    Steak salad, beer, interior seating

Had a delicious steak salad after going to flight on a Friday night with my daughter. We stopped in and got a beer and dinner. There was live music that was so fun. We had to wait a little while for our food but I was happy with my steak salad and my husband with his chicken.

Beer options good. Fewer IPA's than expected but the Bangerang by Cellarmaker did not disappoint. Food- Ho-hum. Chix Apple salad super dry, apples no-flavor, chewy ends of romaine; pieces all too big. Burger decent. Beertender patient, understaffed, but nice. Setting great. AC pumped high-yay!

The ambiance is great, very typical brewery, with lots of space. The food was also very good and so were the beers. Service was good, nothing to really brag about, but it was quick. Busy but clean, there was a concert going on while we were there and we could hear the music, seemed pretty cool.

Came for an event they were hosting and it was so fun to come and let loose! The bar had a limited options but still were great to get a buzz in. It was very fun. Walking inside, the restaurant and brewing itself looks very nice. I will definitely come back for the food and drinks they have.

I don't go here enough and I really should. Went here for a show and ended up having dinner and drinks as well. Event was well organized with proper security, bar, and even a clean dedicated restroom for the event goers! Love their happy hour, great deals and the food is worth going to for weeknight dinner. Had poutine, french dip sandwich, and a few other things. Need to come back for more! Lots of great events happen here during the week, tried out trivia once and was I pleasantly surprised by the turnout. Temblor is a Bakersfield gem and I'm glad it appears to be thriving.

    Ridiculously Awesome burgers and fries.

One of the best local brewery's in Bakersfield. Bar top service, when you order food or beverages. I truly love when they added some other local area beers and ciders on tap. They have a huge selections of tapped beverages, as well as a huge selection to take home. Food wise, this is by far, one of the best brewery's in town. I've always loved their burgers, with their perfect hard sear. They have an awesome basket of fried artichoke hearts. Only thing I have to say, is I truly miss their old version of their sweet potato crisp-cut fries. They were truly the best fry EVER. Other than that, everything is great and can be paired perfectly with their beers or ciders. They have a bunch of different types of seating and can be perfect for a date night or a huge group party. They also have a wonderful outdoor seating area. This spot also has great trivia nights, the rare concert and it's becoming a great place for comedy shows, with some big named comics. Wish this place the best of luck because I know it's hard for these brewery's but they've made it work over the past several years.

Came here to see Aurora Wave! What an awesome little venue. The Brewery was awesome had a couple of beers and my buddy had a root beer float which was massive! Look forward to coming back to try some food and possibly another show!

I am not a beer person, but I enjoyed my time here. I came with a group of 8, and there was plenty of seating. A flight was less than $15, which is a pretty good deal. They had a large selection to choose from.

3 stars for "OK" I've been wanting to check out Temblor Brewing for a while now. I used to always see ads about The Expendables playing shows here, which is when I first discovered the place. I was heading home from Anaheim last Monday and decided to take 99 instead of 5. I don't really have a reason to go to Bakersfield, so it took me a bit to finally make it. I love a good brewery. The location is super convenient, right off 99, with plenty of parking. The space itself is nice, and the service was great (attentive and friendly). I ordered the pork belly tacos, which were decent but a little on the dry side for me (maybe some extra sauce would help balance the two corn tortillas). What surprised me most was the beer list. They only had 3 of their own beers on tap, which felt a little disappointing for a brewery. I tried all three; the sour and the IPA (Streets of Bakersfield) were both really good, while the Bavarian wheat just isn't my style. They did have a great selection of guest beers from other breweries, which was a plus, but I was hoping for more of their own lineup. Overall: solid spot with good vibes, friendly service, and some tasty beers (just wish they had more of their own on tap). The food was okay, the beer was good, and the place itself was worth the stop.

Great sampling of different foods and huge selection of beers. We come for trivia night on Tuesdays. The Fault Line burger is fantastic!

I've been wanting to try this spot for the longest ever since they came down to the Los Angeles beer festival in 2022 and I got to sample one of their beers. It is a really spacious spot. They had live music and the vibes were so chill. My boyfriend and I shared the pretzel and got the wings. The wings were super crispy (just how I like them) and not to mention really good. The pretzel was also soft on the inside and a bit crispy on the outside. I will add though, that the wings weren't cheap. If I'm ever in the area I will definitely be returning! Also got a Mexican lager to wash down the food and it was nice and crisp.

I've been back to Temblor a few times recently and I stand by my initial reviews. The food remains good. They have dialed back on their beers and now have a full bar.

Steak and Bleu Salad. The dressing is SO good!!

Temblor is just a great place to hang out, have some drinks, and have really exceptional food . It's roomy. It's comfy. It's friendly.

Ask the Community - Temblor Brewing Company

Can you smoke cigars in there?

    No smoking.

    Why aren't there ciders?

i kinda noticed that too. You just have to settle for Sours or Kettled Sours here. In fact Temblor & the valley does excellent sours. I think thats a regional strength.…

    Is it dog friendly?

We do have a dog friendly patio!

Do they have a full bar or only beer?

Beer and wine as far as I recall

I must say this was my first time actually staying in Bakersfield and I was honestly surprised that…read morethe Marriott was completely booked! Granted it looked like all construction workers because there was nothing else but oversized trucks in their parking lot! My fiancé Googled "clean hotel without bed bugs" and Padre Hotel came up first! Their online reviews were great and we were exhausted and needed to rest! We pulled into their valet parking just to drop off our things. As my fiancé parked the car, across the street in the over night garage, I was able to get a Single King room on a Monday night for $159. As we walked into our room #701, it was rather small, but fine since it was just the two of us. As I sat on the bed, it was actually hard! Yay!!!! I can't STAND soft beds and rather sleep on the floor! Haha no joke! Then my fiancé went into the restroom and suddenly he tapped on something glass sounding as I was turning ing on the tv..... I noticed there was a curtain by the bed, so I pulled it across and lo and behold by the bed was the shower and just a curtain the person from the outside of the shower could open/close as they please..... hee. We also had a mini fridge in the room along with a desk and chair. We had planned on staying one night, but got inside LA, and we figured we'd extend our stay. Upon doing so, we went downstairs the next day and asked if there was a deal if we could stay 3-4 days, and sure enough there was!!!! It's always great to see what happens once you ask! Hee. We got a larger room with a corner room location, I forgot the room number, but the restroom was larger and had a separate wall between the toilet and shower area, so if someone was in the shower, someone else could use the toilet and not be seen. This longer hotel room also had a chaise lounge chair and a better view of their downtown area, granted a lot of the places have closed. Overall, I honestly loved our stay here! It reminded me of a county version of The Fairmont SF! They constantly played new aged country music in the lobby! Then on Fridays and Saturdays there was a live band or singer in the bar area! I love how they had a community aspect to the hotel with some local live entertainment!!! My fiancé also loved watching The Knicks play on the bar tv with other people at the bar! Hee. Oh and they had an adorable coffee shop that made Ready To Order items downstairs too! See my review at Farmacy Cafe, but too freaking too! Country SHREK! Hee We will definitely be back again!!!!!
