I really came here to talk about the karaoke they have because I'm a karaoke girl and go to shows all over the Valley... So, let me get that off my chest, first haha! My group came here maybe a month or so ago and it was a great time with a super cool host- Sarah or something like that- and she kept the vibe awesome and was just a cool chick (and that has nothing to do with me thinking she was kinda cute, too, I swear! LOL) Sadly, we came back and the vibe was just NOT the same without her- the staff there said they thought it was she had been out for personal reasons, but thought she'd be back, so that's cool, if true (her coming back NOT her having a rough go or whatever!). Anyway, we were just bummed that the experience wasn't consistent with the fun we had last time with the other host... We'll check back, no big. As for the bar itself? Well, it's a local dive bar that's been around forever and pretty much wears it on it's sleeve! While it could use a serious remodel to update a bit and lose some of the ick, would that ruin the ambiance of "dive bar"? Oh well, we're all still coming back, even after our first trip here many years ago thinking it was a girlie gay biker bar between the name and the location! Hahahaha!!! read more

Cheap drinks , karaoke, and a good time. I love coming here and they will always get my business. The food is pretty good too. One time I hung out here and left my wallet behind. I had no idea for a couple of days so when I realized it, they had it and it was intact with everything in it. The staff is also very nice and it's not because of the tips ! Haha! I went to Brigett's specifically for karaoke, which they have every night at 9pm. I got there around 845 and the KJ was just setting up. There was a real neighborhood vibe at the bar and the bartenders were super friendly. I had a vodka soda and the first one seemed a little watered down so then I got a double and that was deadly. Karaoke started a little after 9. They have a pretty good system and lots of songs which the KJ told me they update regularly. The strange thing was that everyone sang sitting at their seats, which I guess is fine if you are nervous but not really what I was looking for... I like a stage and some performance! I was able to sing three songs which is nice and the KJ kept a nice order. Everyone was very friendly and for a dive bar the bathrooms were clean - which is important!! Didn't try the food or look at the menu. Not sure if I will go back only because I didn't like people singing at their tables. read more

