My car was a complete disaster before I brought it to dan. I shopped around a little bit for a place that could see me relatively quickly and wasn't super overpriced and I came across Dans detail shop. I called and he was super nice over the phone and I booked an appointment to have my Yaris hatchback fully detailed because I just upgraded my vehicle and planned to sell it. When I say my car was hopeless I mean it was bad- from years of nannying and spills it had all sorts of candy and gunk literally molded into every compartment on the interior. Before our appointment my boyfriend tried to get some of it out and had to chip away at it with a screwdriver and hammer and still it wouldn't come up! Dan and his partner did what I didn't even think could be possible. We dropped it off at 10am and when we came back around 530 I didn't even recognize my car! He got every stain out and even got that rock hard crystallized candy out of the compartments. He even went as far as to check my oil and top off my windshield wiper fluid. Overall I would give him more stars if I could and will definitely be referring my friends to him and going back when I need a detail on my new Subaru. My car literally looks brand new and thanks to Dan I'all be able to sell it no problem. It shows that he really cares about what he does and the end product and making his customers happy. He can't even remove basic scruff and scratch marks from my car and charged me 120 for service. He is definitely not a professional in what he claims to be. I asked specifically to take care of scratches. Instead he focused more on cleaning engine area(on a brand new car) and detailing tire which came off after half hour of driving. Just had my RAV4 detailed last week. It came out great. Stains in the mats came out but.....customer service is everything and for that he's the worst!! I called thinking the wax had bubbled with the heat and rain and asked if he thought I should bring it back or would it be okay to run it through the car wash.....What an ass! He reamed me out! Blaming everything from sap to an underpass dumping something on my car......swearing.......ranting......I'll NEVER go back!!! read more

Last year we bought a new CRV and had Dan's do a full detail of our 2005 Honda Accord. When we picked up the Accord we felt like we had 2 brand new cars. The Accord was spotless and looked better than it had in years. And the cost was amazing low for the amount of work needed to the vehicle. Recently we had a coffee accident in the car and an entire Mocha coffee (with milk of course) poured into the passenger side carpet. We took it to Dan's to have the interior detailed and go get the coffee and milk out of the carpet. Once again, Dan's came through, getting the coffee out of the rug (improving the interior smell of the vehicle) and restoring the car to brand new condition. And once again, very reasonably priced. I no longer try to do my own cars. For the price and quality of work, the cars will find their way to Dan's for a full detail and I will always feel like I am driving a brand new car.
