Had not been to Dave & Busters in a really long time. Extremely disappointed in the service provided today. There is no one there to greet you and the staff that is on shift just stands there talking to each other. Not once during the visit did anyone say anything to me. I went in wanting to inquire about birthday parties/events and no one was there to help. I sat in the dining area for a while to get a bite to eat and no one came up. Waited there for a while looking at the menu and nothing. There was no one to be found. The two staff members who were there who I assume were management just stood in the prize section practically laying on the counter talking to each other. I walked up to them and none of them even acknowledged I was there. Later the female walks up to me I explain to her what I needed and she passes me to the male who I assume is her boss (bald guy). He says "What do you need" no "hi how are you" or nothing. I then revert back to not wanting to do anything there at all and just tell him something else and he rolls his eyes fixes what I needed and practically throws the card back at me. Maybe Beginner's Luck? I honestly don't see why this place has such low ratings, then again, this was our first time at Dave & Buster's, so who knows? That said, our overall experience today was pretty great, especially considering the negative reviews this place has received. The place was fairly empty when we arrived, (Tuesday around 2pm) maybe about 10 families or small groups. There were tons of games, a large dining and bar area, and everything looked clean and upscale. We really appreciated that it wasn't crowded, it probably made our experience even better. We headed straight to the games and loaded up $50 for around 300 chips (or something like that), plus a $7 Super Charge that gave us an extra 375 chips. Most games cost between 6 and 10 chips each. We were able to play for a solid hour with two people before we ran out. We bought the chips at the prize counter, where a very kind lady gave us a rundown on how everything worked. Which was super helpful since it was our first time. The game area was fun and well-kept. A couple of machines did rip us off, but it was nothing major. When we sat down at the bar, we waited about 10 minutes before being helped. Eventually, Alex and a young woman took care of us, they were both friendly and attentive. We ordered two Long Island Iced Teas and some garlic Parmesan fries. The drinks were strong, maybe a bit heavy on the lemon juice, but they definitely did the job. ($12.50 each for the tall glass.) The fries were perfect. Crispy, flavorful, and the sauce they came with made them a 10/10. We ended up saving our tickets to build up for a bigger prize later on. We have spent the last 3 years celebrating my son's birthday at this location. Never have I ever been disappointed with their customer service, their attention to our needs, their ability to create calmness in the chaos of planning, executing, and delivering a successful party. This was the first year that I couldn't plan ahead and make a party reservation but man, the staff there did NOT DISAPPOINT. Alex, was amazing!!! He helped me out from seating 20 plus of us, ordering platters for everyone, game cards, and even helping keep my cakes chilled while I figure out what I was doing. This was our first time here and I was really surprised by their pretty extensive menu! Definitely a pleasant surprise! I ordered the fried pickles and they were delicious! My husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and those were also really good! The mozzarella sticks also 10/10 cheese pull! We all had a good time- the servers were nice, but especially Ducky, the assistant manager- he absolutely cracked us up! He wasn't even our server (obviously) but we saw him come by our table and it's clear he loves his job and he's awesome with people! He really brings the joy and lightness to these times! My daughter was able to pick a really cool prize for her tickets- she had won 958 tickets and was able to get a thing that connects to her phone to track her on the camera and that was kinda neat because usually 900 tickets gets you a yo-yo or hoppy frog. The Hungry Hungry Hippos game would have been fun if it worked properly but they refunded us for it, so that's fine. The prizes available to purchase with the tickets (not paper-- just digital) could be better but we like the sloth we adopted. They have one of our favorite games, which is the Connect 4 basketball game-- that is always so fun. Their version of Skee Ball has a MINUS points hole that I didn't realize was there until I hit it. Drinks and appetizers were taken immediately and brought out quickly. We ordered fried pickles and the mozzarella sticks which both were delicious fried perfection! The one thing I will ALWAYS get is the spicy smash burger, it's honestly so good. It burns my mouth with the Chile on top and the jalapeños on the button bun. The burgers have so much flavor. Came by on a Friday night with some friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. Pretty