Unless you just have a little dust to knock off your car this place is worthless. Always have to go home and rewash my car as it is always left a mess after this place. Went here a week ago and paid for the most expensive wash. Get through the gate and everything stops moving and we sit there for nearly 15 minutes. A guy comes and announces that the machine is broken and we need to exit. He says "I'll give you two free washes" and hands me two cards. I look and they are two of the cheaper washes and I paid for the most expensive wash. I tell him "I paid for the desert shield" and he says I'll go get you the desert shield and takes the two tickets. He returns with two desert shield tickets and hands them to me. I say, I thought you were giving me two free washes and he says "there are two there". I said, I already paid for one of them so you are only giving me one free wash. He says, "no, that is two free washes". I shook my head and tried to get my truck through the tight turn to exit the wash since we could not go through it. Today I went to use one of my "two free washes" and the piece of shit machine doesn't read the bar code. Now I'm stuck so I have to pay for another wash to get through. I ask the kid how to use it and he says "run it through the bar code reader but it doesn't work sometimes. Try again next time". I wanted to kick someones ass at this point. Go through the wash and everything is a mess. Came home and spent an hour hand washing the thing from scratch. Add this to how tight the place is to maneuver and is the reason I won't continue to support this place. read more

Took my truck in this morning to get it washed on my way to work. The attendant told me that I had some "dirt" in the bed of my truck and I needed to sweep that out before I could go through. Now... If my truck had mud all over it, or a couple pounds of sand and rock or trash in the bed of it, I'd totally get it... However, the "dirt" in the bed of my truck wouldn't fill a 12 ounce coffee cup... Such a shame. I had hoped I could run my truck through once a week now that they're open, but I won't be back. Last time I checked the purpose of a carwash was to "wash dirt" off your vehicle... Quite a disappointment in the wash last couple of times. I pay for the 10 or 15 dollar wash and it has not got my car clean :( I don't travel much on the highway at all, so its not like my car is extremely dirty with bugs, etc. And I get my car washed often. And whats up with not giving change back? yes its a penny but for every customer that does not get that back, just how much are you pocketing on a daily basis? I'm sure most of us forget to ask for that change as we go around the corner with our windows up. I will no longer be using this 3 minute car wash. One of the attendants allowed a pick up truck to pull into the car wash with a Large thick rubber bed mat. The blowers blew it right out of his truck and onto the car wash tracks. Going under my car pulling off undercarriage pieces then wrapping into my rear driver side wheel and then ripping off part of my bumper. It broke mounting tabs from bumper caused cracking and damage to paint and threw off my alignment on my car. I made a report and still have not been contacted by a manager to help resolve my issues. Still not able to drive my car safely due to an alignment issue and bumper hanging off car. Now im stuck with a damaged car and the car wash blames driver and driver blames car wash for allowing him after he asked about the mat. read more

I've gone to this car wash for a while now, and typically got the 10$ or $15 wash. The people seem great and helpful! However recently I was kinda concerned my wash wasn't going through correctly. Earlier last week I got the $15 wash with tire shine, the tire shine however never happened as it didn't flash and I didn't see it activate at the end. After my wash I noticed black streaks, that I was able to wash off afterwards but I think I'm going to wash it myself or elsewhere. read more

Flawed design. Mediocre wash and upon arriving home I saw many places the wash missed. The lines are much more than three minutes and when you are in line to get to where you pay people are trying to get into the lame "free" vacuum stalls. Who though of this design? Duh.. Most designs have the vacuum stalls after the wash and easier to navigate. My advice since paint experts agree these types of car wash system are not good for your paint like touch less styles. Do not follow the car in front of you closely. Some have had their cars damaged from impact and the dirt from the car will impact your wash and affect your paint and wash. Again most agree "touch less" is better. The " money first" type owners want as many cars as close as possible so slow it down and allow at least 30 seconds behind the car in front. I was not impressed with the wash but was ok. Will spare my paint on my new vehicles and get up early before gym to hand wash, much better. Won't spend a dime with the type of owners at the 15 minute car wash. Phoenix has some real different people.. Serious.. read more

