Booking for groups/parties on the website is super easy navigate and easy to book the specifics for your party. It gives you prices, gaming options, menu, and payment options. The invoice is emailed to you. The corporate offices are more than customer friendly, they follow up with consistency and emails contract once payment is recieved. This place was packed during Spring Break, but extremely organized in the party sections. The General Manager was visible, courteous, and friendly. Look, it's Spring Break in NYC parents are out, campers are out, and this place is lit. Food and drinks were ready when we arrived, they kept it coming throughout our stay. Our server introduced herself (I wish I remembered het name she's corporate material) and made sure my campers were happy. That Chicken Cobb Salad, had a story to tell packed with chicken tomatoes, and Cesar dressing. It was fantastic. Definitely booking for the Summer 2025.

Came around 8pm to meet with friends. I didn't partake in the games only the food. So I sat at the dining area ordered a burger with fries and a beer that came with a $10 game card. My friend had the unlimited wings and it came with a $10 game card which is a really great thing to get a bang for your buck! The burger was fantastic! I love me a burger with the works and that's exactly what I received!

Downtown Brooklyn has truly been a competitive area know. It's so much fun places you go could to just for a vibe with family and friends. We was welcome by staff upon our arrival. We went to the bar and was greeted by one of the employees Darius who quickly got out drink started. Then ask what we would like to eat. Our drinks where amazing and he evenin suggested the new drink they had. Food was freshly made and delicious. I would definitely be back!! Was a pleasure. Thank you Darius for your amazing bartender skills and outstanding customer service. Love your energy.

Dave and busters is just a better version of chucky cheese for adults. Some of my coworkers and I stopped by today for a holiday event being held by Dave and Busters. We were able to redeem one drink, sample the land and sea menu and received a $15 play card. The drinks were solid and the food was good. All the employees were so nice , and Jodi was extremely helpful with all of the questions we had. This location was clean and wasn't too crowded, which was nice.

Been gone for a minute but I see that D&B has stepped up their bartender game! First Ria was astronomical behind the bar, she checked on me regularly, was personable and on top of her game! Also, Kaleb was pretty cool, also very personable. Drinks on point, little buzzed . Food was good. Some girls were flashing at the bar, but hey...definitely give the bar a shot no pun.

I must've got lucky today. All of the machines were in working order and between this location and the one in Times Square, both are good but I favor this location a bit more because it only takes one trip on the LIRR and it doesn't get crowded as fast as the one in the city. I don't normally come here for food but they do have a nice drink selection and the Long Island Iced Tea is a fav of mine from there. This is a nice spot to go to if you're looking for games that give you a decent return investment in tickets. I still don't trust the crane machines but that's how I feel about every one. If you want to win a plush for your kid, lady in your life or even your collection, just rack up tickets and you'll find a good selection over at the redemption center. I recommend coming here in the weekdays just before school is done for the day, you'll basically have the place to yourself.

I have to say after my experience this evening I'm definitely coming back to this location. John was amazing and just made my overall experience 10 out of 10.

Welcome to Brooklyn! This was my first experience in the fairly new location here. I was a frequent visitor to the Times Square location, but after the dramatic changes to the menu during Covid, which remained post Covid, I stopped going. I came here for the games only, in this visit. They seemed to have ample amount of games and was spacious. The Times Square location would get very congested and have long wait times for certain games. Hopefully they can revert back to their old menu, which would allow me to dine here. However, until that happens, this place will be for games only.

