Last year, almost a year from today, our pool pump motor took a dump. I went in and they attached my impeller to a new motor and installed a new motor shaft seal and all on the same day. Today my wife called while I was at work and said our pump wasn't working. After a little investigating it seemed the pump motor was out again. Looked at it and it seemed there had been a leak under the bottom of the motor. Took it in to Mark and he deemed the motor shaft seal had failed. Took my motor, told me he get me a new motor, attached an upgraded shaft seal and attached the impeller. They called as promised, same day service, and it was warrantied. That day and time came and went and we hadn't heard one word from him nor did he answer our calls when we tried to find out what happened. This lack of communication continued the entire time it took him to finish the work. It was frustrating to be expecting something and to continually change around our days to accommodate his schedule only to essentially be stood up. It was a constant guessing game if he would show or not. It seems like he needs some sort of help with time management or an assistant to make calls for him and keep his customers informed.

Unfortunately, we have not had a positive experience with Perrysburg Flooring. We ordered new…read moreflooring over 9 months ago, and the project is still not fully complete. The flooring that was installed in three rooms was not the same floor we ordered--the color run of the batch installed was significantly off from what we selected. This was only realized after the full installation was completed. Manny and the team initially proposed ripping the floor up, but given the disruption involved (moving appliances, removing toilets, etc.), we ultimately settled on keeping the installed floor. Fast forward nine months, and we are still waiting on transition strips so the project can be considered complete. We have made multiple attempts to get this resolved. Perrysburg Flooring has since said they can't locate the strips, has asked us to re-measure ourselves, and continues to push out installation dates while citing backorders. At this point, it feels more like scrambling than follow-through, and we're not confident the strips--if they arrive--will even match the installed flooring. Overall, communication, accountability, and execution have been far from ideal. Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with Perrysburg Flooring.
