This place is a scam. I was quoted $300 for 2 switch changes. The electrician came and didn't know how to do 1 of the switches due to inexperience/incompetence (his first week on the job he said). The boss still wanted to charged me the full $300 because that's their first hour rate regardless of how much of the job they could, or in this case, could not do. I should've gone with my regular electrician who's cheaper but were booked out. read more

We have had Ricky help replacing a room heater before and service was quick and efficient. We recently had some issues with a circuit outlet and had him come out to check - turns out the outlet is fine and it was only an appliance overloading/malfunctioning causing the circuit trip. The recommendation is to replace the appliance and he didn't charge us for coming over to check (also because the shop is nearby - not taking the free checking for granted!). Great experience with Mauro in adding a new 220v circuit for a spa. What I appreciated about them was that they were very DIY-friendly. I wanted to do a bunch of the work myself under a homeowner permit, and they were open and collaborative on the best way to split the work so I could save money... even though it made their job smaller and less profitable. They were good sports about fielding all of my questions and tweaks over several days. Ultimately we scoped their work down to consolidating some of my breakers and adding a new 220v breaker in my panel. They did a good job and passed virtual inspection immediately. The electrician, Daniel, was cool about answering questions I had for my upcoming homeowner inspection and gave me tips like for more professional finishes on a few things like caulking and wire management. Even though it ended up being a small job for them, I benefited and am pretty sure that many other electricians would've blown me off. read more

Great guy, kevin picked up the job and was able to walk me through my options. My breaker was bad and it caused the board behind it and the unit itself to burn up. Didn't have a water heater or working garage doors anymore. I wasn't sure what could be salvaged or what needed to be replaced. Kevin came by and looked at the breaker gave me a couple solutions and then fixed me up. We got a more efficient wiring+breaker setup now and it didn't break the bank, there is more work to be done but the house is so old we need specific parts, kevin said he'll keep an eye out for me and contact me when the time comes. read more

Never leave reviews - but this was top service. Called this morning to get two pendant lights changed out in our house prior to an event this weekend. Not only did they come out same day, but they were the best price of any place I called. I was apprised of my service window via text and then notified when the service technician was on his way to me. Daniel was my provider and he was extremely friendly and efficient. These so called professionals had an appointment scheduled to repair our backyard light fixture that kept blowing up light bulbs, that our property management company had been neglecting for a year and a half. First the guy didn't show up or call & I stayed home all day waiting for the joker who then he calls a week later claiming snow issues and wants to come by "right now" cuz he's in the neighborhood. A short story version, another week later and 22 minutes for these jokers to REWIRE the fixture that they then turn around and bill as trouble shooting and replacing a light bulb, which my property management company has decided to bill. Come on! Really? I know how to change a light bulb, you idiots. I've called Mauro, of course you can only get voice mail.
