Upon driving up you can't help but notice that their building is HUGE! It's as big as a Costco! Tons of trailers were docked getting filled up by the many volunteers. They even had a Amazon trailer at the loading/unloading dock. There were approximately 30+ volunteers. We all gathered at the picnic tables inside the warehouse. Coffee, Tea, and snacks were provided - nice touch. We all worked together to load many boxes of food that were sent on a rolling conveyor belt with volunteers all along it. I was a team of 2 that stacked the boxes on multiple pallets before a forklift driver whisked them away. It was so awesome to be apart of. If you ever have a chance to volunteer please do so.

They came to the office and I showed them which pieces we wanted to part with. I let them know we were trying to sell the conference room table, so their quote should include both possible scopes of work--one that included them taking the conference room table and one that didn't. They provided the quote including the conference table. By the time we got their quote, we were able to sell the table. I promptly replied to their proposal, letting them know the table sold and we needed the alternative proposal (without the conference room table). They did not reply. They also did not return my multiple phone calls or subsequent emails. They completely ghosted us. Their conduct was incredibly unprofessional. They wasted our time, and given our lease-end deadline (which I apprised them of on multiple occasion), left us scrambling at the last minute to find another option. Besides their expertise and efficiency, Dr. Bellmund and her team were kind and compassionate--just what I needed at a time when I was worried and concerned. All that and--the pricing is significantly lower than a recent estimate I received from a local private-practice veterinarian clinic. I was looking for a baby kitten, and thankfully I found exactly the little cat I was hoping for. The adoption process was easy and smooth, and you can really tell how much the staff cares about the animals. The cats are very well treated, and the conditions they are kept in are excellent. Everything was clean, organized, and the animals looked healthy, happy, and loved. Thank you to everyone at Joybound People & Pets for all the care and dedication you give to these animals. I truly recommend this adoption center!
