At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.

He said they would try again with their distributor but if they couldn't, they would buy a liner locally to install. We were patient. But they never reached out again, leaving our pool walls open to the elements and subject to wind damage. The pool has started to collapse. When i tried to reach out they refuse to respond with a phone call or explanation, just a text from the owner saying "send me a letter with your concerns and I'll respond appropriately" HE WAS THERE. He knows what the problem is and refuses to finish the job or explain himself.

For me personally, communication is extremely important and sadly this person fails massively in this category. I am very understanding of small businesses. My husband had his own business and worked solo for quite some time so I completely empathize with how hard it can be. Trust me when I say I want nothing more than to support local small businesses vs big chain companies but I wouldn't be doing anyone any favors if i didn't provided a honest review of my experience. I initially contacted him and let him know what we needed help with. He said it was something he could do but it would be at least three days before he could make it out and to send him our address. We had no issue with that at all and were more than willing to wait for whenever he was ready. We understand it is a very busy season. When he finally told us that he could come out at a certain day and time, my husband planned that day to be off work. That day and time came and went and we hadn't heard one word from him nor did he answer our calls when we tried to find out what happened. This lack of communication continued the entire time it took him to finish the work. It was frustrating to be expecting something and to continually change around our days to accommodate his schedule only to essentially be stood up. It was a constant guessing game if he would show or not. It seems like he needs some sort of help with time management or an assistant to make calls for him and keep his customers informed.

When we ran into a "snag" during our first day of digging, Tim and his team came up with a solution quickly and worked with us, while we came up with an alternative dig layout location. When the pool was completed, Tim came back to give us a lesson on how to use the equipment in the future, and to this day had been accessible if we had a question regarding the pool. I tried to return it the next day unopened and was then told about the fee. $1400 for a vacuum that is nothing like what I went originally went in there for. Unbelievable! I will sell it myself before giving them close to $300 to put it back on the shelf.

I asked one simple question: "Do you sell swim spas?"