I'm Dominican so I know oxtail pretty well and have made it myself. Thankfully, this place absolutely delivered. The oxtail was perfectly slow-braised, tender, and falling right off the bone -- exactly how it should be. Absolutely amazing. Of course I had the rice and peas, plus some veggies. A few of the veggies were slightly overcooked, but still flavorful and enjoyable. The drinks looked incredible, but I went with the rum punch and loved it. It was a little sweet, but super flavorful, strong, and definitely worth ordering again. For dessert, I had the Hennessy cheesecake, which was rich, decadent, and unbelievably delicious. There were three of us dining, and we all left completely satisfied -- with take-home containers because the portions are VERY generous. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that our server seemed to focus most of her attention on my friend. She is Jamaican, and because I look like a white American woman, I felt a little overlooked at times, even when I had several requests myself. We also had to look for her a couple of times while she was sitting with a group nearby. That said, everyone overall was very nice and welcoming. The bussers especially stood out -- they checked on us often, kept everything clean, and even greeted me in Spanish, which I appreciated. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back with more people next time.

For my hubby, Brooklyn is home - and we always love exploring the new places the city has to offer when we visit. We had reservations, and were seated within 10 minutes, which was reasonable. The place was packed - everyone was in high spirits, and I was ready to taste some of the best Caribbean cuisine in the region. My hubby's best friend - a Brooklyn resident, joined us. He had been to the restaurant a few times - and had good things to say. We were not disappointed. I had the Brown Stew Red Snapper - *chef's kiss*. Hubby had the iconic Jerk Oxtail over Macaroni & Cheese Pie! The English language cannot convey the beauty of that combination! Tender, tender oxtail, falling off the bone with the creamy, cheesy mac & cheese! He wanted to savor that dish another day, so he got a to-go bag and took it back to the hotel! (I couldn't help but clean my plate - I was obsessed with the fish!) Our friend enjoyed the Hennessy Fried Shrimp (not pictured) - one of his favorite dishes at the restaurant. It looked delicious as well. For drinks, I had the Bob Marley cocktail. A colorful drink - flavorful - and effective! There were people celebrating their birthdays throughout the night - and the wait staff goes IN! I was enjoying watching at least 10 people receive the Stevie Wonder "Happy Birthday" song while we were there. Imagine my surprise when it was my turn! My birthday was the day before, and we had already celebrated in Manhattan. Having two special recognition events made the evening that much more special! Shout out to the Simpson crew who came with the song, the rhythm, the sparkling cake, and the good vibes! My 70th birthday was exceptional - without a doubt. The Simpson added the touch I needed. As someone who has come to this bar regularly to watch Knicks playoff games, I can confidently say…read moreI will never return after what happened during the NBA Finals last night. What this bar pulled was completely unacceptable. They were openly reserving seats at the bar for certain people while telling everyone else they were unavailable. There was no advertised reservation policy, no advance notice, and no opportunity offered to regular customers. Apparently, the only way to get a seat is to know the owner, know the bartenders, or be part of the inner circle. What made it even worse was that my group had been sitting at the bar, ordering food and drinks starting around 7:30 PM, only to be forced out of our seats at 7:45 PM. The reservation signs on those seats clearly stated they were reserved for 8:15 PM. We were paying customers actively spending money, yet we were removed 30 minutes before the supposed reservation time. That is absolutely egregious behavior. I've worked in sports bars and have owned sports bars in New York City. In all my years in the business, I have never heard of reserving seats directly at the bar--especially during a major sporting event. It goes against everything that makes a sports bar successful. Bar seats have always been first-come, first-served. That's Sports Bar 101. I've spent plenty of money here over the years because it was always a great place to watch big games: good atmosphere, sound on the TVs, and a fun crowd. Unfortunately, last night proved that customer loyalty means absolutely nothing. Regular patrons were treated like second-class citizens while preferred customers received special treatment. For a bar that markets itself as a neighborhood sports destination, this was incredibly disappointing, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. If you're planning to watch a major game here, don't assume you'll be treated fairly. Unless you're friends with the right people, don't expect the same experience as everyone else. There are plenty of other sports bars in Brooklyn that understand how to treat customers. After last night, I'll be spending my money there instead. I won't be back, and I certainly won't be recommending this place to anyone. Let's Go Knicks

The drinks were very well prepared and fabulous especially the "Incredible Hulk" a must try when you visit. We will certainly be back for more soon :)
