Arrive in time for our reservation. Was told that the reservation shouldn't have been made but there was a glitch in the system. Asked to speak to the manager. He stumbled over his words trying to explain the same thing. I explained to him the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and false advertising. He bumbled a bit more and eventually we got a table. We had a fantastic time! From the moment we sat down we were greeted by Eric. He was so kind and helpful! The place was very clean and had a great atmosphere. There is tons of parking, sadly there aren't any businesses around there anymore. Eric kept checking on us and refreshing our drinks. He thanked me for how polite and respectful my niece and her friend were. The guy who took the tickets was very patient with all the kids. Please keep in mind how this staff is treated on a daily basis. Kids are excited to be there and running around like crazy, which is to be expected. I watched the staff being dismissed or treated poorly. Kudos to them because I couldn't do it. I took the girls there for them to have fun but my husband and I decided we're going back for a date night. Tons of fantastic games, lots of places for us tired people to sit, take a break and have a bite to eat! Eric truly made our experience great! Hopefully he is acknowledged for this! This place was so much fun!!! I loved the axe throwing the most!!! And the pepperoni pizza was fire! The only thing I had an issue with was that they didn't listen well when we asked for a specific sauce to go with our pizza and took forever to bring it once they go it right. So let me do some math for ya. Im giving D&B 5 stars. They have a great set of games and happy hours. Subtract 4 stars for food poisoning that 2 out of 6 of us got and you're left with 1 star. Let me add that the same 2 that got food poisoning from a burger and the other Alfredo, we were the only ones that ate. Sum equals, don't go there for food. EVER. So... in conclusion ... I'd give zero if I could. When they brought the tab, apparently there was a line with the suggested tip. It was about $27 (the suggested tip). I went a little more and wrote $30 on the tip line. I added the $30 to what I thought was the amount with tax included. Lo and behold I actually added $30 to an amount that already included the suggested tip. So, the server actually got the suggested tip AND my larger tip. I called and brought this error to the manager's attention. He said he couldn't take the tip away from the server. I said, you most certainly could and just explain the error to the server. I went to the General Manager or District Manager and he too stood behind his Manager and refused to correct the error. Good thing I have a good credit card company (Chase). I explained the situation to them and they credited me for the suggested tip that I should not have been charged. A small group of us visited this place for a teenager's birthday event. This was my first time in a Dave and Busters. Since becoming a semi-responsible adult, I'm really not a gamer. However, between the bar and decent food, it wasn't that bad. Upon walking in, we were hit with a small line waiting to buy a three dollar game card. Now I'm the newbie in the group, so I figured once we purchased our cards, we would load money onto it and play as we wish. Nope. There is an established "chip value" associated with the card, predicated upon the dollar amount you select. I glanced at the display showing the options available to establish the best chip to dollar ratio, assuming it would be an easy calculation. Wrong again. That was the time I realized the tech industry has infiltrated the arcade world, bringing a state of confusion to the forefront. Make it difficult for the average customer to quickly calculate how much a fifty-seven second game is going to cost them. I laughed to myself, thinking how that Dave and Buster's business design meeting must have gone. I could almost hear the laughter that must have been present. Then I thought, this must be a publicly traded company, the structure is far too massaged. It was at that point, I heard the customer service guy mention that if we planned on eating, then the Eat & Play Combo would be the best option. We opted for that, since it also discounted our meals. By the time all was said and done, we had spent over two hundred bucks. Not too bad, I guess. Overall, I'd only return for the bar, food, and any televised sports, they have several TV's around the bar and eating areas. The actual video games, etc were terrible, but as I mentioned, I'm not a gamer. The 3.7, 4.6, 5.2, etc., percentage cost values for game play, still has me cracking up. I visited D&B for a lunch meeting. Who knew that they offered meeting rooms. There were about 20 plus attendees and we had 2 servers dedicated to our meeting. It was weird arriving at 11 AM to a desolate D&B. Usually, it's noisy and crowded with frenzied rug rats running around with fists full of tickets while the adults are getting comfortably numb at the bar. I