I paid for the $3.00 wash and was more than happy with what I paid for? Simple touch up wash for $3.00, better than getting a bucket of soap and washing the cars on the driveway in 100+ heat any day! I purchased the $5.99 wash for my little commuter car and the $3.00 wash for my dirty diesel truck and guess what? Can't tell the difference in wash, maybe more soap for the $5.99 wash? However my truck had bird stuff, diesel fuel, tire dressing, dirt on it, dead bugs from a month, and it all came off. I can't ask for much more than that? It dried it also with the air so from now on im $3.00 when I need an outside wash. Its mostly automated, with only an employee directing you to get on the track to be pushed through the wash. So Fast! Not so friendly... but still a good deal on a partial do-it-yourself car wash. Vacuuming my own car isn't so bad when the car wash does such a fantastic job of cleaning my filthy car! This was not my first visit (I have come back multiple times because of how clean my car is when I leave this place). Of all the car washes along Bell Rd in Surprise this one really does the best job of getting your vehicle clean. That said none of them, including F&F, will get your car perfectly clean but F&F does the best job for sure. I was excited when I saw this place. They had just opened up this type of car wash in Santee before I moved. I went with the $5.99 wash. You pull up, put your wheels in the track and then shift your car to neutral. You then sit back and enjoy the 3-5 minute wash. They have awesome free vacuums too. The attachments are really skinny so you can get into most places of your car. They even have upright floor mat holders so you can get those cleaned easily too. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the car wash still doesn't get all the junk off your car. It gets most, but not all. For the $5.99 though, with free vacuum, this will be my car wash of choice going forward. read more

I was in quite a good mood before going to the car wash today. I have been here a few times and rarely have had complaints. But today deserved mention. First, I was in the center lane behind a woman who appeared to be new to digital technology. She struggled with the keypad and the card reader and the receipt. I couldn't switch lanes so I was stuck. She honked for help at least once. Finally an attendant came out and helped her. Then it was my turn. Well it wasn't all her fault. Even though she was from Florida. The touch screen was unresponsive in spots. I honked for help and no one came. I had to cancel the transactions a few times before I was able to hit the right spot. Finally I could go. The older woman ushering in the cars must have had better days. She grabbed my antenna off the car and handed it to me. I told her that they leave it on but she made me take it. She was gruff. When I pulled in to the vacuum spot, the tube had weak suction. I switched with the spot next to me. By that time I was exasperated. But for 3 bucks I didn't make a stink. read more

I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!! I purchase the manager's special with an upgrade to make my wheels look good, and my car in the end was dirty as the moment I came in. The staff is very unfriendly. I ask for a rewash and they answer was "that the system was failing" so I wait for an hour, and they keep washing someone else cars, but no mine. Apart, they broke my car antenna, and its a very expensive part since my car is a luxurious European ride. I like this place. Car wash options vary between $3 up to $15 (I usually chose the $3 or $6 options.) Using vacuums is free of charge and there's no time limit. The only one thing that I don't like is that after the wash I have to dry off my car (lots of water drops). In general: it's a good place to wash your car and clean it inside. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. Fast and convenient, yes. A deal, not really. They do have a $3 wash which isn't much more than a rinse. The next level is $6 which adds some soap to the mix. A full was is about $12... At that point you might as well go to an actual wash where they do the inside and wipe everything down as well. In comparison, the $5 was at cobblestone is the same as a full service was and you get a gas discount. Also, I did not receive "friendly" service. The first time I went, the guy was pointing me to steer right which I did. He yelled at me that "this means stop!". Um, no. That was pointing to the right, no stop type motion was made. So friendly they are not. In short, if I'm on that end of town and the car only needs a rinse or vacuum, I will stop in, but I won't go out of my way to go there. read more

I've frequented this wash since the day they opened. When my car is extra dirty, I jump right to the $9.99 wash. On my last 3 visits over the past 2 months after purchasing the $9.99 wash I've exited only to find that traces of either dried mud or bird droppings had not been removed from my windshield. On all 3 visits I went inside and was told I could go through the wash again. Once the second wash actually removed what had been left on my car.. But on the other 2 occasions it did not and I went inside I was given a cloth to clean it myself. I would think that if a customer isn't satisfied with a wash, someone would take the time to clean whatever it is the customer is complaining about. It just seem to be good business to hand the customer a cloth and have them clean their vehicle AFTER paying for a wash. Call me crazy, but the last time my burger wasn't cooked correctly at a restaurant, the cook didn't come to my table and escort me to the kitchen to cook it myself. Just saying! read more

This is such a convenient and fast car wash. I have a membership here so I can go to any location without having to pay every time and hold up the line. It's always usually very clean and there are always multiple people working constantly keeping the garbage cans emptied and checking on the vacuums. The only issues I've ever had is once in a while I will try to vacuum my car and the vacuum is clogged and doesn't work. The hoses are also a bit short to get all the way to the back inside my SUV. Today I noticed there was a yelp check in for a dash towel so I clicked it and asked about getting it. I was adviced you get one every time you pull in to the wash with the air freshener. To me it's dumb to put it as a yelp offer when they are giving it away to all customers. It's no real yelp extra. The funny thing is it's not even a towel. It's a wet wipe basically. One isn't even enough to wipe down more than the center console maybe. read more