Stopped by to meet a friend. Had a few draft beers and I gotta say that was some of the coldest beer I've ever had. This place is a great dive bar. A quick stop here on a recent Sunday around noon produced a limited crowd at the bar and also at the tables. This must be a bar built awhile ago as no windows are available. The English accented female bartender was very nice and the beers were cold and that's what matters. I then noticed a tiny kitchen and a huge menu spanning all meals. Menu says famous tacos, so here were go. They were double wrapped and full of white meat chicken with some onions I think. Salsa was good and bonus radishes and cucumbers were good surprise. This is an extremely dangerous biker bar that I stumbled upon after first moving to Arizona, when I was looking for karaoke. I had my service dog, and some of the biker men stumbled on and kicked my dog on purpose. There was one nice female biker named Heather who stood up for me and my dog with the rude men, but I was told later not to go there, because women have been killed in the parking lot in the past. Brigett's Last Laugh is one of my favorite karaoke joints in Phoenix. Every night at 9 PM they kick off karaoke (running into the early hours), and they host it seven nights a week. The vibe is relaxed and fun, dive-bar meets neighborhood hangout. Their drink specials are solid, the food (burgers, wings, etc.) hits the spot for a late-night bite, and the karaoke setup gives you enough mic time without feeling rushed. Fun dive bar with two pool tables directly to the left by the bathrooms, a small bar in the middle and plenty of tables and seating to the right to sing laugh at others singing, ha or hang with your friends for some grub and a cocktail. Pub-tavern-saloon-nightclub-taproom-cantina-watering hole-cabaret-bistro-speakeasy-roadhouse-sports bar-brewery-joint-barrelhouse-hole the wall. None of these quite get it. Dive bar it is, though I like "Watering Hole" myself. So I'm at this local watering hole 'Bridgette's', and the bartender (not named Bridgette), though I can't remember her name because the echoing sounds of a familiar song from Halsey coming from the Plus sized lungs of the third-runner-up-Miss-Missouri was bouncing it's location repeatedly off each wall's piece of artwork and retired license plate frames like it was lost and looking for directions... asked me for a drink order and if I wanted a menu.. I defaulted to my shot, beer and a cheeseburger to which she immediately asked me specifics. Medium, cheddar, on the side and ranch please! This chick was on it ;) I quietly sang along to Halsey because naturally at my age I know the words but wouldn't be caught dead singing it... I would only karaoke Notorious lol. The other bartender female was laughing a little with the few ppl next to me. I notice they have pull tabs machine. Who has that!? Love it. The menu is extensive, not to be confused with expensive. Two Dart machines in the back (yes!) I never understood why THAT wasn't an Olympic sport?! (Yes I do, but I'm good at it, so that's all I got). Food came out quick, shot number two is about to be ordered while I tried to figure out who the heck (and where) the dude was hiding that was singing the next song.. because I'd hide too! I love people watching. FYI: burger was amazing for only 12$. Couldn't finish it (that's indicative of me, it's not ginormous, but good size) and since then I've been back several weekends. Note: their specials are only online, they have good ones but they don't tell you about them so check them out. They have trivia too. This is a nice little diamond in the rough for the area. Casual, you could say "Dive" if you're on the East side, you could say "Nice" if you're on the West side... not a meat-market for girls, people just don't behave that way so far.. but not a sausage fest either. Just seems people want to have a nice time... I'll reiterate so far ;) And super busy on weekends!! Oh! Not snobby at last call. That's important. Sadly, I am only giving this a 3 star this time because of the bartender we had. This has been a hidden gem we found and AMAZING FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE. Been there 4 times before and great service!!! We have thought we lucked out with this! However, today... argh. Bartender charged heavily, didn't know what their specials were, bc the "board" wasn't updated. Didn't know what well was... so the well was Tito's "well". Lol didn't know food specials, also didn't know how to work the tv, so asked us to figure it out basically. Almost gave us someone else's food... (only 6 people in bar) and someone walked out as well. SMH... no drink or food... only given a water. Asked cook for answers on stuff. Just a hot mess. Love the place, love the cooks food, love the other tenders... but today. Just wow. Hope I can ask who's there first next time. Just know... the food is great and the atmosphere is good. We have had nothing but amazing experience here! We often go here every weekend if not every other weekend. We have a large group (8-14 people on average) that meet up with us. I love that they added another pool table in a secluded area as it gives us some room! I have only had their food there once, it was actually really good and fairly priced. I have been in the food and beverage industry for 2.5 years and have nothing but good things to say about Bridgett's. The crowd is a mix of all ages, people and lifestyles. I have never felt unsafe here, as a woman in her 20s that's important to me! The bathroom is small but always seems clean. I wish they would hire someone without bartender experience (AKA ME!!!!) because this place is so awesome I would love to work there. Went in during a shift change. Was not busy, maybe 10 people at the bar. Both bartenders were rude and let me stand there for a good 10 mins before I had to ask for a drink while they were chit chatting w what seemed to be a regular. The beer was bad (needed a line change) and this did not go over well w Megan, who ended up being our server & bartender. We sat at a table & finished our drinks & she never once came over. She walked by & we flagged her down & she was annoyed we ordered food. Food took forever, not even an explanation or hey sorry. We sat w empty drinks 90% of the time. Food wasn't worth the wait, but it's a bar so can't fault them there. Look, if it were busy, I get it. This was obviously just someone who either has an issue with girls, or has been in the profession too long & just doesn't care about customers. her attitude was the worst, constantly rolling her eyes & ignoring us. My first experience was not a good one, but the Gentleman who hosts the weekend karaoke reached out to me and said "please, come again and give us a chance, we never want anybody to have a bad experience." Now, I did come back but never introduced myself to anyone but the atmosphere definitely improved. I'm not sure if the bar tenders from the first night are still there, but I've been in about 12 times different nights, different times and my experience each time has been great, drinks certainly tasted better, and every bar tender has in the least said hi when I've come in, but normally just the fact that they either say "give me a minute", or come right over. Since my biggest awe was the attitude and engagement of the bar tenders last time, I want to say they have definitely changed that tune! Job well done in addressing customer complaints and actually following through to address those issues. read more

