We used Rios to construct our patio many years ago. They did a good job then and came back to sand…read moreand seal a few years later. We called them last year to repeat the sand and seal. They didn't arrive when they said they would and I had to make multiple calls to reschedule. It was very difficult to get them to call back. Even when they finally did they didn't arrive on the day they said they would and rescheduled but didn't show again. They finally did show and about an hour into the job I went outside to find one of their workers urinating on the side of our fence. They did not sand properly (we paid the total for the job) and we've tried to get them to come back out to complete the job. Frank came out and said he'd schedule the repair but he never did and now no one returns our calls. They also said they sealed it but we have moss growing in the surface of our pavers. Avoid this company. You will end up being disappointed.

PROS: Anna was helpful in guiding us through the process, contacting and scheduling other contractors, and helping us through the permitting process. She was also helpful with suggesting design ideas that we ultimately really liked! Julio and his team were very friendly, skilled and for the most part courteous. We really love the final outcome of our dining room and the quality of the workmanship of our deck. CONS: the refinishing of our hardwood floors wasn't the most detailed. As you can see in the photos sanding was missed on the edges. The floor looks better than before, but it's not exactly what we had hoped for. There was some debris left over after the project was completed that we had to take care of, the worst being urine-filled water bottles which was a bit disgusting. It was also discovered after the project was completed and after they left there were personal items of ours that were thrown away, property damage, and our outdoor water faucet was left running which ended up being an increase of about $200 to our water bill. Overall costing us hundreds of dollars out of pocket. We have tried to communicate with Anna about some sort of rectification with no success. Although we do love our dining room and deck, I can't in good consciousness recommend DreamForge Contractors.

Most likely the bushes will never recover. In the event they do, it will take years of growth to cover the gaping holes. Not only was it a mistake to jump so far over the property line (15' - 25') it is clear from the results of their work they had no idea what they were doing. Viewed from the street it is a real eye sore. To add insult to injury, they didn't even cleanup the clippings.

It took them over a month to take care of overgrown shrubs that were spilling into walkways and curbs, and overgrown trees that hugged the side of my building (I guess they don't believe in rot) and the kicker here is they are contracted to come every week. They ignored months of overgrown greenery around the property and after a month & a half of escalations, they finally came over and took care of it. They're also not upfront about the damages they've made & will only fix if you call them out on it. If their rates are competitive, think about what you're paying for. I heard they require a minimum of 48 weeks of service, which is pricey considering their lackluster capabilities and skills. However, if you want your place to look like a jungle & you want things done a month a half later, then definitely go with this business.
