absolutely horrendous food. i ordered from uber eats from "Wings Out" ... which by the way is completely false advertising and i hate how uber eats does that. i ordered wings for the super bowl. 2 orders of wings and 2 orders of tenders and 3 orders of carrots and celery. the wings and tenders were actually nauseating and soggy and wet when we opened them .. each order of celery and carrots contained about 5 of each in each order and the 3 orders had their own massive box which was incredibly unnecessary and wasteful. i would give this 1 star if i could and would've never ordered from here if i knew i was ordering from dave and busters. read more

Bad food. Bad service. Arguably some of the worst servers I've ever had. Only reason to be here is because they have the UFC Fights. It's sad there isn't anywhere else in the Framingham/Natick area that hosts them. I would avoid this place if at all possible. read more

Every time I've gone in here, the bar service has always been quick, and the bartenders have always been friendly. The games are good and there's plenty, even when it's crowded. Have not tried the food yet, but I can only assume it's good as well! read more

Natick location. Awful experience from start to finish. Game cards are way overpriced. Many games have no instructions, causing you to waste "chips" playing them in order to figure them out. For example... First game we played was ring toss. Payed for essentially 6 games (2 people played 3 games each) and thought it was broken. She got rings, and I didn't, so she waited for me to get rings, but I never did. Needless to say, since we were looking for rings to come out of my machine, we never noticed that she had a timer to throw her rings. So when she threw her rings after the timer ran out, nothing happened. Spoke to an employee who checked the game but didn't appear to actually fix anything, nor did he even attempt to reimburse us for the 6 wasted games. Tried to get a table for 2 and order food, was told it was an hour and a half wait, was literally looking at a dozen or more open tables. Was it because of low staff? Doubtful, as I saw a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing. The scanner that tells you how many tickets are on your card was broken for god knows how long, backing the lines up at the prize counter. Was 4 tickets short for something and they wanted a dollar to cover the difference for an item they likely paid less than a cent for. I know it's arcade, but it was far too noisy. They could easily add cubicle style walls to cut down on the noise some. Won't ever go back. read more

So I've never been a big fan of Dave and busters due to it being a chuky cheese for adults, but that being said I've had some good times there. This was my first and probably last time at natik D&B. So first off I'm a guy an rarely complain about bathrooms but the bathrooms were so bad I have to mention it there was piss all over the floors and stall walls and seats both urinal and stalls, my girlfriend also stated the women's room was gross! Out of 8 sinks in the men's room only one worked good thing covid is over. The food and drinks were ok certain things were very over prices the chicken tenders where basically 4 chicken nuggets for 10 dollars. Salad was pretty good. The fries were straight salt they where un Edible. The service was completely awful waitress was a complete moron and when she cashed us out she added stuff to our bill that we didn't order afew drinks and deserts idk if she thought we were to buzzed and wouldn't notice but told her right away n she apologized and said she must have confused us with someone else there was only 5 tables being served. Also we sat down at 7 pm we didn't leave the table till 910 all we ordered was entree's and one dessert. They also brought half our order out and said the rest was coming out in one second......15 minutes later the rest came out. Lastly some of the games we played took are tokens and didn't work. I wish I could give no stars. The second we walked in we were treated like dogs. The manager is awful. One of our IDs was snapped because it got broken in her pocket and they were extremely rude when night clubs in Boston have no issue. They babysat our table the entire time- staring at us making us all feel extremely uncomfortable. THEN when we were leaving one of the workers said to all of us "please never come to Natick". WELL little does she know we were all born and raised. ALL IN ALL an extremely hostile vibe and it was not fair. Spent so much money on games and beer towers. They got NO TIP. Food is eh ok, I guess. Service is AWFUL. This is my first bad review of any resteraunt/bar. Multiple time's going in there, I have waited 15-20 (at the bar) for someone to come over to you, bringing menus and asking for drinks. No one ever comes over and asks if you need anything. I will finish a drink and then 15 min later you have to call them over/ get their attention for your service. I get if you're busy then it will take some time, but this is when there is at the most 5 people TOTAL at the bar, I will see the bartenders sitting there talking s*** about their costumers. Not only that but one of the bartenders is so freakin rude, talking bad things about customers (loud enough for me to hear) as well as giving many people dirty, nasty looks and you can tell it is purposefully. I do not recommend coming here unless you want weak drinks, bad service, bad vibes, and most of the time bad food (I've gotten a couple burgers and every-time the bun on it is soggy and gross, inedible.) Only good thing I have to say about this place is the pretzel dogs are good. read more

Went to enjoy the UFC fight with some buds. Service at the bar was very bad. it wasnt a busy night and there were more than enough bartenders to handle the customers. Not once did they ask if we needed more food or drinks. And when we asked for service, they would walk quickly by and say "one minute" I dont care most of the time, ive worked in bars and restaurants before, but this was BAD. They NEVER told us when last call was. The supervisor was not helpful at all. And she said she only said sorry because it was her job to say that, ot even a sincere apology. If they actually did their job even once and told us about last call as well, then it wouldve been an ok night. If you like havjng a fun time, DONT go there. read more

Horrible service at the restaurant. No one was at the hostess station, we had to approach someone ourselves and ask to be seated. I also waited with my family for 20 minutes before someone even came over and took our drink order. The lady at the bar then sais they wood uodated send someone over and it took another 15 minutes before someone came. Horrible costumer service at this restaurant and i will NOT be back. read more

I'll definitely never go eat there ever again. First off, the hostess wrote my phone number down incorrectly twice so we never got a text message and our wait too so long. Then once we placed our orders, we waited 2 hours to get our food but then when it arrived, it was all cold. We had ordered 3 bowls with steak, a burger and chicken fingers and everything was really cold. I think I'm going to blame the waitress on this one even tho I usually say it's the chef because all of our plates were cold and she couldn't even give us service, it was always somebody else. We told our waitress that all of our food was cold but we couldn't wait another hour for fresh food so we ate about half our food so she called over the manager and all he did was say sorry then left. He couldn't at least cut the check in half or something because nobody enjoyed their food and it took so long for our waitress to come check on how our food was doing. After all that mess, our waitress never came back and it took 20 mins for someone, which was the hostess to give us our check and leave. Terrible service, cold food and terrible manager! read more

My only complaint would be the service at the bar. Usually the service is decent but that night it wasn't. I arrived around 11:15pm on a Friday night, knowing that Dave&Busters closes at 1am, figured I had plenty of time to hang out. Last call was announced around 11:45pm. Thought that was strange because last call for food is 12:30am. So once last call was announced over the intercom we all rushed over to the bar to grab our first and only drink of the night. My friends and I sat down at a few seats right in front of a bartender/bar back who was cleaning a section behind the bar. We were hoping to be greeted promptly because its last call and they want to close the bar. Nope. Not even a hello or glance up at us. Just a turn of the back and a walk away. There were about 6 other people behind the bar. We waited for at least 15 minutes watching bartenders walk around and by the bar with NO ONE asking if we were all set or needed drinks or anything. It wasn't even busy, they were all chatting with each other. We even saw people who arrived AFTER us on the other side of the bar being served. It's now about midnight and we had to yell out for the attention of one person to get us a bartender. We were promptly told that last call was already called. Okay? but we were here for 15 minutes patiently waiting. We finally were able to get a round of tall beers (~20oz) and then immediately told that we had to finish in 10 minutes or the drinks will be taken away from us. Why even serve us in the first place if you're going to take our drinks away? If we were served in a timely manner it wouldn't have been a problem to finish our drinks. But that was just unacceptable. This was just a bad hit here. read more