I love this place... great car wash for reasonable price, staff is great.. awesome vacuum. Overall one of the best express car washes BUT I CANNOT AND WILL NOT condone a business that does not give change. This business advertises end prices of.99 and the customer NEVER gets their penny change. How many cars go through those car washes per day? Don't you think those pennies add up??? I bought a membership for my truck and the guy that helped me was amazing, Zack or Zach. I wanted to try the new ceramic finish they had and he comped me a coupon for free. Then, my dumbass couldn't figure out how to input it at the kiosk. I pulled up and he entered it manually. He could've easily said he couldn't but he went above and beyond in my opinion. I will use this car wash as long as I can, due mostly for the service when needed. This also isn't my first time having an employee there fo above and beyond. Keep it up ladies and gents. I was going to Cobblestone and got tired of waiting 1-2 hours from start to finish. Then paying 25.00 plus a tip for a basic wash and having to finish it up myself at home. This car wash is dependable and fast. I take care of the vacuuming myself and at least I know the job is done right. Plus they have free towels and an air hose to remove excess water from the mirrors etc. I just paid for a unlimited monthly wash and I've already saved because I go so often. Hate a dirty car! The carwash is amazing ive been a member for a couple years, as a Uber drive I suspended my membership due to Covid19 slow down in business. The funds still came out I saw it pending and called immediately and was told its been on hold so the charge should fall off. It did post to my uber only account causing an overdraft fee ive left 10 messasges for Will with no call back horrible customer service today i was told no refunds can be issued due to wifi issues please refund my $30 and $35 overdraft fees. Tire Shine Tuesday!!! While I love the quick wash time of day is every thing. They have free vacuums that people use and then don't wash their cars so the getting into the wash can be tricky. It does a decent job and staff is always friendly. I have 2 memberships for both of our cars and we use it a lot. Highly recommend the membership. read more

Not impressed. Yeah having the free vacuums is a nice feature but having the vacuums located in the area where people are lining up to enter the pay area is dumb. When you're done wiping down your wet car and vacuuming the inside you then have to hold your breath and pray someone lets you back up and go back out the way people are coming in. The blowers in the wash do not do a great job at drying your car. You still have to towel dry your car when finished. I would rather pay the money at the competitors drive thru wash and have them towel dry at the end. I'm not looking to have to battle other cars to get to the vacuums and when leaving. We have been waiting for awhile to get this car wash to open. Favorite part is that the super vacuums are free all the time. When you,pull in the bay, you have a vacuum on either side to vacuum your car well. I can vacuum my minni-van with plenty of give with the hoses. I did have a problem with the set up of the whole car wash. I think they will have a big problem when they get very busy. You have to pull in through the very busy vacuum bays to get to the one line that splits into three lines that then merges into one line for the car wash. It seems to me that they picked a too small plot for the car wash to begin with. But maybe after all the new hullabaloo it will even out. I found the $15 wash to wash the car quite well. I haven't tried the other washes yet because the $15 washes have been free. I have tried the tire upgrade one one car (it looked great) and then didn't try it on another, (it looked fine) I am giving it 4 stars at this point because it has done a great job so far, the vacuums are awesome, but I am not sure it is going to work convenience wise to be able to get in and out with my van often and only get the $3 (water rinse) for my van. read more

Went to the trip two days ago. And the dead flies left the marks on my car (the front side). I got the manager special it said spot free. After I ran to a wash and found still have some I can't get it out myself. Brooke was near by and I asked her to help. I used the soap brush to ran through it and she offered me to get back to the machine wash one more time and she was already there waiting for me and did the strong water to clean the spot. Why didn't I become a member sooner? I have the $14.95 monthly membership and it's so convenient to swing by for a quick automated wash as often as I want! If you have an oversized vehicle or tires don't bother. Your vehicle won't fit. The attendants always and I mean always are smiling as they signal you into the wash. The vacuum station is free and they have great suction. There's even a huge clip for you to clip your rugs to so you can vacuum them fast! Love this place. read more

Now, I've run my truck through car washes literally all over this country. This is the first time I've been turned away for have it. The kid there said if I got a cover for it I could go through. it is what it is.. i use it if its an emergency but its a PITA to drive through the entrance as you have people trying to come and go because the only way in is also where people pull back in to vaccuum or dry their car or whatever. I don't believe that its a great cleansing job inside the tunnel but again, its only if I really need a wash badly. read more

Best car wash experience. Got a "basic" wash after a road trip and Ashley (I believe her name was from her radio) was amazing. She was working the entrance to the car wash and hosed down my car with attention to detail and even handed me my magnet that I had on the back of my car so it didn't get lost in the wash. Horrible experience! I've been coming once a week since they opened and the last two times I've left with a soap film on my car. I called to complain and they ask me to come back. I couldn't was on my way to meeting. So Kat said next time your in we will compensate you. A few days later I went back, Kat wasn't there but two "boys" were and they were very rude! One in particular instructed me to vacuum first and come back in office.
