They balked at the fact that I live in a condo within a 3-unit HOA that I would need to coordinate with, and argued with me about the process of gaining their approval (while the numerous contractors we jointly hired for our renos were walking around.) This is 99% of plumbing jobs in Somerville. If it's that much of a problem, don't bother coming in the first place to charge me $77. Second, the estimate price: astronomical. Twice as much as the most expensive quotes I have gotten for this job. Five figures.
