I pulled up to get a car wash and this guy named Nick was standing at the terminal. Pretty much standing over the terminal trying to tell me how to do it correctly. I've been coming to this car wash since it first opened. I think I know how to use the terminal. I asked him twice very politely to please leave me alone and leave the terminal. He became very rude and said this is where he's staying and I have nothing to say about it. I then go down to the actual car wash and ask for a supervisor, he trots his way down and tells me that he's the supervisor and I am now banned from the property. I come back a few days later. Speak with Christina the manager and I tell her what happened and she asked me if an apology from Nick would suffice. I said it would be fine. Nick comes out, trying to justify him standing there and then I still have no choice but to have him hover over my window while I use my credit card for transactions. In my opinion, it is simple customer service that if somebody ask you to stop hovering over the window of their vehicle to take a 20 second walk somewhere else while they finish up their Business. But this Nick has some kind of imaginary power trip where he believes he doesn't have to do what the customer asks. read more

there was a woman named kristina I made sure to get her name and after the experience I had I will never forget her name! she was very rude and mean as I only had a few questions about my wash. as I was talking to her she was on her phone right in front of my face she did not take me serious and was laughing at me. Upon entering your met by an employee who guides you through the checkin process (kiosk) while actively assisting you with both cash and credit transactions. An employee than guides you up to the wash rack ensuring your tires are properly aligned before entering. This is much different than other establishments were your left having to work the kiosk alone than having to line up your tires properly with the wash track all the while hoping you don't hit anything. Others should mirror the way customers are treated here and adopt this process. Simply put customers are the number one priority here and it shows. They also offer complementary dry towels (must be returned after use), should you forget yours. The vacuums are powerful and long enough to reach the interior of cars and SUV's. I love this new and conveniently located cdrive through Carwash for a quick clean with free vacuums, air fresheners and quick wipes. $3 gets you a touch up wash which is just perfect when you don't need a deep clean and detail at one of the fancier car washes. The young staff that operates and assures everyone gets through perfectly and attended to are very courteous and effective. I definitely recommend this spot if you live in the West Henderson area!! Started using their service in May for 2 cars. Told them that we only wanted this for the month, no longer. I've been away since June and they keep hitting my credit card and there is no telephone number to call them at, they are all disconnected. I have always had good experiences here. I especially want to give a special shout out to Mauricio who really took care of me on one occasion. He really hooked it up for me! Because of Mauricio and people like him, I will keep coming back. One time, my eyeglass pouch was sucked into the hose. I told the employees, they got it out for me! You can be as quick or as long as you like here with vacuuming. Most of the vacuums have really good suction power but if they don't, you can just let them know as there may be something blocking the suction. All in all, It's not a detailed service. This is a brand new car wash located high up on Eastern Avenue right next to Kneaders at Pecos Ridge. They have free vacuums with nice large parking spots. There are vacuums on both sides of the car as well as mat holders which I thought was a great idea. They have 4 different car wash options ranging from $3.00 to $14.99. Of course the more you pay the more you get. They have someone who does the initial quick spray as you enter the wash but no one on the other end to finish drying off the car as the blowers never dry all the water off. I tried the $6.99 basic wash and it did a pretty good job. Of course that is exterior only and there were some spots and small areas I had to wipe down after I got home. I wouldn't pay any more as I can go down the street and get a full service interior/exterior hand wash for only $16. This a good option though if you need to just vacuum your car out or for a quick wash to remove dust. read more

I went in for a car wash on 05/17/23 for one wash and somehow got tricked into signing up for a subscription. Never received a confirmation email, never was given a sticker, and was never notified that I was signing up for a monthly membership. I have even gone in and got a car wash and was still charged for the car wash on two occasions. I tried to cancel my subscription online but didn't have my sticker number?! Which I was never given? Ultra Clean Express Car Wash has just opened here on S. Easter so I drove in to check it out. My Navigator certainly needed some lovin. I got in line which moved quickly and then was engaged by a very friendly young guy who explained how the wash works and gave me a trifold that explains their services, individual and monthly packages. It looks like their packages are pretty solid in pricing. I met the second guy who explained the process of going through the wash - also very friendly. What can I say - I have used a LOT of car washes over the years and this was FANTASTIC. But wait theres more! FREE vacuums. Everything is new, clean, and working perfectly. I got the $18 wash (most expensive) because my car was quite dirty and hasn't been washed in a month. My car came out still dirty everywhere. You could still feel the dirt caked on top of my car and see it. The back of the car was the worst because it looked like it wasn't even cleaned at all. On top of that, the next day when the sun was out I noticed scratches all over my cars paint now. The phots speaks for themselves. Honestly ridiculous because now my paint is damaged everywhere and this car wash is not liable at all! Just spend the extra time and do a self wash or a brushless automated wash at Chevron. Beware of this business trying to offer you a deal when you are at pay booth. I fell to this scam ...I was told 40 car washes for $9.99 . I told the guy it didn't sound right. I asked if there was expiration for these washes and he said no. So I gave him debit card, did not agree or sign anything . Well they debited $19.99 out of my account the next month without my permission. I emailed them for refund and explanation and got no response. Just be very careful if you are approached while at Pay station. I would strongly recommend you avoid any of these car wash scams. These people are scammers. I have used this car wash for about 2 years for my Honda HR-V and, until recently, I was very pleased with the service. Now, the rear window and entire back end is soapy when I exit the car wash. On the last occasions, it left wax spray on the windshield and passenger side, which the dryers sealed in place. I had a bit of work to do when I got home. We pay monthly for the best car wash and today when I went to get it washed they were out of the cloth and wipe. I went into the office and there was a guy there who said his name is Ingus. I asked him how was I supposed to wipe my coat if they didn't have cloths. He said it was not his problem and that I was supposed to save my cloth. I just bought a new jeep and travel most places with my three dogs so quality of the automated wash and an unlimited time to vacuum were super important to me.
