I prefer crunchy edges but like it to be tender in the middle. The manager was very friendly and attentive. I totally forgot to get the senior discount but you can get 10% off on Tuesdays.

The fish is fresh and delicate, and the jalapeño gives it just the right amount of heat without overpowering it. And then there is the Shelby Roll--my all-time favorite roll. I have tried plenty of sushi over the years, and this is still the one I come back to. The menu has enough depth to keep exploring, the staff is consistently friendly, and the quality has kept me returning over and over again. Senro isn't about seeing how much sushi you can eat. We chose the standard beef bulgogi and the red & hot pork bulgogi. They came with a refreshing salad with sesame dressing and a side of japchae. The beef bulgogi was very good, not too heavily marinated. I appreciated that it was made with tree ear fungus. The hot pork bulgogi was also quite tasty, and certainly packs a punch that hits you a few seconds after you take a bite. Kolby was extremely attentive throughout our meal. He made sure our water glasses were always full and checked on us a couple times to make sure that we were happy with our meal. The place isn't big so take that into account if you're a big group we were 5 on a Friday evening at 6pm but it was totally fine. Place has Korean music in the background to keep it on brand. We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures.
