My mouth was still hurting from chewing the shawarma--it was that tough. * If you're going to use store-bought pita bread, at least warm it up before serving it to customers. * Overall, it unfortunately feels like there isn't much attention being paid to the food or the experience. That's really disappointing because there's so much potential here. There's an old saying: "Whatever work or business you do, do your best." I think that applies here.
