after I thought my car was being examined for an estimate and come to find it was fixed and all ready to go and when I inquired about the cost it was the best deal ever! This place is not out to get anyone, which has been my experience so far in the auto care world. This is hands down one of the best customer and all around service experiences I have ever had. I had a car repaired at Danielle's about a year ago...a pretty minor scraped side. They did a perfect job smoothing out the damage and matching the paint. When I went to pick it up, I was delighted to find they'd buffed out my faded colored rear bumper (uninvolved in the original accident) at no charge! I was pretty impressed...but nothing like what they did today. I brought in my Honda Accord for an estimate on a badly dinged front bumper. Another place had quoted a $900 repair cost. The guy at Danielle's inspected the damage, walked to the back of the shop, and brought out what looked like a portable hair dryer. He heated up the plastic bumper, popped out the ding, buffed the light scratches nearby, and applied some touch-up paint to the small area where the paint had been scraped off. Then he said, "Have a nice day!" No charge!!! Needless to say, they've earned my undying loyalty. Any future repairs are theirs! read more

Never even heard of these guys until I got tail-ended on Arnold Dr and her insurance suggested them for a local shop. Fred the owner came out to look at the car which had pretty minor damage and told me he could get it all done in 2 days. He also noted that my headlights were fogged over and told me to remind him when I brought it back so he could take care of them. I needed some work done on my front spoiler unrelated to the accident and he gave me a quote of $200 if I removed it myself which I did. Deanna in the front office arranged for my Hertz car rental to be dropped off at their shop on the scheduled day and when I arrived it was waiting for me. She did the walk around with me and 3 minutes later I was on my way. True to Fred's word the car was done in two days. The work he did on both parts of the car looked great and my car was spotlessly clean. These guys are a class act and totally understand customer service. I paid for my front spoiler as it was not part of the insurance claim and there was not extra charge for the work Fred did on removing the fog from both my headlamps. It is so refreshing into today's business world to come across a quality family owned business such as Daniele's. While I hope that I won't have need for their services again as a result of an accident, I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work or painting. Five stars all the way. read more

Had a minor fender bender about 2 months ago on my 08 BMW and they dealt with my insurance and they picked me up when it was done and they took me to work when I dropped it off. yes, we've had daniele's do excellent body work on two of our cars in the past, both times for not-at-fault accident damage. but that still doesn't mean that fred should trouble-shoot an electrical door-lock problem and touch-up minor body dings in one of the cars a couple weeks ago and NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING! we know he had labor time accrue, as well as a swipe of paint or two...PLUS they washed the car which was pretty nasty when we brought it in! the estimate to repair the door-lock & window switch was crazy high, and they all work with the key -- just not the remote. we opted to hold off on the repair for now, but fred still took the door apart, found the problem, did touch-up work, washed it and NO CHARGE! now, don't go thinking you can all have your car taken apart, put back together, problem found and have minor cosmetic fixes for free; we guess fred just woke up on the right side and we were lucky enough to be there when he did. great work with great people. what's not to like? read more
