We were recommended by a friend to try this place since their food is apparently pretty good in Waltham, so we gave it a try. I was really looking forward to trying, but there were a lot of bad impressions accumulated towards the end of our visit. 1. When we arrived, there were only 2 wait staff, so it took about 5 minutes for them to seat us. We just thought maybe it's just a small run business, so nothing too big of a deal. 2. When we decided what to get, no one checked in with us and even with us trying to get their attention, it took about 10 minutes for us to place our order. Maybe it's just that they don't have enough staff today, but there also weren't that many customers.. 3. The food took 20 minutes to come for our table of 2, so by now we've been in here for over half an hour! Food is again good. The only noticeable thing is the black burnt marks on the birria, which had a sour bitter taste to it. 4. When we paid, we handed the credit card, which they processed on their tablet. As we waited to then select the tips and sign the tablet, they already MANUALLY SELECTED 25% TIPS WITHOUT TELLING US! I totally get it if their service was top notch to the point where they deserve a fourth of our dinner cost, BUT THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!! If we didn't ask for the receipt, we wouldn't even know that they frauded us! If you have enough money for them to select the tips for you, as you gamble on their service quality, then sure give it a try. But I'm not coming back for a business that tries to steal my money via tips!

If not on the borderline of cheap the service is good. It's been updated where you order right on a tablet with the staff the ambulance is the same. It's a little outdated, but it's still warm and cozy and all the food choices. I've had are delicious the salsa and chips they give you that they make fresh daily is delicious. They have a good assortment of Different sodas and cocktails. I would recommend anyone.

Originally from Portland, Maine, the cousins later settled in Southern California. Impressed with the Los Angeles food truck industry, they decided to start selling Maine lobster in the L.A. area. Lobster was typically viewed as a pricey delicacy, only served in precious portions at fancy restaurants. The cousins saved up enough money to buy a food truck. East Coast transplants raved about the authenticity, freshness and the copious amount of meat in the lobster rolls. Their success really took off after they were featured on an episode of the TV series "Shark Tank". The brand expanded, more food trucks were bought, and the first brick & mortar location opened in West Hollywood in 2015. As of 2026, the chain has 65 food trucks and two restaurants throughout 30 states as well as Washington, D.C. I recently sampled some of Cousins Maine's delicious lobster when I saw one of their trucks at a local brewery. The "Greater Boston" truck travels all across Eastern Massachusetts to stop at breweries, wineries, and various markets and festivals. I had previously sampled food from the "Greater Connecticut" truck. The menu consists of items made from Maine lobsters, such as Maine Lobster Rolls, Connecticut Lobster Rolls, lobster quesadillas, lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese, lobster bisque, as well as New England Clam Chowder. After looking over the menu, I decided to order some "Lobster Tacos" (Maine lobster served with cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro lime sauce, flour tortillas). They were simply divine and paired well with the beers that I was having at the brewery. I give Cousins Maine Lobster my seal of approval and I hope to see one of their trucks again!

Properly selected cheese complimented the flavor of the lobster. 2/10 Shrimp tacos were a joke, the shrimp was minuscule and tasted like they had been fried then sitting for days. I thought I was being pranked. I couldn't believe it. I wanted my money back for them. But didn't even bother. If they fix the shrimp the potential is there, not sure it's shrimp? Never seen or had shrimp like this before.
