I had a great experience at this location of Advance Auto Parts. I was in need of new windshield…read morewipers after ruining mine with the weight of heavy snow removal. Lesson learned! Donny helped me to look up the correct wipers and then after completing our transaction, he offered to put them on the car. He noticed the wiper mechanism itself was loose and needed to be tightened up, so he returned to the store to grab the correct tool. A few minutes later I was good to go. A++ for customer service. Big thanks to Donny for getting me on my way that morning. I'll be returning to AAP for any future auto needs.

Changing this oil is also cited on Facebook and other sites as a short term fix for the grind and shudder that manifests the damaged unit. "Known issues with the 2020 Ford Escape rear differential/AWD system primarily involve clutch binding, fluid leaks, sensor failures, and inadequate factory lubrication that can cause the rear axle to seize. Was shouted at over the phone when I called to ask for an update on the car I had dropped off. Was told he wouldn't work on it and to have it towed away to another shop citing that there were "too many cars in line" "people are always calling and interrupting me while I'm working". When picking up the car I tried to explain that I was only calling because of the timeline they gave me and the owner shouted at me threatened to fight me in the office?! Honestly, it seemed like he was having a nervous breakdown, so yeah, wouldn't recommend. Pretty insane way to treat customers.
