The beer was great. I had the wow wheat and it was really delicious! It went down smooth and was a little sweet. I was reluctant to order food here at first but I went ahead with it. I had the sliders and the pickle chips. Both were alright, especially considering it was cheap bar food, but if I were to make a suggestion to the management I would suggest they offer 3 flavor options for the sliders. The Au jus by itself may not appeal to everyone. I would offer maybe a bbq sauce and then another spicy option, so with three popular flavors you'll always have something for someone's pallet. The pickle chips were incredibly sour, more so than most pickle chips, I would switch brands and try a new one. So I've been to this place many times and never had a problem. They always have good food, good drinks, no issues. My friend and I went there a few nights ago and we ordered 2 drinks (2 L.I. Tea, 1 w/ tequila, 1 w/o tequila) and then food. When she brought the first round of drinks, my friends had two lemons, the one with tequila. My drink had one lemon, the one without tequila. Everything was fine and we ordered another round of drinks, the exact same thing. My drink tasted nothing like the first one, I swear it had tequila in it. I can taste tequila a mile away. I told the server it had tequila in it and she was kinda arguing with me and said the bartender said there is no tequila in it. She was saying that before she even took the drink back. Then I could see her telling the bartender that and the bartender looks at me and starts to try and argue also and say there's no tequila in it. I told her to taste it. So she brings me another drink and it tastes just the same, nothing like the first drink. I think they just poured the second drink over new ice and acted like it was a new drink because it tasted exactly the same. I took 2 sips just to be sure what I was tasting, it def had tequila in it. Anyway, I didn't drink the second drink. I just left it on the table and pushed it to the edge of the table. The server never even came back to see if it was okay or if I wanted something else. When we were leaving, the server again started to tell my friend "oh there was no tequila in it, blah, blah, blah". Never offered to deduct the drink from the bill, when she knew I didn't drink it. She just wanted to argue. Well first of all, why would I complain about the drink and not drink it if it was right. I just wanted another drink like the first one! Regardless, I was a server and bartender for many years and if somebody wasn't happy with something, I tried to make it right for them no matter if I thought they were wrong or right I wasn't being outrageous. 12/19/25 I ordered a pizza. Hamburger, pepperoni, and ricotta cheese. It came way over done. The server said they have to make it that way to get the crust done. Something like it would be soggy with so many toppings. Let me just say there was maybe 4 slices of pepperoni, 4 teaspoons ricotta, and hamburger undetectable. The sauce and cheese were completely dry. Awful. Instead of giving me any excuse you could have offered to remake it or replace with a different meal. My husband and I will not return. We arrived to find only about six or seven people in the business this Tuesday. We were very happy because we were looking for a quiet spot to have a great lunch. We were greeted by Server RENE as we entered the business and stated that we could sit at any table and she would be right over as soon as she gets the current order delivered. RENE had an absolute wonderful personality and was just as kind as possible. When we entered the business RENE stated "Welcome to BIG DADDY'S." Server RENE brought us our table set up with menus & silverware & some extra napkins. This was very kind because I always use more than the single napkin we usually get at a restaurant. After Server RENE brought us our drinks she answered all our questions about the menu we had and took our order and stated it ould be about 10 minutes for the order to be prepared and delivered. The food was cooked perfectly and I had to send a tip back to the kitchen, via RENE, for the Chef. Server RENE stopped by our table several times during our meal asking if we needed anything and when we departed Server RENE personally waited at the door for us to leave and thanked us for coming to BIG DADDY'S for our lunch and she "hoped that we would return again." Just one thing missing for our group, a few of us relied on the veggie burger (Boca burger) as a vegetarian/vegan option, but sadly it is no longer on the menu. We happen to notice(because literally there's 12 people there not staff) that every time these three ladies do anything it requires a 4-8 minute conversation behind the bar with all three of them. A while back, I had tried the meatball sandwich and remember really enjoying the sauce so when the opportunity presented to watch the Super Bowl, walking distance from home, and enjoy a pie, I was all about it! Let me just say: Remarkably good pizza for a divey sports bar! Our server was really nice and the prices are great! They're a fun bunch, too! Super Bowl festivities included a pool, and food and drink specials based on the game (see uploaded photo). In addition to $6 mini-pitchers of beer, we indulged in ASU girl shots which are awesomely served in a pee cup!
