As this is the only tub in the house, we wanted to make sure we could get the jets working so that we could properly clean the tub. After working with our go-to contractor and attempting to replace the motor, it became clear that this was not going to be a straight forward fix and was not within scope of our contractor's skillset. We called Classic Spa and Mike was able to come out right away and help us fix the issue. He even got the old motor working again! Mike not only fixed our tub, but he also explained to us novice spa users how it works, how to care for it, and what the limitations are for the way it is currently set up (1980s tech). We should have started with Classic Spa and we would have avoided a lot of money and time headaches caused by trying to fix the issue through our general contractor. I would 100% recommend Classic Spa and Mike to anyone who needs service.

Ivan is passionate about his business, takes pride in and stands by his work, and values our business and the investment we made in our pool. I really enjoyed collaborating with Ivan on our project as we discussed usability, functionality and practicality. We added 2 benches, reduced the depth of the deep end and opted for a radiant (glass beads and abalone shells) finish pebble. It's gorgeous! Our prior remodel done 10 years ago was by one of the local businesses who might stop by from time to time during construction but never would communicate directly. If there was an issue, it was too much trouble to bother asking for a resolution. It was the exact opposite of this experience with iPools. Ivan went above and beyond during all phases of the remodel--most notably when he made sure the slope of our existing pool was corrected during the shotcrete stage. That wasn't a request that we would have even known to make. Additionally, Ivan has a great working relationship with the construction crews involved in building a pool. This makes such a difference as, again, the dynamic was so different this time around being a much more pleasant and respectful environment for all involved. I'm very grateful to have had this positive experience as I truthfully dreaded the construction phase. It's quite nice to have an ongoing business relationship as I know once the original pump or heater goes out, that Ivan will get it handled asap. There's never been an upsell of any equipment that we don't need or want. It's like we have a pool consultant now as part of our pool service. Our pool is the focal point of our yard and deserved this major upgrade!!

It didn't help that we didn't move in for months after we closed on the house for renovation, so the pool turned a radioactive green during that time.