had forgotten about their full-service bar or that there are a plethora of TVs to catch your favorite game. Upon arrival, the hostess guided me to the meeting room which was a nice gesture. Our servers were spot on providing beverages as needed. We had a feast for lunch with a very nicely adorned salad, chicken, beef, veggies, hummus, and pita bread. Upon arriving, before we checked in with the host to get our table, I saw the host's finger in her mouth picking her teeth, I should have turned around and went elsewhere. She grabbed our cloth napkin and silverware and sat us down. (I did not use our cloth nankin but this really ruined my meal) Best thing about this place was our waitress, she was very nice and friendly. She give us a lot of napkins because she saw our cloth napkin put on the side of the table We ordered fish and chips - extremely greasy -kale salad was really cold- a fork was on the salad plate when our waiter brought it out. (But it wasn't a clean fork, and it was really cold) they must have refrigerated the whole salad plate with the fork in it. Way too cold for me as a salad lover -Mac and cheese from the kid's menu tasted exactly like the one from the box The restaurant was not busy, maybe 4 tables with customers and it took about 30 minutes to get our food. I know this place is old and way like 1990, but it still holds the test of time for this type of venue! It is what it is... a bar with video games, pool tables, sports bar, and food! The best deal would be to get a meal and card combo! I also think that on Wed, games are 1/2 off and it makes it even a better deal! The food is just regular... but it's not horrible. I tried to email guest relations on 7/24 but I haven't heard back. I love going to Dave and busters but this location needs serious work. The bar service always takes forever, but my big issue is with the bathrooms. The women's bathrooms are always pretty bad but the day I visited we got there at 11:30. There's no reason those bathrooms should've been that nasty 30 minutes after opening. There was two closed stalls for no toilet paper, and there was puddling water in the floor, dirty walls and floors and the floors are sticky. Like I can hear myself sticking to the floor when I walk. There's also a serious problem with the server station that's near the games next to the main bar. I've worked in many restaurants and I'm pretty sure the smell (really strong and really gross - almost like vomit) is coming from the tea urns. We had to avoid the area all together because of the smell so I have no idea how people were eating over there. read more

We brought our 9 year old here and we loved it! Hadn't been here in awhile but the games were fun and I felt like we got our moneys worth. The prizes were cool too and weren't cheap. The place is clean and well maintained . We ate lunch there as well and the burgers were great. The waiter could've been more friendly but he got us what we needed and the food was great. So chicken and waffle sliders french fries and a moonshine drink... Dave and Busters has up graded a bit. I was never a fan of the food at D&Bs mainly because it is sub par and has been at every location I have ever gone to, but last night was a bit different. Selections have changed and the food was descent! The chicken and waffles sliders had sweet waffles, bacon, and chicken served with a side of a creamy hot sauce... this was a pretty good combination of sweet and savory. It is the first meal I would actually recommend at D&Bs! And to continue... the fries last night were PERFECT! Salty but not overly so, hot, and crunchy... I LOVE GOOD FRIES... and these were good! It was happy hour so the drinks were cheaper and they have gotten creative! More interesting selections and fun choices. The purple moonshine drink I had was really good... so tasty it could be dangerous! It was two for one token night as well so the game cards for my boys went further then usual. That was a very nice change! D&Bs is not a place that if for those looking for a romantic evening or a quite relaxing time. The noise, flashing lights, running kids, and adult partiers are an assault on the senses! The place is far from kept... dirty tables and empty drink glasses everywhere! Had to ask someone to clean tables so we could be seated...Service was ok... not Johnny on the spot but not completely absent either. For me it is never a completely fun/relaxing time because I am constantly trying to keep up with my kids... not let them just run off and be sure to know what is going on... but that is me not D&Bs issue! I moved to Texas a few months ago and found Dave & Buster's. I've gone to Dave & Buster's back in Chicago where I'm from a lot with my family and the magic is never lost. It is a little different as I pay for my power card and dinner myself instead of my parents paying for that, but it's never a bad experience there while it is definitely on the prices side of arcades. There's a reason for that I had a great time last week with my friend Matthew we did the