This place is no joke. Farm raised catfish are large and tasty and they got that here. Pair that up with a good banner and boom you got the making of some bomb catfish. Presentation in their dishes are excellent and makes the food look that much more tastier. People are friendly and get the orders correct. I tried this spot out for the first time a few months ago and ordered the pina colada for myself, the Long Island for my husband, and the fried catfish... yes catfish!! Not the swai crap that some of these places try to pass off as catfish. The fish was great and seasoned perfectly (They give you fries and Texas toast with the fish by the way)! I loved this restaurant a couple of days ago, today I was disappointed. They ran out of oxtails so I ordered 12 wings, 6 jerk, 6 hot with greens and cabbage. My order was incorrect. I got 12 hot wings that tasted like Franks Red Hot. They weren't nasty, but they weren't that great either. I was disappointed that my order was wrong after settling for something that I didn't really want. The daiquiris were good. I hope today was just a bad day. I will be back to see. read more

First let me say I thought these would be watered down daiquiris... to my surprise they were pretty strong for the price! This is definitely a must go spot for quick good drinks for your pre game. The names are risqué and I got the freaky peach, very good portion size and I got a small and got a buzz. I would imagine that if you got anything larger it would definitely be worth it. It was fast quick and although it looked a little sketchy I hear they have okay food. I didn't give it five stars because of the location. We went at night and the entrance and exit are easy to miss unless you are from the area I could see you trying to figure this out for a minute. read more

Absolutely love the daiquiris! Nice thick consistency and pretty strong especially the one that comes with 2 extra shots. And the foam cups keep them from melting so fast! I tried a piece of fish and it was delicious so I can't wait to try more of the food items. With that being said the oxtails are next on my list! After seeing a lot of reviews and post I decided to try them and support black business. I went early hours in the middle of the week. Cool customer service . Kind of high for the oxtail plate but was worth the quantity of food recieved. I've had better blckeye peas and Mac and cheese..cabbage was average, the oxtails were season pretty decent and were meaty. Order wings..they were pretty good..big wings, and good sauce , didn't care for the fries and I didn't get a chance to try any Daq this go round but maybe next time. read more

I will always recommend this place every time I go my guy knows my order. Just about everything on the menu is delicious and worth the wait. My only critique is I wish they would actually use that the speaker to take orders so that the wait could be shorter but even with the wait I go every time happily.