I have been coming here for the suicide wings , good beer and good service for over 10 years. In the last 2 years the food quality, specifically the suicide wings, has decreased dramatically. The wings were so so bad today they threw away our order. The once actual suicide wings have become mid westerner ketchup wings. The draft beer and great bar-tending are still excellent, but as far as the main reason I used to come here. It is no longer worth it. Try Capps instead for for a good wing or the old Gallaghers on 7th and Union Hills. read more

I have read all of the reviews about rudeness, racism and what a dump this place is. Like witnessing a train wreck, I had to check it out for myself and what a disappointment to see...the wreck was gone The bartender was welcoming and professional. The clientele were friendly and said hello. I've only been there during the day on a weekend, but the experience was the opposite of what was expected. great sound system.....your website states the music is not louder than the singer. I was there last nite and I found that not to be the case...I sang my first song and then I approached the DJ and politely stated I could not hear myself because the music was way too loud.The DJ apologized and I asked if she could adjust it for my next song.Louder is better. I told her I appreciated all of her efforts and thanked her and told her it was worth a $10 tip for working with me ....After the second song it was the same result.When I was done she told me she had turned the music down.....wrong! How does a DJ know that the music is properly adjusted if they don't make an effort to get out their chair and walk around the room....2 other people agreed with me.... I had been coming to this place for the last 20 years. The service is "OK" on the weekends and I say that because I always order Vodka/Sprite and always get Vodka/ Tonic. I never send it back and make sure it's corrected the 2nd time. We always order food too. The french fries are always freezing cold and nasty but the rest of the entree seems warm. I hate to complain but this happens all the time. We quit going there and now go to "The Burg" where my waitress already knows what drinks to bring when she sees us. Yhey are nicle and diming on sides of condiments. I get stuff is hard but it is too for us. .75 cents for a teaspoon of Mayo. NO Thanks / We will spend our $55 plus elsewhere every weekend Sat & Sub. We use to shake it up bewtween Them Sat and The Burg Sunday. Potential $ lost over $100 every weekend. read more

This is a dive bar in every sense of the word. I've come here for the trivia and had a decent time. Drinks are good, food is good, ambiance less so. The place is just incredibly loud, which makes it difficult when you're trying your best to listen to the trivia questions. Service is also pretty mediocre. I'm not sure if it's just happening on the nights I go there, but there was only waitress taking care of the entire floor. Naturally, food took a while to get to the table. I don't think it was her fault, I just think the restaurant needs to have more staff on nights that you have busy events happening. Overall, I'd come here again if my friends wanted to take part in some more trivia. However, there are a lot of better bars in the area, and this place is almost too dive-y for my taste. Firstly, let's say this: I'm not a fan of Karaoke bars. You go out somewhere and listen to a few great singers, and a few dogs howling at the moon. With that said, I liked Brigett's. Appearance: The outside appears well maintained for a local dive. I came in and found a seat at the bar, which is a U shaped bar with a central bar island. To the left, a couple of pool tables, and the bathrooms on the back wall. Behind the bar is a series of license plates from various locales, and to the right is some seating and the Karaoke station. The places was definitely divey, with the right ambiance of low lights and low key beers. Service: The bartender was handling the room by herself. It was a Superbowl Sunday and she was doing great. It took her a minute to get to me, but when she did, she was quick and efficient, getting my Guinness to me promptly. I was waiting for some friends, and by the time I was done with my Guinness, she was already there asking if I would like another one. Very attentive. When my friends showed, she had no trouble keeping track of us, even though we moved from the bar, to the pool table, to another spot at the bar. She's a pro. Prices: Dive bars are great for cheap beers. I had Guinness and PBR tall boys all night and it was reasonable. It's the kind of place I might take my brother, as he will drink bud, and my mainstay, Magnums, doesn't serve bud. Side note: I sang a couple songs. The folks there were very supportive, and even though I'm one of those dogs howling at the moon, I had the support of a lot of other people singing along with me. Pretty cool. -Another side note: My card wasn't running in their machines. Really strange as I had plenty of funds, but she was very tactful when I had the issue. I appreciated it. Would I go back?
