Poor poor etiquette with Jesus. I scheduled my son at 3:30 appointment and they wouldn't allow me…read moreto cancellation. I tried calling a couple of hours before the appointment to change it, but the phone was going to a busy signal. I had to drive over to the location to let Jesus know that I needed to change the appointment and he told me I was gonna be charged the full amount for my son's haircut which is $60. I asked him to see another barber but I was gonna get charged for $60. I explained to Jesus that I had just beat cancer and overcome everything including chemotherapy and radiation. My husband of 17 years just died 10 days ago. All I was trying to do was get my son a haircut and he seemed very un empathetic of what I was going through. I told him I was a single mother trying to juggle many things with everything that had just happened in my life and was looking for a little compassion to just simply reschedule a haircut without being charged the $60. Jesus went on to explain how he also has four children, which is nothing in comparison to what I'm currently going through this business will never see our faces again, and I brought my children in there several times I live right down the street. It's very convenient, but we will never be back. I hope Jesus can learn through Life to have a little compassion for others and may Jesus never lose his wife and ask others for compassion.