big space, lots of seating, lots of games. We were there at about 6 and there was not a crowd yet. Our friends frequent Dave's for the drinks, live sports and food specials. Service was good. Beer line was messed up, and my buddy wasn't able to drink as much as he liked. We snagged some nachos, honey siracha wings, spicy potstickers, and fried pickles. Food was decent. Much better I feel than the BLVD. One thing that was phenomenal were the spicy pot stickers! We went yesterday for my daughter's birthday. We went right before 11AM. No employee was at the front door, but we sat our selves, first booth when you first walk in, and our waiter came to us pretty quickly. I loved how the booths are huge, and you can enter and exit on both sides. They were having specials, an entrée with 30 minute free play (play as many games you want within 30 mins but no tickets gained) and another special, endless wings with a $10 funcard. We got both. I love going to Dave and Busters when out of town with my family so when I'd heard we were getting one in town I was excited. Then I found out where it was going and I wondered why?! It is not the best part of town and there is a ton of crime in that area so I haven't taken my kids until this time. First impression is it is fairly smaller than other ones I've been to from the outside. When we walked in I wasn't sure if we were to seat ourselves or not. The hostess took us to our seats and our server, Miggy was cool. We ordered Tito's and Tonics and when we got them they were horrible. For food we ordered the kids cheeseburger combo, the Cali Avo Caesar Salad Bowl, the Loaded Barbacoa Fries, and the Stay Salty Pretzel Sticks. Kids cheeseburger combo: my daughter said the bun was too hard but she ate it all so she must of liked it. Cali Avo Caesar Salad Bowl: Looked great! Chicken looked fresh and cooked thoroughly. It was just ok, the dressing wasn't anything spectacular. Loaded Barbacoa Fries: The hubby said the Barbacoa itself was cold and thought about returning them but he ended up just eating it anyway. Stay Salty Pretzel Bites: My daughter liked these but did not like the caramel Thai Chili sauce it came with. She did like the queso cheese dip and used it all. To me the pretzels had a funnel cake texture and taste at first and then the after taste was a pretzel like taste. I thought they were good. Now for the games portion. Miggy suggested I download the app and take advantage of the initial deal. So we got 2 cards and put $45 on each for something like 284 points. Also it's a $3 activation fee for each card which is crazy!Then the deal was 50% off our food (SWEET!) and we got a third card with like 100 extra points on it. I initially thought we would need more points for our family if 4 but once we got into the gaming area I quickly realized there were not enough games for all the points we had. The amount of points that each game takes is absolutely crazy! The VR game was 16 points per person which I believe is the most of all of the games. The water shooting game was the first game we went to play but it was a waste of points because we did not understand how to play (I still don't) and it was around 10 points each to play! Overall I won't be bringing my kids back because there just isn't enough games to keep them occupied and the food wasn't so stellar that I'll be craving any of it. We didn't end up getting anything with the tickets saved on our cards so they'll have them if they go with friends but this was my first and last time visiting ours in town. read more

I was really disappointed with my visit to Dave & Buster's. The games are way too expensive for the amount of playtime you get -- $29 lasted me about 20 minutes. Two games I tried were broken, including one where the gun's aim was stuck all the way to the left. So unless I wanted to shoot imaginary enemies off-screen, it was unplayable. I even showed the problem to an attendant, who fiddled with the machine but didn't offer a replay or give me my points back. That meant I basically paid for two games I couldn't even play. For what these games cost, I expected working equipment and at least some kind of customer service when something goes wrong. Even a couple who arrived after me left at the same time we did -- the points just don't go far at all. Between the high prices, broken machines, and lack of resolution when problems were reported, I'm very disappointed. So for all those reasons I don't think I'll be going back. read more

Brand new freshly remodeled location. Fun with lots of game machines for the kids (& adults too). There's even a restaurant where parents can sit and have lunch/dinner or just appetizers. There's also, a nice bar for adults. I never noticed drunk people so that's not an issue. I highly recommend going on Wens bc it's 50% off all gaming meaning you buy your normal amount of play tokens but all the machines are updated to the 1/2 price. You get to play double as much and get double the tickets credited to your card. More tickets means you can cash out for an even nicer prize.
