Horrible experience. All I wanted to do was sit away from the lights and chaos for a few minutes as it was triggering a migraine. Over half the tables at the bar area were empty and I was going to order a soft drink. Staff insisted I had to order food and made me leave. I want to start off by saying that our waiter was great. He spilled barbecue sauce all never me, and I could tell how bad he felt, and honestly mistakes happen so it was really no biggie. He was very accommodating and attentive. Came around often to see if we needed anything. Even went so far as to get me a discount because of the barbecue sauce incident but it wasn't necessary, but I appreciated the effort. The atmosphere is very family friendly, and loud. I'm certain every game in there, the volume was up to 100. They have a lot of tvs and a bar if you want a drink. The food was really good. We had the Bavarian pretzel appetizer. It is very big and it comes with two different cheese dips. Both are really good. I forgot to take a pic because we devoured it. Philly cheesesteak seemed a little bland to me but not horrible. The fries were seasoned well and crunchy. I only come here on half price Wednesdays and spent around 280 dollars with food and games for five people (only four of us had game cards). If you have four people it is better to get the 160.00 (40 a piece cards) because you get the same amount of points as you would you get if you each got the 50.00 card, and you each save 10.00. read more

I had been to the Dave and Busters in Cleveland, OH, which is outstanding. There is a variety of games, great customer service, a massive sport bar and is certainly adult focused. The Belden location does not even compare. When we arrived, we pulled up to the rear end of the mall because there is a massive D&B logo. Thinking this was the entrance to the arcade, we crossed through sears and very quickly found the entrance. The entrance was inviting and exciting but once we hit the gaming floor, that excitement lowered substantially; this place was half the size of Cleveland. The bar was small, the TVs were only viewable from the bar area and the game selection simply was not what I was used to. My biggest complaint was the VR. Not because the experience itself but the experience getting on the "ride". At the end of the night, we wanted to use our VR passes and try the MIB experience. When we got there, the ride was down and we decided not to wait so we went back to the cashier and asked for a refund. Evidently, the ride booted back up as we were talking to the manager and she claimed it was never down. Basically, she made me feel like a total jackass (yes, we were told by an employee the ride was down). When we got back to the ride, the line was massive because it finally rebooted. We left D&B around 8 PM and evidently the mall closes at 6 PM on Sundays. Since we crossed through sears to get to D&B, we had to walk all the way around the mall to get back to my car. Keep in mind, it was pouring. This experience was not good... not at all. I will admit the bar tenders were very kind and helpful. I recommend driving the extra 45 minutes and go the D&B in Cleveland because this place is not the same. read more

This was our first time at Dave and Busters we live in Alabama where they don't currently have any. I spoke to the kitchen manager while i was there and told him you never know what someone is going through when they walk in. Today i had calling hours for my son and tomorrow his funeral he was 30 and passed from Covid. I needed along with my family a little distraction so the 8 of us decided DAVE and Busters was it. The service was excellent the Host so friendly explaining to us how things worked smiling at us, making recommendation. The server patient quick and efficient never let our drinks get empty. The managers who spoke to us to check on us and they take pride in their restaurant. The food was great. We played games mind you most of us were over 50, I won hungry hungry hippo lol. Thank you for giving this grieving mother an outlet for just a few hours know tomorrow was going to be the worst day of my life. The kind smiling faces the pride in where they work it was amazing. We all ordered pretty quickly only to wait another half hour for our food. Once it was delivered, everything came out cold. Not just luke warm--COLD. Our daughter's meal never came out either, and we had to wait another 15 minutes before someone would even check if we were doing ok. We asked to speak with the manager. As we waited, we also discovered that one of the slider sandwiches we ordered had basically no meat on it (see picture). When the manager finally arrived, we explained the issues, and his response was, "Well, what do you want me to do?" Are you even kidding me?! We want warm, correct food. No apology of any kind was offered, and it took a second explanation of why we were frustrated to get anything fixed. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to remake all of our meals. The food was good, it's a sports bar, so don't expect a culinary trip around the world. My wife had a steak salad which was very good. I had the unlimited wings, and they only can in buffalo or bbq....and I lived it. Sometimes you don't need 20 choices! They came in orders of 5, and that got a little annoying. Food service was quiet slow for as many empty tables as there were. Then came the fun games!!!! Well not really. Most of the games are those ticket things, and they have a lot of arcade games that you can play for free on your phone (flappy bird or marve contest of champions). I remember this place being full of fun arcade games. Now there are lots of kid friendly games, and lots of kids there....so I struggle to see the difference between this and that mouse game place. My parents took me and my friends here for my birthday and it absolutely Sucked, my food was BURNT, And OVERLY salted. We had to pay $3 dollars to have our game cards and the money to put our tokens on it too!! And my mom made cupcakes for it and a manager said we aren't allowed to bring in cupcakes or cakes, whilist they told us we can the weekend before. Games were great but service was really slow and food came out slightly cold. I would also expect that you would get the salad before your steak if you ordered it that way. Also when a party and I arrived. Our reservation was lost (which we had set up 6 weeks ago) upon arrival and it took 30 mins to 1 hour to set up a room and seat us. There was no one sitting at the bar when we got there so we thought that would be the best place for fast service. Our bartender was not attentive. Barely acknowledged us. First time at this Dave & Busters. Disappointed how I was treated tonight. You have to download their menu to order from your phone, so when I ordered my food from my phone my wife ordered food for her and our granddaughter. We placed our orders at the same time and I got us an appetizer (fried pickles). Needless to say my wife and granddaughter received there's but mine food came out 15 mins after theirs. I never did receive my fried pickles. Manager came over said sorry she'd make this right, I just said put it in a box to go. Waited another 10 mins, still nothing. So I stopped a waitress and asked to please take it off my bill ( that didn't happen either ) plus your forced to leave a tip on their app to no server. Being a veteran they have signs for discounts but there's nothing on the app for a discount.
