It was his 25th anniversary gift from the company he worked for. I decided to bring it into Lambrecht's to have them estimate what it would cost to have it repaired. After a day or two, I received a phone call from them and was told that unfortunately, their watchmaker had determined that it needed a part that was no longer available. When I came in to pick up the watch, I discovered that they had cleaned and polished it, repaired the band, and put it in a presentation box for me to have as a keepsake-- all at no charge. I was very impressed with this kind gesture and I ended up coming back to buy a new watch from them. Lambrecht's is a great family-owned business.

This is his own space and works here with his family. He also has some lovely and unique pieces of jewelry. I am so glad to have once again found this reliable business!

The original designer provided a quote to fix it, but after two way shipping with insurance, it would have cost a fortune. The husband and wife team here matched the price, minus the shipping and handling fees. The repair was finished in a matter of days. Communication was excellent and the proprietor was a gentleman who put the restored necklace back on me so I wouldn't have to futz around with the clasp. I hope more broken jewelry isn't in my future, but if it was, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
