Nice little outside seating. They only have a front store view with 2 tables outside. Love the modern decor and open layout -- perfect for sitting outside to enjoy a cup of hot or iced coffee! My caramel macchiato could have been a little more favorable, I'll give it a 2 1/2 on taste. The breakfast bagel was really good though! Had high hopes for this place since it had high reviews and the service was super sweet. The outside of the place is cute, but it is an outside only place. Meaning, you cannot go inside, they just have a pick up window and two outdoor tables. The food was disappointing. It was bland and mediocre. I probably wouldn't go back. It had been a while since I explored a new coffee joint here in Arizona. I scrolled through Yelp and it looks like I've been to several on this side of the city... except Dapper and Stout was blank. No review written - until today. They're located relatively close to Grand Ave. at the far end of Glendale. Not an ideal location, but they seemed to have their fair share of regulars today. Plenty of ample parking in the strip mall they're located in. There's no walk-in eatery. It's a walk-up window with a couple of tables and chairs out front. So if you think you're going to bring your MacBook and do some editing in ice cold air conditioning, that ain't gonna happen. We were greeted immediately. Friendly service and extremely efficient despite how busy they were when my wife and I showed up. I went with the Vanilla Bean Frappe. Insanely creamy, flavorful and recommended. My wife went with the cold brew which was also flavorful and not bitter. They didn't pour hot Folgers out of a tin can over ice. A New Favorite Has Arrived I am adding Dapper and Stout Coffee Company to my "favorite coffee" places . This coffee house is tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I coudnt help but notice that the staff greeted their regulars by name, nice touch On this visit we ordered an Iced Carmel latte and iced coffee with cream. Both drinks were perfectly balanced (not too sweet, too syrupy, too milky or too watered down, as I've had in some places). These drinks were absoulety refreshing. Everything tasted cheap.. I hate to say that but its the truth, yet the prices didn't reflect that and I hate when establishments do that. Charged $6.00 for an Iced Latte plus an additional .25 cents because it was the 16oz lol (the small) PLUS $1.00 for hazelnut flavoring and an additional $1.00 for coconut milk...... I do love the bagels here also but miss the cherry tart thing they used to give but still good. The food and drinks were ok. I ordered a hibiscus tea and pesto panini, it was good but nothing stood out to me. Service was ok, kind of awkward.. i think the cashiers were a little tired because they looked like they didn't want to be there. Only a couple seating areas in front of the window, my girlfriends and i didn't feel comfortable hanging out in that area so we left. I hear the Phoenix location is nicer so I'll probably drive that way next time. read more

I tried this place with my husband yesterday and we were instantly hooked!!! We tried the Bowtie, which is their signature drink and it was DELICIOUS. Simply delectable! Definitely a different tasting coffee experience (compared to Starbucks or Dutch bros). I honestly prefer this place!!! Which is a lot to say because you could catch me at starbs daily .... until now!!!! We purchased the 32 oz which came out to $7.25. Not bad at all!! Their prices are affordable. Classier, trendier, and gosh darn dappier! My guy pal that took me here when it was Bra-istas (figures, right?) is now hooked on the Bow Tie. After having a sip, I was hooked too! Bow Tie is a delicious concoction of dark chocolate, white chocolate, amaretto, and cream. It's even good with soy milk -- you just lose that luscious mouthfeel. They're still in the same suspect-looking spot by the drug screening place, still have the same outdoor patio furniture, and the prices and menu are relatively the same but I really love Dapper & Stout. Today was adventure day and because I'm brave I'm drove 30 minutes to try this new coffee shop and it was one of the best decisions I've made today. In ordered an iced Black & White and after one sip began what I call my "happy dance". This drink is a heavenly dance between coffee and sweetness. This place is not on my route at all but I'll happily pass Starbucks and Dutch Bros to order from here again. My daughter ordered a Carmel frappe that looked so refreshing I almost stole it from her. She would like to share that it was one of the best ones she's had. She frequently joins me on my little adventures. Now on to breakfast. I ordered the classic bagel breakfast and boy oh boy was it YUMMY!!!! First bite and I again broke into my happy dance. Delightful walk up breakfast spot! I had a great pretzel sandwich with Turkey and havarti cheese. They panini press all their sandwiches, so it makes them melty inside and crunchy on the outside. It was kind of great for the pretzel bun to be prepared that way. I also had a latte. The owner needs to teach his employees to understand the menu instead of "I don't know" comments because the owner didn't brief her but still $10 for a medium coffee ($8.50 not blended) & to up charge for ice is a new low being in AZ. Yes they charge for blending your drink, first time I've ever seen this! Tried once, won't again, better coffee for cheaper everywhere else. And my response to the owner, I've owned a couple successful coffee shops myself in a war zone and I was able to keep my prices respectable for my military customers, so the last thing I need is to hear a owner trying to explain his pricing and changing the world BS, I was doing more to "change" the world by giving soldiers a great latte/frappe/macchiato (no charge for ice or being blended) for a great price and if your going to be stuck with your bottom line, u know perfectly well, u don't need to up charge for blending! Gave one more star because the barista was friendly and tried to help ease the pricing situation and was it was at least a good tasting "blended" coffee. This is a very cute place. It's not a sit inside coffee place but they do have an outside seating area. I have ordered a few times from here doordash and I have physically been there. My last order that I ordered was the famous spicy italian and an iced macchiato with the mexican "Mocha Gusto" flavor shot. Sandwich was great coffee was amazing, my only complaint is that the chips are super oily and they don't put enough. The few times I have ordered was inconsistent with the chips, one order was mostly small pieces like you would get from the bottom of a bag. Overall the coffee is amazing, sandwiches are delicious. I hope this place opens up a bigger spot with an inside seating area because I think they would do great, and i would definitely visit more often to do work. read more

I have never been into a Dapper and Stout location myself, so I can't speak to that. However, my coworker brought me in a Mexican white chocolate iced macchiato and man was it good! My go to daily drink is a plain iced coffee with coconut milk unsweetened, but once in a while I like to try something more interesting. Based off of this one drink, I would say this place is a hit. While there's the hint of amaretto and hazelnut in my coffee, I still get the taste of COFFEE above everything else which is why I love this drink so much.
