Ok, I showed up with a party of 9 at approx. 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. I was immediately told there would be a minimum of a 15 minute wait. Meanwhile as I glanced around to see the available games, I noticed a technician working on a machine and a porter vacuuming in the corner, needless to say there where more than adequate places for us to sit. Yet we waited 25 minutes until we were seated. The hostess that greeted us was a def mute and was extremely unfriendly as well as rude. The food was delicious and the games were fun. Our server was on her mark as service was timely and enjoyable. I will most likely tell someone I know a displeasing story about the experience I had. read more

Don't come to Dave & Busters with a large group. They do not have the room. Wile they have a large Bar the dinning seating is not much. The service is very slow, they forgot to bring silverware, we had to ask. The food is not great. We all felt is was bland and I ordered a meal with shrimp and steak and pasta the pasta was over done the lobster sauce was very bland and there were only three small shrimp in the meal. I can say their steak is good. The reprieve is the games. All of the kids and teens had a great time and I must say the adults did too. I recommend go for the games don't eat. They made it very clear that seating people and food was not a priority for them, The drinks, bar and SU Games (Wile yes very important) They should not be trying to clear the dinning area for people to watch the games. My family and I got a coupon for $20 worth of tokens free, with the purchase of a $20 worth of tokens. I tried to put $20 worth of tokens on one of my sons card, and tried to purchase another $20 card for my other son. They said that it was $44, and that you had to put $40 on one card, and they wouldn't let me put $20 on one for free and then purchase a $20 card. I don't know about you but my two sons sharing one card is a recipe for disaster. Cashier was not all that friendly. Very crowded. I think money is better spent somewhere else. Went here with my wife and her two sisters. We decided to get the eat and play special for $25. The special gets you a food entree from a list and a $20 game card. The only issue is that none of the selections were vegetarian and I happen to be a vegetarian. When I was reading the menu I noticed I could get any of the burgers and substitute in a veggie patty for no additional charge. One of the selections on the eat and play was a double cheese burger. Based on this I should be able to substitute a veggie patty for both burger patties. When I asked the waiter about it, he said he would have to check with his manager. The manager said no I could only get one veggie pattie not two. I asked to speak to the manager and he would not allow me to get the two patties. So instead of just springing for an extra pattie he decided to short me one and cost him our future business and this negative review. All he had to do is live up to the statement in the menu. So disappointed, we went for drinks on my 21st, we only ended up getting 2 drinks each, 2 of the shooters, one tall beer, and a martini. Somehow that cost us 40 dollars, and were pretty weak for the price. So, we decided to just go and spend money on the games. Well around 25 minutes prior to closing on a Friday night, we were approached and told very rudely that "look if you haven't noticed you're the only people in here, we're waiting on you to leave so take your tickets, cash them in, and head out" I can handle over priced drinks, I mean we were at the mall, but to tell people who are spending money on your over priced games, (6.8 points for fruit ninja which I have free on my phone) to leave before 2 when the store is supposed to close is just rude. If your gonna make me spend 65 on four drinks and some games at least be a tiny bit courteous. If it was 1:55 I can understand a little bit of annoyance on their end but 25 minutes and we weren't even eating or drinking anymore. I'll stick with 2 for 1 drinks at TGI's from now on. read more

This past weekend (5-12-18) we had been invited to go here for a birthday dinner. First off they had set up our tables so half of the tables we couldn't get to unless we walked past and interrupted many peoples dinner just to get to one side of our table. They could of came up with a better way or spot for the party of 15. Also it took them forever to get our orders and then receive them. My 8 year old ordered just the basic cheeseburger along with the bday girls mother and they couldn't eat them. The burgers were so chard they were as hard as a rock and as black as coal. Then when we had sent them back the manager told us we ordered the wrong burger and also they are cooked differently then everyone else's burger at the table. So it's our fault that we wanted just a simple burger. Hmmm... I personally ordered the Brookie sundae and it tasted freezer burnt and old. Plus as I was eating it I found a hair that wasn't mine. And it was all in the whipped cream... I was done. I will never eat here. I'd rather have a $5.00 Pizza (everyone knows the place), then eat here again. My husband ordered the fully loaded tater tots and they weren't loaded. Definitely not worth what you pay for that's for sure I could of made them better at home... actually I have. I would give zero stars if possible. Have never been to one of those places in my life and I never will again. Went here with a group of nine for a birthday dinner. After the hour and a half wait we were seated in the bar area with people bumping into us. The waitress took our orders right away, though while delivering drinks spilled a drink one me and spilled beer into a friends sprite. She said she would replace the sprite right away but 20 minutes later that had still not happened. Over and hour later we still had not been served. They brought out about half of our food that was ice cold. After getting the manager and sending everything back he told is he would "put a rush on it" and walked away. 45 minutes later we still had no food. When asked what the delay is they advised us "it came up cold again and they had to send it back a second time." At that point we told them we did not want the food and to bring a manager over immediately. After ten minutes we still had no manager so one of our girls stormed into the back looking for one. A second manager and asked us how we wanted to pay for everything and asked if wanted game cards for our next time there. He looked perplexed when we told him that not only were we not paying for anything but that we didn't want their game cards as we were never coming back. It was the WORST customer experience I have EVER had... And that's saying a lot. read more

