Catfish: Love it. (I'm told they flatten the fish to make it look bigger-- which means there's a lot of breading vs. the amount of fish. So, I wish they would stop flattening it. I don't like leaving bad reviews.. I pondered on this for two days. But it needs attention. I bought to large orders of gumbo around 1230pm or 100pm. I start eating once I got home and the okra was mushy, one of the shrimp were mushy, the chicken had fat on it and I personally do not eat the fat off chicken. But the overall taste was like...it's hard to explain...its like it was on heat the whole shift one day and you had some left over the next day so you keep that on heat all day then you have some left over and this is the third day so everything is pretty much overcooked and the taste is gone. So my total was like 14.00 and something. Didnt want to waste my money so I ate it...picked out parts that didn't taste right... took the other order to work...remember I bought two... oh I pretty much put my own spices to try and make it taste better. Ate as much as I could then I threw it away... I knew if I took it back they were not going to give me anything else nor my money back or make a fresh batch.....Well needless to say I started sweating and ended up having diarrhea at work... good food & big portions for a reasonable price! the people are also super friendly. i tried the shrimp, chicken tenders and chicken wings & all three exceeded my expectations! the chicken tenders are super juicy and everything is made fresh!! read more

I will never eat here ever! The only plus was that it was hot! I and my husband ordered the 2 catfish fillets and 6 shrimp. We wasted our money it was horrible! The fish was unseasoned and had no taste! The fries were not fresh and the tarter sauce tasted like mayonnaise. I was so disgusted I left all the food on the table we literally had most if not all of the food still in both containers. They charged us for additional tarter sauce in which I paid in advance just to be disgusted in the end. I wont ever frequent this place no wonder the prices are low! So are should the expectations! Horrible! I suggest if you looking for tasty delicious fish! DO NOT GO HERE! NEVER AGAIN! So I went here while waiting for a meeting. I really liked it, they had fried shrimp, Fried Rice, Egg rolls, wings among other stuff. I got the 6 piece shrimp which came with fries and bread. It was about 6.50 which is a pretty good price for that. The shrimp tasted great to me, the fries were pretty good and it was a lot of food for the money. I almost went back after my meeting. The food here was tasty and prepared to order. They do not have ICE (at all) and beverages have to be purchased separately from selections in a cooler. When asked if I could have a cup of water, no cups...bottled water is 50 cents . The dining area was empty when we arrived. When we went to be seated (you place your order and wait for your ticket number to be called), I noticed that the tables needed wiping and the booth areas had not been swept. Apparently some very untidy patrons had eaten earlier. This place is decent, offering decent fish, shrimp but they definitely need to do a better job with attention to the dining area cleanliness and providing common and expected conveniences like WATER, CUPS, and ICE. Never heard of a dine in restaurant not doing so. read more

One of the best tenders I've had, great prices for a ton of food. Expect to wait a few minutes and you will be thrilled with what you get. I did not try the fish or shrimp but it looked great. My only complaint is that they did not have bone in chicken, they did have wings and I will try them next time. The flavor of the chicken reminds me of edmonsons if anyone remembers them. read more
