The store was well decorated, very bright & colorful -- and the seating was quite comfortable (the whicker seats anyway). We ordered a wide array of savory & sweets. The salad needed more dressing, a few of the savory pastries were a bit chewy (had they been out awhile, maybe?), and most of the sweets were decent. The polite gal behind the counter offered to warm up the savory pastries but we declined -- I believe the heat would have made them more chewy. It was a bummer we didn't enjoy the food more. I got the banana cream latte, which along with the burnt creme latte, are apparently their most popular lattes, as explained to me by the friendly employee. They also have some pastries and some sandwiches. When I was there, the music was a bit loud - seems like it would be difficult to have a conversation or concentrate on work. I think this place is quite popular, as I have seen it advertised many times as one of the top coffee shops in Phoenix.