Awful service. Came with a party of 8. All of us were impatient as we had to wait 10 minutes for drinks. When 2 of our people came from some store we waited half an hour for just their drinks. We got snow cone drinks and couldn't get refills so we got different drinks. I appreciate your prompt response. I sincerely hope that some changes are made, because I used to love going to this location. It's on the way home from work, so I used to go quite often. I haven't been in a few months, so to come back, and have the experience I had was a huge let down. My gf was especially looking forward to having a good night after a hard week, and she was highly disappointed to the point she said "let's just go". In malls especially, turnovers are frequent. Businesses come and go. Speaking from a customer standpoint, if something doesn't change I don't see this establishment maintaining the revenues it used to create. Id hate to see it go, but typically there is an underlying reason they do. Again, thank you for the prompt response. Took my 2 children in for some food and games. We were sat down. We then waited about 20 minutes just for the lady to come ask us what we wanted to drink. The restaurant portion also only had about 10 tables seated. 10 minutes later she showed up with our water and took out orders. I ordered a chicken with vegetables and balsamic and it was supposed to come with a bruchetta on top. I got my plate and the chicken was black literally burnt to a crisp and the bruchetta was only diced tomatoes! I ended up eating the fries off my sons plate. When the server came over to ask how the food was I told her I did not like it. She said no problem I will have it taken right off your bill. I said ok thank you very much! Well I went to go pay for my bill and the manager said that because my meal came with a game card he could not refund my meal at all! I said well your server already told me I didnt have to pay for my plate because I didnt like it. He said sorry there is nothing I can do. I told him I will never be back there again! Have been here a few times and have only sat in the bar area, but service always seems shotty. The last time we went was 2 weeks ago on a Sunday, mostly because we figured there would be enough TVs to watch the Giants game. We sat at the only two open chairs at the bar and waited for a bartender. A blonde girl came over and asked to see our IDs. I presume because mine was from out of state she had to check with a manager. The manager was busy when she first tried to call him over... 20 minutes later a second bartender took my ID with him to find the manager and have it checked. 20 minutes!! Blonde girl did not offer an apology. We asked the second bartender if he could switch one of the many TVs to the Giants game, to which he replied "we aren't allowed to touch the TVs on game days." A bit ridiculous sounding, but okay. Flash forward a few more minutes and blonde girl is back to take our order. No one ever explains the power play combos or how to get the best bang for your buck in terms of food/game play, blonde girl was no exception. With that, we received our crappy food and finished our first round of drinks. I ordered a Tito's and cranberry... and what do you know, she's out of Tito's and has to wait for another bottle. 20 minutes for someone to bring blonde girl another bottle, which she didn't even notice was brought to her, so in the end my second drink took 25 minutes to be placed in front of me. The place was not that busy beyond the people sitting at the bar, so the unfriendly service makes no sense to me. I too am in the service industry, I have been for 6 years. Had a pretty good selection of arcade games, although a lot of the ones we did wouldn't work for some reason. Sat at the bar and had drinks and ordered food. The bartender did as good as she could with keeping our drinks coming as it was a Saturday night and fairly busy. The food however was lackluster to say the least. I ordered the steak and shrimp Alfredo, the steak was overcooked (still ok with it though), however it was a twenty dollar dish and I got only about 4 shrimp in the whole dish. It was also the only pasta I've eaten in a restaurant that was served on a plate and not in a pasta bowl/dish, which made the portion seem extremely small. I also asked for no mushrooms and I could taste the mushrooms in it even though there weren't any in the dish when it was served to me, which tells me they originally put mushrooms in and just picked them out of the dish last second. My fiancés meal was the bacon wrapped shrimp with steak and mashed potatoes and she said everything on her plate tasted burnt. I would suggest eating at any of the other restaurants in the mall beforehand and ordering just drinks and playing games there. The food really turned me off as well as some of the machines not working. It was an ok experience overall. read more