I have been going to this facility for a few years paying the monthly fee. One day my windshield reader wasn't being recognized any more. I called for assistance and was given an excuse that ended with the manager creating a new account and windshield sticker. That day I was charged twice and every month after for three months was double charged. Because the original charge kept coming. I went into to get the double charges fixed each month only to be given assurances that it would be fixed by the new manager. Well it wasn't fixed and in fact four months later was told that they would not refund the over charges because I was to blame. What???? Your idiot manager created this problem not me. If this is how they treat loyal customers they just lost one. Never sign up for recurring charges with these crooks. There is a reason they have so many 1 and 2 stars. They don't understand customer service. They certainly are not friendly when they screw up. read more

Took my car to this car wash and got a scratch on the passenger front quarter panel. I walk my car as I do every time I drive it, due to the fact it a newer Mercedes with custom paint and I've been hit before and they ran. So I had to foot the bill to fix it. Plus I vacuumed the car before the wash and used the brush to get the bugs off the front (it has a clear bra on the front end). So two ways I would have seen it, plus the fact the my primer is white under a purple paint. Easy to spot. I swiftly tracked down a guy working there and told me he'd look a the cameras. After wait half a hour he came out and said he couldn't tell and would send it off to corporate and I would hear something within five to 8 day. I waited two weeks with no attempts of contacting me, so I called and they took my info down again and said with in that week I would get a call. No surprises that it passed that week, here I am a month after the wash with no contact from this place. What happened to righting your wrongs. I've been using this carwash with the $24.99 unlimited monthly special since they first opened. No real complaints to date. It gets the vehicle really clean, and the vacuums work fine. Yes, I've run into a not-so-pleasant employee on rare occasion, but who has never had a bad day?! I agree it would be great to have more employee vigilance on the touch screen entry to help the technologically challenged. Wow I am PI**ED!!!!! I have a brand new car and just took it through this "Fast and Friendly" car wash for the first time. After making it to the touch panel I was a little confused by the selection process so I honked (as directed on the screen) for help, the attendant didn't seem to enthused to help and acted as if I was a bother. That's not even my largest concern. As you pull into the wash their are multiple signs posted saying that the wash cannot be held liable for any damage to the vehicle, I see why now. When I parked my car there was a brand new 6" gash in my front bumper, I assume it was from their tire shiner, I am certain this gash was not present before hand, I walk my car on a daily basis and this in no doubt was caused by this wash. My only complaint is that there is a giant sign in front of the place that says $3 wash but when you pull up to pay you find out it's a $3 rinse...a real wash at this place costs $10. If the sign said $3 rinse/$10 wash I'd be perfectly happy. The false advertising draws in the customers though. The $10 wash is good and they also provide you with something to wipe down your dash and an air freshener. The vacuums work great. The only problem with the place is that for a few more dollars you can head to Cobblestone and get your car washed, dried, hand dried, vacuumed, windows washed in and out, rims wiped down, trim wiped, dash cleaned, trunk vacuumed, and all while you sit on a leather sofa and watch tv or surf the internet. For this place to be of value the $10 car wash needs to be $5 and the sign on the building needs to be changed. All this said, I'll continue to use it for the $3 rinse/free vacuum and use Cobblestone when I want a real wash. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying. I thought this place was really cool my first time there I figured $24.95 not bad for unlimited car washes. Boy was I wrong. They kept charging me every 15 days $24.95 for the unlimited car washes. When I called I spoke to the manager which asked me to bring my bank statement to the car wash for them to confirm the charges. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Did you need my bank statement to charge me every 15 days?? Really, then the manager tells me they will keep my statement in the safe. That's nice after every Tom, Dick and Harry can see my account number, address and business location. I am telling you to avoid this place by all accounts. It's not worth it. The carwash is subpar (water, water , very little soap). My car always has water spots and is never completely dried when I leave out. read more

Car wash? More like water with an ounce of soap per ten gallons of water. Out here for work to wash my 2014 Hyundai Genisis. I just purchased the quick 5.99 car Asked the guy to spray it down as it is a dark car and he said "yea! Not on the $5.99 wash" didn't know I had to spend a certain amount to prevent your car wash from scratching the paint on my car. I wouldn't spend more than a penny on this car wash. Completely rude. Probably mad his life is running a car wash. I will be contacting the office that my receipt says change due and they did not return my change. It's petty, I know but after the icing on cake was that I did not spend enough to get a pre-rinse. This company will see that even Shell car washes pre-rinse no matter what you spend! This place is terrible. UPDATE: after reading the poor response below I would like to say that "you need to spend more" "our car wash doesn't scratch cars" I would like to say your mentality is that of a college kid owning a lemonade stand. Secondly, if I have a dusty dirty car, and your brushes, which look as if they are a polyester type fabric and you simply spray soap on the vehicle and keep water moving. The dirt and grime do not stick to the polyester brushes that your 1980's car wash has. As far as with any business, I've spent $6 at cobblestone many times and always get an air freshener, wet towel, and the front just spritzed with water. You are a joke. I am going to have my car detailed then I will be by your wash. Both with before and after photos. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to show you the scratches that your car wash leaves. Keep up the terrible work and trying to expand your lemonade stand with customer service like that! You have to be the worst.