VR, and even though he cheated in the VR, I had a great time, killing it in the other arcade games. My two favorites are the monopoly and piano keys both are classics but you can never go wrong with ski ball. Me and my friend Matthew went on a Wednesday night which is half price for games so if you're gonna go and you're a CarShield like me and Matthew go on Wednesday for half price. Today there was a terrible smell in the game room area (a combination of spoiled milk and vomit) and the bathrooms looked as if they hadn't been cleaned all day (soap dispensers leaking with paper towels left everywhere). Didn't even get the chance to eat, we sat down at the bar and the bartender completely ignored us for 10 minutes. He finally gave us napkins and told us he'd give a minute to look at the menu. As if we didn't just spend 10 minutes doing that. So we got up and went to the dining room, we sat there for 15 minutes with no service. The dining room was practically EMPTY. The other week, I thought it would be a fun idea to take my 7 year old niece here to play some games as i hadn't seen her in awhile and she loves places like this. dave and busters is supposed to be family-friendly, yes? well not this time CLEARLY. upon entering the front doors i heard like a moan or something. at first i didn't think anything of it until i heard it again not even like 3 seconds later. i let it go until my NIECE ASKED ME WHAT THAT NOISE WAS WHEN WE WERE EATING. wtf am i supposed to say when i don't even know myself ??? im trying not to assume the worst but at this point it doesn't matter bc a noise like that is NOT something you're supposed to hear coming from some office or break room of a game place. You don't come here for the food. You come here for the games and the ability to drink while playing said games. You come to Dave & Busters when the world has gotten too bleak to handle and you need some mindless entertainment that reminds you of a simpler time, whilst consuming more calories than any person should consume in a week, let alone the few hours you're there before your bank account runs dry. Visit after 8pm, when the majority of the tiny children have left. Also, always always go on a Wednesday, when their games are half priced, otherwise you're better off going to Pinballz for better atmosphere and more bang for your ticket bucks. Came here recently with some friends and they required food, despite my suggestion of saving some cash and getting drive through en route to save more $ for gaming. Some of my friend's buffalo wings appeared to be from ambiguous parts of the bird (nuggets with bones, so weird), the nachos were limp and sad, and the towering dessert was topped with cool whip instead of whipped cream. Finding a dish under 1000 calories was a task. The waiter flirted shamelessly with my friend. We glanced longingly at the yardstick-sized beer towers and wished we'd thought to get one. These were all expected though and we got a laugh. I stuck to a rum and diet and a few fries and was not disappointed. So, yeah. The food is no bueno, but you know what you're getting yourself into. So long as you avoid the rush of families on a Saturday night and stick to basic drinks, you'll be fine. read more

So by there terms they illegally sold drinks to everyone at my table??? Very confusing and wondering why I was the only one who was excluded. I had a great time at this location. This venue was clean and had a very large variety of games. I went on a Saturday night so it was a bit crowded but I didn't have to wait too long for most games. The tickets to play games were a little pricey but they weren't too bad. This is definitely a great date spot and a great spot to hang out in groups. I've alway loved Dave and Buster's back in my hometown so it was natural that we decided to come here for a special night of ours. We came here on a Friday night and there wasn't too much people there already. We got seated in an area where there wasn't anybody seated yet and people started trickling in after. I was surprised that our hostess took awhile to find a table for us when there was so much room in the dining area. As for our meal, we ordered the bucket of bones as an appetizer ($15.99) with a mango mojito ($8.99). Our main course was a bacon burger ($12.99) and a fried shrimp platter ($13.99). Total was around $56. I gotta say the food wasn't that great. Granted there was fried food, it felt very greasy and I didn't feel that great or heavy afterwards. The fries included with our meal tasted bland. The bacon on the burger and the bucket of bones was very salty and the burger itself wasn't all that great. It was certainly a difference from what I remembered Dave & Buster's food to be. I would rate the food as a 2. The establishment itself is fairly spacious with a bar area, several TV's to watch games, 2 dining sections, and the arcade in the back. D&B has undergo refurbishing so it looks very modern now. We also played some games for $20 with 100 chips. The prizes for the games isn't all that great, just some little gadgets and stuff animals. But you need a lot of tickets for a decently good prize. The customer service during our meal was great, which is a added bonus! Shoutout to David for proving everything we needed and checking up on us consistently. I believe even the manager stopped by to ask if we needed anything and brought us some more wipes for our hands. It's a good place for parties and group/company outings as they have a party room. Went to Dave & Busters as a part of a corporate event. Frankly I haven't gone to an arcade to play games deliberately ever since the price of a game went above a quarter per play, so that gives you an idea of just how long it has been. The place is split into basically two sections, the dining section and then the gaming section. I really never had a chance to explore everything there, but the amount of entertainment available here is decent. The first thing we did was go into a part of the dining area that had been reserved for us, where food was brought out on large party platters. The food was decent... nothing special, but also nothing bad. This gave our group a chance to talk to each other about various things in our industry, though the attraction of the various games kind of curtailed this. Not the fault of D&B, mind you... sometimes I think the organizers of our group are not thinking in terms of best uses of our time during these outings, but that is a separate problem. So off to the game room! Lots of games that are reminiscent of boardwalk games, where tickets are collected to claim prizes. The prizes are pretty cheap stuff, and really it is not economically feasible to use this as a method for purchasing anything, but it is a nice bonus at the end of the night when you have played lots of games and then get to take something home. I saw a lot of tokens... credits... whatever they are called... used in the coin pusher game. For whatever reason this game became the focal point of a lot of our group, because everyone wanted Star Trek trading cards for some reason. A lot of tickets were generated from this game, and at the end of the night, no one really knew what to do with their tickets. My suggestion of buying out the entire inventory of kazoos for the next morning in the conference room was thought hilarious by our leader, but no one carried through with it. Ah well... a large conference room full of IT professionals all playing kazoos will just have to wait for another day... I don't have a Dave & Busters in my town, but one is being built, and fortunately the cards are transferable, so I kept my points for when the one here opens up. I am sure once it opens here I will return there, so keeping the card with the points will be a good thing. read more

Had a few hours to kill and on Wednesday all the game are half price so just the right price. :) Luckily most of the games we wanted were working. Had fun with those. We really wanted to play Rock'em Sock'em Robots but it wasn't working. But that's the only game we found out of order. Had lunch and must say it was quite disappointing. We started with edamame. It was so so. They were a little water logged. He had the chicken, artichoke pasta and it was so bad that it was sent back. He settled on a burger that looked more steamed than fried. Definitely not a fresh patty. Yuck. I had the grill cheese thinking I was going to get the one on the adult menu. I ended up with the kids. My fault for not ordering it correctly. Not worth the effort to send back. It was the processed American cheese that I no longer care for. So not great. The bread was nicely toasted. I asked for sweet potato fries and while warm they were hard in the middle. Just not the way I want a fry. Ended with banana foster. Yummy as always. We've decided when they get rid of that we will no longer come. Having said bad things about the food, I have to say the service was spectacular. We had two different servers between lunch and desert. Both were really good. Quick. And took care of us. All in all it's a nice diversion but the food has really went down hill. The front 2 workers and then the manager immediately assisted in cleaning up, and our host was not only apologetic - but honestly one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of knowing (cannot remember his name, but honestly he is awesome!) Been here twice for corporate events. For that purpose, I enjoy this place. Fair choices for alcoholic drinks and $2 bottles on tuesdays. The food seems a bit expensive for the value/ taste and I probably would not get any if company had not already covered the expense. Gaming also feels a bit steep but I haven't worked out the "combos" since include food and gameplay points(?) or any other specials. It is a bit confusing at first glance and I wish the packages were clearer. Service was fast and friendly so happy with that. A few colleagues with children seem to love this place and had many points on their cards for games so I'm sure there's some value for those who frequent Dave and Busters a lot. read more
